"Nature depends on self-enlightenment, and life depends on the teacher's teachings." Any exercise is from action to the realm of inaction. Most of the cultivation can only be realized by one's own understanding, and those who are teachers can only master and guide in principle, so it is said that "nature depends on self-enlightenment."

When refining the body, special factors such as methods, steps, and timing are involved. "There is no difference in the elixir", so it is called "the fate depends on the master's teachings."
