Chapter 52: Who Killed Him(1/2)

Several seriously injured patients were lying on the ground and basking in the sun.

Since I have decided to investigate this matter to the end, the next goal is naturally the patients in the hospital.

After seeing me approaching, the nurses in the hospital naturally became a little cautious, but after seeing my face when they went in, their defense was also eliminated. After all, the famous temple guardian in front of them is now in front of them.

Based on the information provided by Bimo, I know that the first victim's name is Dahei.

However, I came here not because Da Hei was seriously injured, but because Da Hei had worked here. He is one of the few barefoot doctors in the nearby village. Although he broke one leg due to a fight when he was young, everyone still respected him very much.

His death means that at least more than half of the villagers in the surrounding villages have less basic medical assistance.

Of course I feel quite regretful.

"Da Hei was once one of the rescuers here?"

So when I asked this, the rescuers wearing masks around me felt very surprised.

After all, everyone knows that Da Hei never married a wife in his entire life, and now a young man suddenly appears to look for him. How can the rescuers miss such an opportunity to gossip?

"No, don't get me wrong, I'm just responsible for investigating the case."

After hearing what I said, the residents around them naturally understood that they also knew that any case I wanted to investigate was generally a major event, so they did not dare to neglect them.

"What are you looking for him? Dahei was indeed one of our rescuers before. Because he used to be a barefoot doctor, he would have a little prescription for dysfunction, but that's all."

Hearing these words, I nodded silently. It seemed like this in poor and backward areas. Anyone with a little skill can do well.

But what makes me feel very ironic is that when he was alive, not many people came to see him, but then countless people came to hang out.

"Then is where he works, you can go and take a look."

Just as he was busy with his work, he pointed to a dilapidated small thatched cottage.

I couldn't believe that this was actually where he worked. In his own words, he felt disgusted even if he had to solve the problem in that place.

I looked at this place casually, and suddenly I seemed to remember something.

After all, when I came to this place, I had already heard of such a perverted murderer who specializes in picking disabled people.

But no matter what, you can't believe this pervert who specializes in killing disabled people. The mysterious person who wants to see me is the same guy.

Just when he was at a loss here, Bimo suddenly called me again.

On the other end of the phone, Bimo told me that the believer had collected suspicious information. A villager inexplicably received a strange letter and asked me to meet in the evening.

I was completely confused. How many people would I see in one night?

I hurried back to the Viper Temple and found that Bimo's subordinates were interrogating a man.

"What did you find?"

I walked closer and asked.

"He said everything, and there was no value at all."

Bimo gritted his teeth impatiently, not looking very happy.

"We know most of what he said, and I really don't know if it's intentional demanding us!"

But no matter how I look at it, I think he is just an innocent villager.

"Since he doesn't know anything, it's useless for you to force him like this."

I looked at this villager. He was at least in his forties, and there must be many people in his family who were concerned about him.

"Why don't you let him go."

I suggest to.

Bimo shook his head and sneered.

"You really want to let him go? Even if he says everything, he can't go out alive. This is the Temple of Viper God!"

Bimo's hysterical appearance caught me off guard.

But before I could react, Bimo screamed: "Take it!"

The next second, the innocent villager was burned by fire, rolling and screaming on the ground, and there was no sound after a short while.

"What did you do?!"

I shouted angrily, I couldn't believe that the scenes that usually only appear in horror movies have actually happened in front of me.

"I said, this is the Temple of the Viper God. When you enter here, you must be prepared to die."

Bi Mo didn't agree with this. I have seen such a scene many times.

"Martyrs! Gather and head towards the waterfall! Take that guy back!"

As soon as Bimo finished his words, the believers around him began to gather.

But what surprised me was that these people looked like the living dead, without any anger, and would only move their limbs numbly.

"What's wrong with them?"

Looking at this scene, I felt more and more different.

"They volunteered to give their brains to me, and I naturally want to make the best use of their thinking."

I was confused when I saw this. What is the difference between Bimo doing this and drug dealer?

Bimo seemed to see through my concerns, smiled and continued, "What you don't know is that I don't use drugs to control it, nor do I force it. They all obeyed voluntarily."

However, when I looked at these believers, I didn’t think they were human beings I was familiar with.

"I banned their thinking and used spells."

Bimo murmured, as if this hypnosis method is more advanced than others.

But I still feel that there is no essential difference between the two.

"I can't accept you doing this."

I shook my head, I really thought that Bimo had so many people following him because of his high moral character, but many things were not as simple as our eyes saw.

"What if these so-called believers of yours are gone? What kind of person are you?"

I asked angrily.

After hearing what I said, Bimo was not angry, but instead laughed strangely, feeling very happy.

"Me? What kind of person am I? Let me tell you! Even if I die, I will turn into a ghost to clean up the drug dealers! This is me!"

Bimo took a deep breath after this passage, as if he had become the serious old man again.

"I know what you're thinking, but do you think it's possible? Just because you want to convince that mysterious man too?"

Unexpectedly, Bimo hit the nail on the head and pointed out what I was thinking. I even doubted whether he had hypnotized himself and could guess what was in my heart.

"But you have to try it?"

I don't understand why Bimo treats a person who may become his helper in this way.

"You still know too little. People like him are either fools or controlled by multiple forces."

Although it sounds cruel, I still want to try it out.

"Don't you believe it? Then I'll give you a chance to prove it yourself, but remember, you have less than two hours."

As Bimo said, he smiled coldly, particularly cunning.

I did not hesitate and hurried towards the waterfall.

At this time, I felt more at ease and couldn't help but ask myself, is this really necessary?

Now that I have not received any assistance, will something happen if I act rashly?

Thinking of my appearance, I couldn't help but start to laugh at myself.

"It seems that I'm not as brave as I think."

Although he said this, he still gritted his teeth and hesitated to the waterfall.

"I am the one you are looking for! No matter who you are! Show up now!"

A few minutes passed, but no one appeared.

"Strange? Am I really being fooled?"

Looking at the strange surroundings, I felt more and more uneasy.

The waterfall in front of me is still washing down.

In order to relieve my anxiety, I hesitated for a while, and finally plunged into the waterfall, washed my face hard, but I still felt dry mouth.

"Drink some water from the waterfall and you shouldn't be poisoned to death, right?"

I didn't think much about it, and I put the water dripping in with both hands.

But after just swallowing it in a small mouthful, a nauseous feeling spread throughout the body, and I had to vomit all the water out again.

"Damn, what a broken thing!"

Just as I was about to curse, my eyes were stunned after I noticed something.
