chapter eight(1/2)
Before the bell rang for class, Qin Jiaming and Jian Xing waved goodbye.
Jian Xing stood at the door for a while before entering the shift. When she passed by Chen Xi, she told her about the form. When she returned to her seat, she just sat down, Xu Lu asked her: "Where have you been?"
As he asked, he looked out the window.
I probably have seen Qin Jiaming.
Jian Xing didn't intend to hide it from it, and said truthfully: "He helped Chen Xi go to the office to deliver volunteer posts. He just met a friend at the door and chatted for a few words."
Xu Lu said "ah", "Is the class teacher in the office?"
Jane Xun said: "In."
Xu Lu said "Oh" and asked a few seconds later: "Then are you talking about anything?"
Jian Xing paused for flipping the book, and then said without raising his head: "What can we talk about?"
"Oh..." Xu Lu glanced at Jian Xing again and did not continue to ask.
After school at noon, Xu Lu asked Jian Xing: "Jian Xing, are you going home?"
Jane Xing said: "Back."
Xu Lu hesitated a little, "But they didn't reply, it seemed that they were having dinner near the school, and after eating, they went to class to study."
There are indeed such students, but most of them rent houses themselves or live in schools, with free time and economic freedom.
Where does Jianxing have these?
"I have to go back," she said.
"Okay," said Xu Lu, "Then you go slower."
"Um."
It was still hot at noon, and Jane Xing got home with her T-shirts wet.
Jian Ru and Lu Cheng were not at home. Grandma had just finished cooking and came out of the kitchen. When she saw her smiling, she said, "You're back? Wash your hands and have dinner."
Jane Xing walked into the house, "Okay, I'll come out later."
She entered the room and closed the door with her backhand, sat at the desk, put her hands on the table, and snatched her nails a few times when she was doing nothing.
As she stumbled, her fingertips were obviously shaking. She pinched her finger bones twice. After two crisp sounds, she spread her five fingers and stretched them.
The room was quiet, and she seemed to hear the heartbeat in her chest.
It was heavy and fast, and it made her breathing a little.
Grandma's urging came from the main hall again, and Jian Xing responded loudly: "Oh, okay, go out soon."
After saying that, she took out the paper airplane from her pocket. The fuselage was actually a bit long than the pocket, but it was protected without any damage. She took the paper airplane and then opened it along the crease.
She remembered that Xu Zhengqing took the paper from the top of a stack of volunteer posts. He should not just fold other people's volunteer posts, so it should be his own.
If you have hardly made the top three in junior high school, how high will your college entrance examination application be?
Can she get on?
Thinking of this, Jian Xing's dismantling action suddenly stopped.
She pinched a corner, a thin layer, and the weight was almost negligible, but she didn't dare to breathe.
"Jian Xing." Grandma was urging again.
Jian Xing gently rubbed the corner of the paper with his fingertips and completely opened the paper plane in one breath.
Suddenly, the sound of the door being pushed open came from behind, and then grandma walked in, "What are you doing? Doing homework?"
She said as she walked behind Jian Xing and saw a piece of white paper in Jian Xing's hand, "What's the matter? Is the white paper? Why are they folded so much that they are all marked."
My heart that had been hanging all morning was smashed back to its original place.
It was clearly back to its original place, but Jian Xing was covered with a surging sense of loss and frustration.
The vision in front of me was dazed for a moment, and my head was confused for a few seconds.
In a brief period of loss, Jane Xing thought of the emotional ups and downs from getting the paper plane to this moment.
Like a joke.
It turns out that not every encounter can bear the weight of fate, nor can everyone have the luck of losing and regaining it.
What's more, she has never been a lucky person.
Even the luck in her name was picked up.
Grandma was still saying, "What's wrong? Are you bullied by your classmates? Are you folding your paper?"
What a mess.
Jian Xing laughed and shook her head and said, "No, I picked it up casually."
"Oh, what's there to pick up a piece of paper?" Grandma said, "Come out and have a meal."
Jane Xing said: "Okay, I'll go wash my face."
"Just wash your hands."
"Yes." Jian Xing didn't look at her grandma, put down the paper, stood up, and went straight out.
The door was open, and the wind blew in, blowing down the paper on the table.
A line of shallow handwriting in running scripts is written on the blind spot of the folding paper: flying.
When I was having a meal, my grandma didn't even eat, so she just stared at Jian Xing.
Jane Xing picked up food for her, "Eat first, and then watch later."
Grandma said eating, but in fact she didn't move her chopsticks for a long time, and her eyes were still staring at Jian Xing. After a while, she realized something was wrong and asked: "Why are your eyes red? How come they are sunny?"
"Well," Jane Xun said, "a little bit sunny."
She had just washed her face, and there were still water on her eyelashes, and there were wet marks in the blink of an eye.
Grandma said, "Please take an umbrella, I see they all hold umbrellas."
"It's okay," Jane Xun said, "and the trouble of umbrella."
"Oh, you little girl is too rough." Grandma asked again, "How about it, are you tired after school starts?"
"Not tired." Jian Xing usually only chose easy chats when chatting with her grandma.
Grandma smiled: "You are the same as your mother, and you won't say anything about your hardships or fatigue."
Jian Xing smiled and didn't say anything. She got up to pour water. She also poured a cup for her grandma. She waited for her grandma to take a sip and smashed her mouth and said it was tasteless. She got up and went into the house. When she came out again, she passed by her grandma and threw a candy into her bowl.
Grandma suddenly laughed so hard that she couldn't see her teeth.
But grandma has no good teeth on her mouth, which is why Jane Xing dares to give her candy secretly.
Grandma was fond of sweetness. When she was young, she didn't pay much attention. The disease fell into her teeth. Later, the disease was exposed. Grandpa had already left. There were only two women at home. Life was a problem, so where could she have money to look after her teeth?
Over time, it will not be cured.
Jian Ru probably felt guilty, so she always had strict control in this regard. She usually didn’t even have sugar at home.
Lu Cheng even used Jian Ru's words as an imperial edict.
It’s just a simple and happy thing. I still want to buy candy for my grandma to eat when I work and earn money.
In fact, Jian Xing was also afraid of Jian Ru, mainly because she was afraid of her unreasonableness and loud voice.
But... how many years can an old lady eat?
Jane Xing couldn't help laughing and said, "So happy?"
"Is that, or is my eldest granddaughter love me?" said grandma.
Jane Xing said: "Then you live a few more years and you will feel more painful in the future."
"Oh," Grandma took another sip of candy water and sighed, "I'm old, I haven't lived for a few years."
In fact, grandma is not very old, less than seventy.
But I have suffered too much guilt in my youth, and now all kinds of big and small problems come to me.
The parts are all ruthless, how many years can the host be flexible?
"Don't talk nonsense," said Jane Xing, "Mom scolds you again when she hears it."
"I'm afraid of her?" said grandma, "Besides, I'm an old woman, and she scolds me. I hope she can curse you a few less."
Jian Xing didn't say anything.
Grandma hesitated and said, "Jian Xing, your mother really loves you. When she was a child, she was in her hometown and wanted to take you with her wherever she went. For a while, you were in poor health. Your mother, a person who was so unsupervised, started looking for fortune tellers and specially changed her name to you. The same is true for your father. When you were just born, your father worked on the construction site and came back more than a dozen times in the morning. People laughed at him for being unpromising, but he smiled and didn't take it seriously."
Jian Xing had heard grandma talk about this many times, and she said "hmm" and said, "I know."
"Just know, just know," Grandma relieved, "What will she say in the future? Don't take it to heart. She is just afraid that you won't study well. She didn't go to school well at the beginning, but now she doesn't expect you to count on who you are."
Jane Xing said "yes" again.
Since the last time I started having a fuss during the meal, Jane Xing and Jian Ru have not spoken for several days, and grandma may be a little worried.
To be continued...
