Chapter 2092 The Wolf with Spear

Standard Terra Calendar 968.M41
Great vortex area, Kara Galaxy, Expeditionary Force Center Command
Since following Soshiyan, Veronica has rarely dreamed again, and because she rarely sleeps, this dream came so suddenly.
She didn't even know when her consciousness was dragged into her dream, but suddenly a violent thunder broke through the sky, and then the rain flowed down, like a never-ending torrent, like the ocean was invisibly brought to the sky and poured down again.
For an Ada, especially a former prophet, although she was just an intern, she knew very well that dreams were often not simple.
The sky is dark and the rain is cold, which is not auspicious sign, but she is still shallow in getting started and cannot independently analyze dreams or visions with omens.
With a click, the thunder illuminates the earth
Veronica, standing in the heavy rain, looked into the distance. The uneven peaks were like black spikes, chiseling towards the twinkling sky, like a huge wolf tooth, and the sky in its background was like a huge curtain, with some huge clouds fighting each other, projecting their terrifying light to the mountains on the edge of the world.
Pulled by some subconscious mind, Veronica began to move, moving up the steps carved out on the desolate foothills.
When she passed a row of white skull poles, she found that she had unknowingly had her hair standing upside down, these skull columns were almost as tall as Astarte, and the tips of the copper rods that pierced them made the uppermost skull more prominent, and those skulls were not human-shaped, but canine-shaped, or—
Wolf.
Veronica tries to tell what this is showing. The appearance of wild beasts in dreams or visions is often an evil sign, representing an enemy and a threat.
But these are not living beasts, but skeletons.
Skeletons, death, decay, warning.
If you look closely, you can still see that there is a fire inside the skulls of these beasts, giving them vicious and fierce activity.
There were hundreds of sacrificial pillars like this, surrounding the mountain. Veronica seemed to have entered a stranger from a barbarian tribe, and went upwards, allowing the rain to wet her body and hair, and the strong wind that took her body temperature away. It seemed that there was obsession driving her to see what would happen on the mountain.
Another thunder roared across the sky, like the sound of footsteps made by the gods as they marched in the sky. After a while, she arrived at a plateau with only rocks, about a distance from the top of the mountain, or even further away.
Even though the rain kept roaring, she could still hear the crackling sounds of the skull poles below, and felt some rising heat that was pouring into the deep heart of the mountain.
The sky rumbled and the mountains trembled and shaking, as if preparing for what was going to happen next.
Suddenly, Veronica felt a barbaric and terrifying force. She raised her head and a huge incandescent lightning suddenly split the sky and hit the highest peak of the mountain. The light almost burned her eyes.
The top of the mountain burst, its shadow disappeared into huge pieces and surging smoke, and the gravel was thrown into the air hundreds of meters high.
The fragments fell beside Veronica, shattering the hillside, but she was unmoved, just blinking the still-hot afterimage of lightning in her eyes, and at the same time realizing that the heavy rain had stopped, the deafening echo of the thunder and explosion disappeared without a trace, leaving only her shaking standing alone on the top of the smashed mountain.
The Eternal Queen lowered her arms and felt a tremor coming from the rocks of the surrounding mountains, a sense of fear and awe that was similar to this held her firmly.
After the storm, the sudden silence of the mountains was more terrifying than anything she had known before.
A creepy horror slowly engulfed her consciousness, and the feeling almost rose from the bones, a natural biological instinct of the predator.
Veronica turned around, everything made her creepy.
On the way she came, towering ridges undulate in the rocks, black hair was greasy, sharp claws scratched across the rocks to create a dense noise that broke the mind, and the spitting mouth opened and closed slightly, revealing the sharp teeth with saliva.
Wolves, countless wolves, were staring at her with their reflective eyes.
Blinking his blurry eyes, Caveronica's attention was then attracted by a loud bang. She turned her head and saw a twisting black lightning-like smoke rising from the broken crater on the top of the mountain. Although there was no wind that dared to disturb the night at this moment, the smoke was still flowing, gathering together, sliding down to the lower place like a dim light.
The mountain shook with the steps of something grand and terrible, and the rock was crushed into powder under its weight and strength. As it approached Veronica, who was almost collapsed to the ground, the malicious light emitted from the smoke became stronger, and the horror hidden there stopped, observing her with interest as if she was looking down at an ant.
Suddenly, the smoke disappeared, revealing what was hidden in it.
It was a lonely white wolf, so huge that it stood in front of Veronica like a mountain, its limbs were as big as Titan's feet, its head was larger than a poisonous blade, its dim yellow eyes were mocking and malice, and in its bloody mouth were wolf teeth that were almost shiny - they were interlaced with something stuck.
A huge, golden spear.
"The Wolf of Spear..."
Veronica's lips shook and she whispered what she saw.
"The Wolf of Spear..."
"The Wolf of Spear..."
"The Wolf of Spear..."
"Veronica?"
Moving his arm, Veronica felt a warm big hand climbing up to her shoulders, then opened her eyes and saw Soshiyang's puzzled face sitting beside her.
"What's wrong with you? When I read the battle report, I seemed to hear you say something, and my breathing was a little disordered."
"nothing......"
As she supported her body with her hands, the thin blanket also slid down, revealing her graceful body without any inch.
Looking at his wife's pale face, Soshiyang, wearing a robe, pulled the blanket and hugged the other person in his arms, and said softly:
"What's wrong? Have a nightmare?"
Veronica calmed down on his chest for a while, then shook her head.
"We won't have so-called nightmares, everything may be a foreshadowing."
"Um?"
Afterwards, Veronica told everything she saw in her dream. This is also a little different from humans. They can remember their dreams almost perfectly.
When he heard this, Soshiyang frowned throughout the whole process. After all, he was not a psychic or a fortune teller, but he grasped some of the key points.
"If it is a foreshadowing, it seems that the core is the wolf?"
