Chapter 1535 Okam's Ideal

"I thought about it for a long time these days, and finally realized that I came to Comoros because I was indeed pulled by some kind of force, and my encounter with you was by no means accidental."
In the narrow cabin, there is only a simple table, a lighting ball hanging from the table, and two tall figures sitting face to face on both sides of the table.
Soshiyan has already put on a simple power armor. Although it doesn't fit, it is at least not as inconsistent as before.
Suddenly, Okam, who was facing him, placed his arms on the table, leaned forward slightly, and stared at Soshiyang with his eyes.
"Soshyan Alexey, what kind of identity do you have is worthy of those powerful forces guiding a small person like me to come to you."
Soshiyang lowered his head and smiled, leaned back and said:
"I heard that you Alpha is good at extracting information, so I will tell you a lot next. As for how much you can get, it depends on your ability. I can answer your three questions in the future, but at the cost, you also have to answer my three questions."
Occam stared at the other party and then nodded slowly.
"good."
But then he changed his mind.
"However, for so many years, anyone who reveals his secret to me is either a dying person or a person who wants me to die immediately... Commander of the Soshiyang Battle, can I leave this room alive after hearing what you said?"
"It's indeed an enviable life experience. Then I'm also blunt. It depends on your decision. Are you still going to listen now?"
Okam tilted his head and spread his hands.
"Of course, please continue. After all, I can't pretend that it hasn't happened before."
"Then things start with an erased legion-"
As soon as Soshiyang opened his mouth, Okam widened his eyes, as if he had seen a ghost, but fortunately he was determined enough and did not interrupt Soshiyang's narrative.
Of course, Soshiyang would not tell the whole story with the other party. In fact, what he said was true and false, erasing many details of the Eleventh Legion and the Gray Marrow. As for why he wanted to say the Gray Marrow, it was Soshiyang who considered that he had interacted with the Star God in front of Okam, and this matter was difficult to cover up. The abnormal power he had to have to be explained.
In addition, his narrative also includes some tentative things, such as suggestive mention of the ten thousand-year-old veterans he encountered, which seemed to know each other.
He actually wanted to confirm one thing, whether Okam was in the same group with those people.
Eventually, his narrative ended at the moment when he decided to go to Comoros.
After listening, Okam crossed his hands and fell into a long silence. Obviously, such explosive information was difficult to digest even an intelligence expert like him in a short time.
Soshiyang was not in a hurry and sat in the chair and waited slowly.
After about half an hour, Okam spoke slowly and hissed:
"You told me so much, aren't you afraid that I will leak it?"
"Why am I afraid? Since you have said that you have the power to guide you, it means that the other party must have known almost everything. If I don't say it, maybe others will tell you, and maybe they will add fuel to the fire. That's better, I'll tell you the most real thing, after all... we often have no choice."
"You can hear that you are a little dissatisfied."
"What do you think?"
Okam seemed a little tired when he kept a posture for a long time. He turned his neck around and made a crackling sound.
"The Eleventh Legion, Gray Marrow, Primarch, Subspace Gods... I already regret knowing so much from you."
"Isn't it better for you to know more?"
"The more you know, the better. Besides, any of these things will be enough to kill me. I am just an ordinary legion warrior, without any special power. How can I escape when entering this level of game? And I guess, what you told me is probably less than half the truth? Even so, it has subverted my view of the Galaxy."
"Then you can ask me three questions."
Okam raised his head and thought for a while, and then spoke the first question.
"What is the relationship between gray marrow and the Star God? Although I was controlled at that time, I could feel that the fraudster seemed to be afraid of you."
"You really ask, it's such a core secret from the beginning. Well, I can only tell you that I'm not particularly clear, but I guess it should be a core substance involving the essence of the Star God."
"The second question is whether you are still loyal to that empire."
"Yes, even though so many strange things have happened to me, I am still responsible for humanity and I will not turn my oath."
"Don't confuse the concept, Commander of the Soshiyang Legion, I'm talking about the Empire."
Soshiyang looked at the other person with a smile and spread his hands.
“Is there any difference?”
"certainly."
"Then everything will be as the emperor wishes."
Okam looked at the other person, stared at the other person's eyes, and nodded slightly after a long time.
"You have enough secrets."
Then, he changed his mind.
"The third question may involve some private areas, what is your relationship with the Eternal Queen of the Spirit?"
Soshiyang was silent for a moment, and then told the other party truthfully.
"She is my wife."
Okam stared at the other party, then took a deep breath and leaned back.
"Everyone in the legion is a fog, so even if you just simply distinguish each other's identities, you need to have meticulous observation... I have wandered in the Milky Way and the Subspace for so many years, and have seen countless people, countless spacemarines, cruel people, extreme pleasures, despicable people, extremely stupid people, and extremely wise people... I rarely can't see a person clearly. The only time I missed it was the time when I encountered a fraudster, but you, Soshiyan Alexey, I can't see clearly at all."

“Disgusting, but funny.”
“Um…”
"I'm getting more and more curious about you, Commander of the Soshiyang Legion."
"Then it's time for me to ask, Okam, you as an Alpha warrior, neither worship Chaos nor seem to hate the Empire, so what is the ultimate goal you are fighting for?"
"I will answer you with the words of the Primarch. We are the venomous snakes that are winding and climbing. They are moving in the opposite direction but always move forward. When the former brothers and sisters sink in confusion and curse, we still stick to our identities and original intentions. The primitive destroyers regard us as untrustworthy allies. We are indifferent to the lies of the alien, but we are both poison and antidotes for the shaking empire."
"Ha, it's true that it's Alpha's style. Then the second question is what you asked me, are you still loyal to the empire?"
Okam nodded without hesitation.
"Everything is as the Emperor wishes."
A meaningful smile appeared on Soshiyang's face, and then nodded.
"Then, what will you do in the last one?"
"I have been working for ten thousand years for my ideals, and have been loyal to countless people and tried countless strategies, but everything was futile. I thought I had found the Primrose, and the result was a star god. I thought I had found my brothers, but it turned out to be a group of madmen. I firmly believe that the weakness and corruption of the empire must be eliminated. Human beings need a strong will to guide them, but I am alone... Now, I see a storm that is about to sweep the empire, and you are the center of the storm. The butterfly's wings have flapped, and the decaying empire can no longer remain zombie-dead. It will either burn it or be reborn in the fire!"
As he said that, he stood up, pressed his hands on the table, and then bent down.
"Then let me add a handful of insignificant firewood to this feast."
Soshiyan looked at the Alpha warrior with a strange position, thought for a moment, and said:
"I'm not as ambitious as you think... if you think I'll be Horus, Abaddon, Huron and the like, you're probably wrong."
"What is the praise for Horus, who was pushed to the front stage by an invisible hand and finally became the plaything of the four evil gods? Abaddon seems to be a large number of people but a warlord leader. If other demonic primordials don't sell his face, they will be nothing! Huron? That's even more ridiculous, just a guardian dog."
"Ha, you have a pretty high vision. Are there any demon primordies? Even the primordies on the empire may be observing in the dark."
"After I was deceived by the fraudster once, I realized that the era of the Primarch was over."
"Occam, you can't be too full of words, otherwise you will be easily slapped in the face by facts-"
Soshiyang shook his head and stood up, then stretched out his hand.
"But no matter what, if you are willing to help me, it will be better. I may not be able to realize your ideal, at least it will allow you to try a different path."
Okam straightened his waist, held the other person's hand solemnly, and said in a deep voice:
"For the Emperor."
