145 Omegada 2(1/2)

The motorcade slowly drove through this gap and finally emerged into a wide, green grassland.

A silver carriage with gold trim was already waiting in this open space, with some people standing beside it.

The leader was a bald old man with white hair wearing a red robe, standing quietly beside the carriage with a group of guards. His eyes were focused on the prince's motorcade that had just entered the city.

"Omigard!!" The prince poked his head out of the window of the silver carriage and shouted loudly, "I am back with our distinguished guests! How do you want to thank me?" There was a trace of sincerity on his fat face.

smile.

The old man in red robe also showed a smile.

"Justin, you guys, don't be rude in front of your distinguished guests."

The prince's motorcade slowly stopped in front of the group of old men in red robes.

The soldier opened the door for the prince and Angelela, and they got out of the carriage one after another.

Justin took Angelet's hand and said to the old man in red robe: "This is Master Angelet. You talk all day long, don't you finally have someone to communicate with?"

He introduced the old man to Angele again. "He is Omijiada, the great sage of the alliance. I believe you will have a good communication partner."

"Great Sage of the Alliance?" Angelet was slightly startled. This title is not something that can be obtained casually. It can only be achieved by someone who has made great contributions to the country, is extremely knowledgeable, and is recognized and respected by scholars.

Obtained the title of Great Sage.

"Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too."

The two of them bowed politely to each other.

Angelet then carefully looked at the great sage Omijiada in front of him.

He has a bright bald head, white curly hair on both sides of his ears, yellow eyes, a hooked nose, and deep-set cheeks. He looks very thin. He wears a red robe draped around his body, and he feels like a bamboo pole, which may tip over at any time.

This is a wizened old man, but he seems to be in good spirits.

Angelet's eyes flashed a little blue.

"Scan completed, no field protection. Estimated target strength: third-class apprentice, intermediate knight. Do you need detailed body data?" The result was obtained after the chip scan.

"unnecessary."

Angelet was slightly interested. This was the first time he encountered a situation similar to his. He had both wizard potential and knight-level physical fitness. And the other person was different from him. He obviously had both potentials.

But neither is good.

"Your aura is as deep as the abyss." Old man Omijada seemed to have used some kind of detection spell, and his face showed a hint of solemnity.

"As far as I know, you have both wizard potential and knight potential. It would be difficult for such a person to break through the limit." Angelet said directly. "It really surprises me that you can reach such a height."

"Every wizard who has met me has said this." Omijiada smiled. "It's better to go to the city first. I have already arranged the banquet."

Angelet frowned slightly. What he hated was this kind of polite and hypocritical banquet. He drank much more wine than bread and meat and couldn't eat enough. It was just looking for trouble.

"Don't worry, it's just a small gathering between a few people, and I don't like those hypocritical entertainments." Omijiada winked at Angelet.

"Then I won't interrupt." Justin on the side said with a smile, "I still have to report the situation to several congressmen."

"Just let me handle the reception from now on." Omijiada nodded. "I have all the things and information that Lord Angele needs."

Angelet smiled and nodded: "Then I won't bother you more." He glanced around.

The entire city of Ayras is built in a huge semicircular canyon. They are located on a high platform at the entrance. They can overlook the city from a distance.

Over the huge semicircular city, flocks of birds were circling and flying, and bells could be faintly heard coming from the city.

Under the blue sky, the city's densely packed residential buildings, bell towers, tall towers, as well as countless people, carriages and horses moving between the buildings are all clearly visible.

The whole city looks huge, exquisite, and extremely dynamic.

Angelet stood on a high platform, with the breeze blowing on his face. He looked far away at the center of the city. A vague silver humanoid statue reflected a faint silver light and stood in the center.

It was a huge humanoid statue of a naked man, holding a wooden shield and a spear, and wearing a feathered helmet. He was about to throw a spear.

This statue is taller than any other building. The buildings around it also look much more exquisite and gorgeous. The white walls and silver roofs seem to have the feel of a palace.

"That is the statue of the first speaker of the alliance, the legendary hero King Beio." Omijiada noticed Angelet's sight. "It is 367 meters high (112 meters). It is the largest building in the capital."

"Really? It's really spectacular." Angelet admired a little.

"It is indeed spectacular, no matter how many times I have seen it..." Omijiada also sighed. "Let's go, I have arranged everything, and I am just waiting for your arrival."

"You're too polite." Angelet smiled.

The two got into a silver and gold-rimmed carriage, and under the protection of the escort, they drove down the slope and slowly drove towards this huge and magnificent city.

*******************

"cheers!"

Angelet and Omijiada gently clinked their glasses, and they sat face to face at the dining table. The small dining table was covered with a white tablecloth, and there were several dishes on it that didn't look very good, but smelled fragrant.

.

The place where the two of them were sitting was a cylindrical dining room. It was surrounded by silver-gray stone walls and a square window. Birds flew past the window from time to time.

"How's it going? Is the environment in my tower pretty good?" Omijiada smiled proudly.

Angelet nodded.

"The ninth floor feels very high. It's almost three hundred meters (about 90 meters), right?"

"Yes, it's almost this high. Apart from exercising when you come up, the environment here is very good." Omijiada picked up the green drink in his hand and took a sip. "As you know, we are like this

Researchers prefer a quiet environment."

"Yes." Angele nodded, "But it's so high and there's no insulation measures, so it's not good for your health, right? In addition, water and food are also troublesome."

Omijiada nodded in agreement: "Although there are many problems, it will be fine if you get used to it after living there for a long time."

"You are living in seclusion in the city." Angelet laughed.

"You summed it up really accurately." Omijiada also laughed.

The two of them were eating vegetables and bread while drinking light green wine. There were no servants. They did everything by themselves. This made the atmosphere between the two of them more relaxed.

After eating for a while, Angelet finally turned to the formal topic. "So, can you give me the information I want?" He asked a little confused.

Omijada nodded.

"Of course. I have already prepared it." He fumbled in his waist bag for a long time and finally pulled out a small wooden board. It was brown and yellow, and the circles of wood grain were clearly visible. The most strange thing was that the wood grain on it was actually natural.

It formed a line of text. A line of Angmar text. It was not written with pen and ink at all, but more like it grew naturally.

"This is for you." Omijiada handed the piece of wood to Angelet. "This is the address of a friend of mine. If you have any questions, he should be able to answer you."

Angelet took it and took a closer look. There was no energy particle smell on it, which proved that this piece of wood grew naturally.

I saw it read: Forest of Shadows. Beneath the Swallow's Nest of Aluda.

Angelet put away the wood chips.

"Then in exchange, you can ask me a corresponding question."

Omijiada's face suddenly turned into a crumpled smile.

"I would like to exchange a spell model with you."

"Spell model?" Angelet was stunned, "This request, with all due respect, is not equivalent to the price you gave."

"Of course, I have prepared it a long time ago." Omijiada put down his knife and fork and stood up. "I am proficient in more than ten languages. I also know most of the geography and history of this continent. And of course, I also collect

There are a lot of ancient documents and materials, as well as transactions and exchanges with previous wizards. Maybe you will be interested."

Angelet had almost finished eating and stood up as well.

The two of them went down the spiral staircase of the tower one after the other. After descending two floors, they came to the room on the sixth floor.

It just so happens that this room has rows of bookshelves and is a large study room.

"You can find the information you need inside." Omijiada stood at the door and smiled.

Angelet nodded. He walked in and began to scan the bookshelves one by one, taking them out and opening a few pages from time to time.

"Exploration of Occult Science", "Decryption of the Application of Basic Magic", "Aesthetics of Models", "Anusir's Exploration of Human Nature", "Sex and Witchcraft", "On the Changes and Sources of National Will"...

....

One book after another kept passing through Angelet's field of vision. Most of these books were written by mortal scholars. They explored the world of wizards with a mysterious and novel mentality. Some of the things they wrote were quite relevant. And some of them were quite relevant.

The others are a complete mess, with just a few creative ideas barely worth looking at.

There are only a small part of the real wizard's works. These parts are all library contents that Angelet has studied long ago and can even recite by heart.

Omijiada had no idea that the Angelet he had brought in might be the new wizard with the greatest amount of knowledge in history. And in his proud library, it would be difficult to find anything that Angelet had not read.

Useful content.

After walking around for a long time, Angelet suddenly stopped at the penultimate bookshelf.

"That bookshelf is a collection of ancient fragments that I collected, and they only contain very little content." Omijiada explained loudly.

Angelet nodded, reached out from the bottom of the bookshelf, and took out a small black book. This small book only had seven or eight pages of leather, and one corner was missing.
