Chapter 75: The Origin of Light and Shadow

The origin of the moon god Elune has always been mysterious. The news circulated by Azeroth only knows that she is a true god, but no one has seen her true body. Even the title of moon god was given to her by the night elves without authorization.

The night elves who had just received the energy evolution of the Eternal Well combined the will of Eluen to the moon they worshipped. The title of the moon god Eluen was born, and the original priest claimed that Eluen was sleeping at the bottom of the Eternal Well.

As it turns out, this ancient myth is completely terrible.

Elune had never condensed entities in the material world. The early night elves could only feel the will of this true god, but never saw her.

According to the Night Elf's own understanding, the statue of Eluen was portrayed as a female night elf, but the appearance of the statue was always very blurry. Obviously, even the Night Elf himself did not know how to carve Eluen's appearance.

The fabricated legends related to Eluen are more than that. There is a widely circulated rumor in the market, claiming that the forest demigod Senarius is the descendant of the strongest demigod Bai Lu Maloen and the moon god Eluen.

The best lies are never the kind that can be seen through at a glance, and can deceive a large number of people into believing, and they are usually mixed with some of the true situation.

The fact is that Senarius, who is a demigod, does have a certain relationship with Bai Lu Maloen, and the two also admitted their father-son relationship to the outside world.

But this matter has nothing to do with Elune, it is just a far-fetched and forced tug from the public. Cenarius never admitted in public that Elune was his mother.

The one who really has a similar mother-son relationship with Senarius is actually the Green Dragon Queen Isera.

Andrea once speculated about Elun's true identity, and the official personally denied that she was the Azeroth Star Soul guess. So what exactly is she, as a true god?

The unintentional words that Saratas blurted out opened a door to the truth for the long-willed Andrea.

‘According to the 7.0 mission of the Heart of the Holy Light, including Zera, the mother of the Holy Light, Naru, a race known as the symbol of the Holy Light, was created by Elune.’

Andrea ignored Saratas' humble call, trying to connect the intelligence he had previously obtained.

‘Although Naru is a representative of the Holy Light side, their strength is hard to describe. At least I don’t think they can be equated with the Great Lord of the Void, and are almost the same as the ancient gods at the next level.’

‘If you think so, as an existence higher than Naru, is Eluen the Great Lord of Holy Light... This name is so stupid?’

If we only deduce this step, this answer should be accepted by most Elune sisters, including Tyrande, but Andrea did not stop there, and he was still thinking deeply.

‘The characteristics of light and shadow that can be transformed into each other have long been known to the world. If we think from another perspective, is it possible for Elune? In the past... and even now, he is actually a member of the Great Lord of the Void?’

This terrifying speculation made Andrea shudder.

‘No, no, no, I can’t think so. At least I know that in the historical scope of Azeroth, Elune has never expressed his malice towards this world.’

‘Master Holy Light, or, because of disagreement with the same clan, transformed into the former Void Lord on the side of the light, can she understand her existence in this way?’

"That, Lord God's envoy?"

After barely coming back from the terrifying guess, Andrea heard Saratas' call.

After rubbing the tingling temple, Andrea sighed tiredly and said, "Tell me, what's the matter?"

Saratas hesitated and asked, "Have my Lord issued any new orders to us who are parasitic to Azeroth? Is it possible for me to have my complete body again?"

Andrea rolled his eyes, "Although I don't know what you felt from the divine power just now, what I can tell you is that your guess is not correct, at least... is not completely correct."

...

Although he was confused about Andrea's vague explanation, with Elune's divine power as a deterrent, Saratas at least dared not make trouble in secret.

With the scimitar inserted into the belt, Andrea intends to try to challenge the seal of Kazgros' Hammer.

"God's envoy..."

Andrea impatiently interrupted Saratas's name, "Don't call me that, and don't use this kind of stingy respectful attitude. Just call my name directly. My name is Andrea."

"Well...well, Andrea."

Satalas heard the displeasure in the new owner's tone, and he was good at controlling people's hearts and quickly adjusted his attitude.

"If you want to get the Hammer of Kazgros to defeat the Burning Legion, I advise you to give up on this plan for the time being."

Andrea, who was preparing for a change in form, paused, "Why?"

As a veteran of Azeroth who survived the Dark Empire, Saratas definitely knows much more about this world and even the Titans, the enemy of the ancient gods, far beyond Andrea.

"Although each of the pillars of creation left by the Titans has great power, ordinary mortals are absolutely unable to control them freely."

"I once met a troll who accidentally obtained the Tide Stone of Gogones by Zandu. Her strength is already considered the elite among the mortals."

"But when fighting against Kissix who had just woken up, the troll priest activated the Tide Stone and launched a single attack and died suddenly with blood on the spot."

Saratas said meaningfully, "For mortals, the Titan's artifact is too powerful, and the energy consumed when activated is not something they can bear."

"After the energy you own is exhausted, the energy consumed becomes the life of the user."

"So, if you want to turn the tables on the Pillar of Creation, it's better to think twice before you act."

Andrea frowned, he didn't expect the price of using the Pillars of Creation to be so heavy.

But it is also appropriate to think about it. Everything has gains and losses.

The Pillars of Creation do have powerful powers that are incomparable to any magical artifact, but to stimulate them will inevitably consume a huge amount of energy. This burden is undoubtedly too heavy for mortals.

‘No wonder the legend of Hun Gaoling only ends with the expulsion of Deathwing. It’s not that he doesn’t want to create more legends, but that his body can’t bear the burden of using the holy hammer and soon collapses?’

After hesitating for a while, Andrea finally gave up the plan to get the Hammer of Kazgros for the time being.

"Forget it, if it's time to fight to the death, we won't have the only one of the pillars of creation. The Holy Hammer will keep it here for the time being, but..."
