Chapter 373

Chang Le picked up a treasure this time, and his gain this time was no less than that of his previous cultivation techniques.

Qigong practice is to strengthen the body, strengthen the muscles and bones, resist external demons, eliminate internal evils, and resist humiliation. First, practice skin and flesh, and then practice muscles and bones. The skin, flesh, muscles and bones are strong, and then practice luck. If this method can be exchanged at will, the skill will be completed.

There are three things to do: be deep and cautious, be precise, and be cautious in desire and love for fame.

Four precepts: avoid anger, avoid mediocrity, avoid clumsy, and prevent breast-punching.

The five dietary damages: more sourness, more sourness, more sweetness, more bitterness, more heartbreak, more spicy, more smelly, more salty, more kidneybreak.

In addition, ten taboos for practicing qigong: avoid getting up early and kowtow, avoid greedy for coolness in the yin room, avoid sitting in wetland for a long time, avoid wearing sweaty clothes, avoid drying clothes with hot clothes, avoid sweating and wind in shoulders, avoid sleeping with candles, avoid having sex during the middle of the day, avoid cold water and burning the skin, avoid heat and burning the skin.

Moreover, the practice location is the most peaceful and quiet place, and it is absolutely not disturbed.

When you are frightened, the qi will disperse. When the qi and blood disperse, the blood will not return to the meridians. If the qi and blood are not combined, it will form a mass block and block it from flowing, and there will be no trouble.

When practicing, you should not be too full or too hungry. If you are too full, you will not be too full, and if you are too hungry, you will not be able to reduce your mind. You should take it as appropriate to be hungry and full.

As the saying goes, hardness is easy to practice and softness is difficult to produce. Hardness is born from the yang, softness is produced from the yin, and hardness is combined with hardness and softness, so that the strength can be strong. Hardness is released without clumsy, softness is released without softness, hardness is cultivated, and refined is soft.

Qigong is based on tranquility and is consistent. Whether sitting or standing, the limbs must remain natural, the muscles are relaxed, and simplicity is like sleep. When calmness is the heart, all the hearts are empty, and all the qi is flat. When the qi is flat, the blood is smooth. When the movement is like a wave, the force comes out. When one moves, hundreds of branches shake, the heart will be moved and the energy will be born, and the strength will be smooth and free, and through the four ends, the hundred joints will be penetrated.

As the saying goes, "The Qi arrives first when the hands and feet are bulleted, and the blood is the power of the Qi shield."

Always be happy and quiet, and moves instantly, the internal strength collapses outside, strengthens the qi in the Dantian, gathers and releases rapidly, and uses the mind to lead the qi. When the mind arrives, the qi arrives, and the qi reaches the strength. When the qi arrives, the qi is combined, use the qi to strengthen the strength, and use the force to guide the qi, and blow out with one punch.

"Boom!"

It was like a thunder blew up, almost scaring Chang Le himself.

The left part of the human body is the blood part and the right part is the Qi part. The blood part belongs to Yin and the Qi part belongs to Yang.

The blood flows slowly, the qi flows fast, the qi walks through the membrane, the tendons and veins, and the force comes from the flesh, skin and bones.

Therefore, those with strong strength have strong skin and bones on the outside, strong tendons and veins on the inside, and the energy is strong on the inside, and the blood is strong on the outside.

Therefore, practicing qi requires first left and right, first moving the qi meridians of the blood to distribute it with the qi in time and speed to adjust the balance of yin and yang qi and blood.

Practice until the point where the bones are erect, and the tigers and dragons are circulating around you.

The qi practiced by Qigong is a mixture of the true energy of the human body and the qi of water and valley, also known as Hunyuan Qi.

The true energy is congenital, and is obtained by parents and runs within the human blood vessels to strengthen the internal organs.

The qi of water and valley is the natural place of acquired nature, and it moves outside the human bloodline to strengthen its muscles and bones.

The human body has internal organs and five senses and limbs.

The five internal organs are the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys.

The six internal organs are gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, triple burner, and bladder.

The five senses are based on the eyes as the liver orifice, the ears as the kidney orifice, the nose as the lung orifice, the mouth as the spleen orifice, and the tongue as the heart orifice.

The limbs are connected by tendons. The tendons start from the claws, gather at the elbows and knees, and gather at the head and face.

The movement and active are qi, so practicing the tendons must practice qi. Qi flows outside the veins, and blood flows in the veins. The blood is like water, and the veins are like rivers. The circulation of blood and the circulation of qi all occur in the heart.

The qi inside and outside the human blood vessels, as the blood circulation, is exchanged based on the qi in the dantian, which leads to the mutual regulation and replenishment of the innate qi and the acquired qi, thereby enhancing the driving force of the internal qi.

"Easy-strong?"

Changle recites the truth silently.

"Why are you brave enough to go to the world? It's easy to change; it's strong to be strong..."

The information Changle obtained next is that the practice of Qigong must first cleanse the marrow of the Yijing.

The information says that vital energy is the basic energy of life.

To put it simply, life relies on breathing, diet to maintain body functions, and convert this air, food and water into energy to provide the body's needs. This energy belongs to the acquired.

After practicing this acquired qi, you can strengthen the function of converting breathing and diet into energy.

The vital energy, also called innate energy, comes with life and exists before and after death.

This innate energy is consistent with the energy of all life in the entire universe. If you comprehend the essence of life and understand the principle of generation of this vitality, you will be considered as opening the door to the energy library and you can start to develop and use this life energy.

The most important energy is earth, water, fire, and wind. The "earth, water, fire and wind" represents its properties, rather than the matter in nature. All matter in the world is an interactive combination of the four major components.

The elements of matter come from different combinations of atomic molecules. Since all matter comes from different combinations of elements, there is naturally no eternal reality, everything will change and eventually be destroyed.

When the life energy begins to form, the shape of this energy is as ethereal as smoke and has not yet been fixed. Then after a period of time, the smoke-like energy slowly interacts and merges into different masses, and then settles and stabilizes.

The liquid solid state, different temperatures and other forms slowly appear, and then separate into substances of different textures and then combine them with each other. In terms of the body, cells begin to turn into hard skeletal muscles, blood moisture, body temperature and heat, etc.

This energy is at the beginning, calm and vivid. The first step changes are to start to warm up, and this warmth is transmitted from the liquid to all parts.

Therefore, this heat is wet. The heat energy is combined with water and evaporates, resulting in a physical phenomenon like rain and fog. Water evaporates into rain and dew due to heat, and spreads everywhere. This is the principle of the generation of various life or functions.

After the water-based energy is left to stand for a long time, some substances gradually precipitate and condense, forming a hard substance, which is called earth.

Heat energy is in this life energy, which belongs to a relatively warm and lightweight part, so the concept of generation and operation of the human body is consistent with the principles of the world and the universe.

Since the human body is formed by a stream of energy, which is the nature of water, fire and earth, in retrospect, it is always the change of this innate energy.

This innate qi forms the body from nothing. This change is neither controlled by humans nor can it suppress or make any changes. Therefore, in fact, humans are not the real master of this body. This body must be alive, sick, and excited. There is no way for humans to do anything.

Life and death are just the process of transformation of this energy. Does real life really change with the change of this energy? Although the body is dead, does human spiritual knowledge die with it? After death, will there be another self in the new body?

True life is actually not born and dies with the transformation of this energy. True life is eternal and immortal, it can be said that it has never lived and died with the transformation of this energy.

Since we know that this body is just a temporary change in energy, this change is just a change in external appearance and does not represent a change in real life.

So why bother with this body?

Therefore, we must find a way to extend the lifespan of this body and use this false body to be in line with the "true".

The key to this "true" is the "life" that is immortal. Only by mastering this key can one truly get rid of the fate of growing and destruction along with the world and everything.

“Is this Qigong?”
