4, floating in space

After the Rossian space fleet evacuated, space returned to its former tranquility.

Kerot was taken away from Bell's fatal attack on his soul and floated in space...

Since there was no navigation system, he could only rely on his own judgment and use the little power left on the ejection chair to sail towards the Martian base.

However, he could not find the target in space for a day and a night. The remaining power on the ejection chair was used up, and there was still no shadow of the Martian base. Kerot couldn't help but think:

[Our large base has no reason to disappear overnight... Could it be that our base was dragged away by the Ross star?]

The ejection chair without power was floating aimlessly in space, and Kerot tried to use his energy to drive the ejection chair forward.

After a long time, Kerot felt a little tired. He had not eaten for many days and the water on his body was disappearing. If he consumed his body's energy for such a long time and had no energy protection, he might not be able to withstand the cold space and ultraviolet rays in the dark night. It won't take long, even if he doesn't starve to death, he will freeze to death.

In order to save energy, Kerot sealed all the acupoints in his body, closed his eyes tightly, stopped breathing, sat quietly on the ejection chair like a dead person, protecting his body with the energy on his body, and let the ejection chair take him to float freely in space.

After his fleet returned to the mysterious planet Ross, Bellzun returned to his command center and sat on the command chair in the magnificent and rich command center to check the news from the display.

When he was free, he picked up the teacup and took a sip of the kiwi tea that he was used to drinking. This kiwi tea was a habit he developed when he was an old man in the "Dragon Family" of Jianglong Villa on Earth. He would drink tea habitually no matter whether he needed it or not.

In fact, the Ross people are non-carbon-based humans, and they do not need to replenish water. What they need most is light. Usually, they replenish energy for one or two hours under the light source, and they have strength for a day. Therefore, the Ross people do not have a kitchen, let alone food. Their humans have no emotions, have asexual reproduction, and have no sense of life and death. They can be said to be the coldest-blooded human among humans.

Bellzun picked up the teacup and remembered his first encounter with Kerot. He was so simple and easy to cheat, and gradually entered the trap he designed... At that time, he was really comfortable. The planet Capricorn, Mars, and the humans on Earth were all under his control.

However, the good times did not last long. It was also this Kerot who ruined his major events, which made the Martians not under their control, destroyed his plans, and disrupted his timeline. In the end, although Mars and Capricorn were destroyed, the spark remained and did not eliminate the roots.

Now he had to track the traces of the remnants of the Martians and came to another area near the space of the Earth in the parallel galaxy system to the solar system... He naturally knew that this Kerot was coming to the parallel galaxy.

Looking back at the beginning, Kerot's bizarre IQ was scary. The more Bell Zun thought about it, the more he became, the more he was, and even had a strange premonition that Kerot would destroy the parallel earth like Mars in the solar system...

That's because Bellzun began to feel that Kerot's vital signs were not like carbon-based humans. Looking back on his experiences in space many times, he could survive, and he became stronger and stronger. This time he didn't even wear protective clothing on the base of the Martians after being attacked by a nuclear bomb. It seemed that he was not afraid of nuclear radiation at all, and his body showed no sign of infection with nuclear radiation...

He pounded the table with a "bang" and realized that he had neglected it - he only thought in his mind that Kerot would die under nuclear radiation, and did not notice Kerot's alternative reaction as a carbon-based person.

Bell Zun stood up and said to himself: "This Kerot will not die in space... He is likely to be alive. If this person is not controlled by us, he must not leave a living place! Otherwise, it must be a big trouble for the Ross people! Kerot, don't go to the parallel earth, we will destroy any planet in order to kill you..."

Bell Zun regretted not ordering Kerot to be arrested, locked up in the prison of the Ross people or sent it to their laboratory, locked him in forever or put chips on his brain to control him, so that he can do things for the Ross people from now on.

After some thought, Bell Zun made up his mind: [No, I must find this person, capture him, detain and control him, and let him serve us. He is a strange person. If we can capture him and control him, we can understand the vital signs of carbon-based people and master their genetic mutations, it will be of great help to further control carbon-based people!]

Thinking of this, Bellsen ordered his fleet to search for Kerot in the area where they had fought with the Martians. However, the reconnaissance spacecraft swam around in space, but found nothing. Kerot was alive or dead, and there was no news.

Bell Zun stood in front of the space map in the command room, looking at the space map on the screen, thinking: [Where did this guy go? Our fleet almost searched the area we were looking for, but we couldn't find him...]

Bell Zun had to take the opportunity to fly his specially made advanced space reconnaissance aircraft and searched in the target locked area for more than a month, but he still returned in vain...

-

How could Bell Zun know that Kerot had been rescued once by a passing spaceship. What he saved was a cosmic scientific research spacecraft, which belonged to an area called the True Kingdom on the Earth planet.

Specifically, the one who discovered Kerot was Professor Dong Ming, who worked at the True Kingdom Universe Research Institute, specializing in astrophysics research.

On the day when the Ross and Martians fought fiercely, Professor Dong Ming observed space anomalies through a space telescope—

Two unknown fireballs appeared in space, as if they were nuclear bombs exploded... He thought:

[The space area near our earth is a vacuum zone, without any objects such as celestial bodies, meteorites, and space debris. There are no basic conditions suitable for nuclear explosions. Where did this explosion come from?]

Professor Dong Ming is a famous professor on Earth. He is tall and thin, with wide-edged eyes on his face, slow-talking, and a light white outfit, looking like a master with great knowledge.

He was meticulous in his work and liked to dig into the bottom line when encountering problems. In order to figure out the big explosion in that space area, he sat in the office and spent three days and three nights to check it out, so the information was not found that there had been a big explosion in the space area he observed. In order to figure out the cause of the explosion, he asked the institute to send a scientific research spacecraft to inspect.

So with the approval of the dean, the research institute's scientific research spacecraft flew to the space area where the nuclear explosion was. The scientific research spacecraft flew to the designated space area, and the scientists found nothing. Just as they were dejected and returned to Earth, they unexpectedly discovered Kerot floating in space.

Out of respect for the scientific research personnel of the spacecraft, the scientists stopped the spacecraft next to Kerot and rescued him on the scientific research ship.

During the rescue, Kerot always closed his eyes and was lifeless. When scientists saw Kerot clearly, they found that he looked similar to the Earth Planet man, but his skin was gray... At one point, he mistakenly thought that he was a missing cosmic member on the Earth Planet many years ago, an ancient corpse. However, when carefully observing his seat and clothes, he felt that he did not look like an ancient corpse... Because the seat was very new and the clothes were not weathered, these details puzzled the scientists.

For safety reasons, they were also afraid that Kerot would bring infectious bacteria from the universe. They used their space arms to untie Kerot from the ejection chair and let him live in a separate special cabin. Is this cabin used to discard garbage, with a unique design that can rotate and parabolic, or a closed isolation cabin.

When the spacecraft was about to approach the Earth planet, Dong Ming became curious and wanted to carefully observe the ancient corpse staying in the separate cabin. So he opened the isolation window on the cabin door and looked into the cabin... He saw that Kerot seemed to open his eyes and was smiling at him...

Dong Ming was so scared that he quickly closed the isolation window door! No matter how many sounds came from the separate cabin, he was so scared that he dared not approach him anymore.

Professor Dong Ming returned to the spacecraft observation room and watched carefully the Kerot locked in the cabin through surveillance video, and sprayed disinfectant on Kerot through the nozzle in the cabin, in order to prevent him from bringing him back to the Earth planet, bringing the space bacteria on his body back to the Earth planet, causing disaster to the Earth planet people.

Dong Ming was the person in charge of this space scientific expedition. In order not to take responsibility, he made it clear to everyone and unanimously stated that from a security perspective, this "monster" should not be brought back to the earth to avoid harming the world.

So, they used the control switch to open the outer hatch and threw Kerot out of the closed cabin, sending him back to space again...

This is... no matter how many reconnaissance aircraft Bellzun calls to recycle in the original space area, it will be useless - Kerot is no longer in the original locked area, but is floating in another space area...

-

A year has passed.

In space, Cerot certainly met the passing spacecraft, but they were all in a hurry... No one noticed the living people floating in space.

Kerot's body is getting weaker and weaker, and his body's energy is about to be exhausted...

If no one comes to rescue him, maybe he will really die...
