Chapter 6 Working hard

Sneak! Slap!

Huang Haojie looked at the test subjects that sparked directly and crackled, and quickly took out the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher beside him.

puff!

Some dry carbon dioxide gas immediately covered the test items.

"Huh! It failed again." He smiled bitterly.

Although he possesses the theoretical principles of the Thunderstone Battery, he keeps failing due to incomplete production materials.

The batteries manufactured are either unstable or a piece of scrap iron cannot be charged.

He finally knew how awesome it is to have nanorobots in parallel time and space. The kind of molecular structure that can directly observe the internal structure of objects and adjust the molecular structure of matter anytime and anywhere is amazing.

Although the lightning stone batteries in parallel time and space were later manufactured by factories, the other ones were definitely of great significance.

But now he is struggling to manufacture the Thunderstone Battery, which is divided into twenty-six steps or twenty-six process links.

There are five most critical process links, and these five process links are indispensable, but just two of the key process links are missing.

So now he can only try to complete these two key craftsmanship links based on the general theory.

Of course, he also hopes that in these times, the memories transmitted from parallel time and space, there are relevant information about these two key craft links.

However, by mid-August, nothing was found in the memories that came through.

He could only continue to work hard.

On the other side.

Li Jianhua was not idle either. He had been in eastern Guangdong for more than half a month to inspect those battery companies.

Judging from the investigation, many small and medium-sized battery companies generally have poor management, and only a small number of them are profitable.

This is mainly because the current governance environment is very strict, which has led to policy tightening. After all, the environmental pollution discharge of many small and medium-sized battery factories does not meet the standards.

In addition, their technology is now behind, and large battery companies are conquering cities and land, and sooner or later they will be eliminated by the times.

In particular, large battery companies with strong strength such as Lishen CATL-Times Biyadi occupy more than half of the battery industry, and many small and medium-sized battery factories do not have much money to make.

As for a lithium battery for a mobile phone, the production cost of the battery itself is about 21 yuan, and the overall cost of the case and other cases is about 26 to 28 yuan.

The retail price is about 35 yuan. minus the profit of the wholesaler, the ex-factory price of the battery factory is about 28 to 30 yuan, which means the profit is less than 10 yuan.

This also requires consideration of the depreciation of the production line, rising raw material prices and rising labor costs, etc. If you are not careful, you will suffer serious losses.

In other words, in the environment where the waves wash away the sand, the current small battery factories are generally poorly managed.

This greatly reduced the difficulty of Li Jianhua's investigation.

After all, these small battery factories are not well managed, so the purchase price will not be too high at that time. What's more, Huang Haojie can also do without the venue and battery production line, which is probably even lower.

More than half a month passed in a blink of an eye.

In the temporary laboratory of Huang Haojie, a city in the west of Shanmei City.

"Haha! Success!" Huang Haojie, who was covered in dust, looked excitedly at the silver-gray test piece in front of him.

He finally completed the two key process links with the general theory of this Thunderstone Storage Battery.

After testing, the battery of this test sample reached 1.2 kWh/kg. What is this?

Let’s compare the current lithium battery power storage capacity. The current lithium battery power storage capacity is generally between 0.15 and 0.18 kilowatt-hours/kg.

In other words, the power storage capacity of this test product battery is equivalent to 6.6 to 8 times that of ordinary lithium batteries.

Nowadays, electric cars can run 150 to 200 kilometers at a time, of course, Tesla may be higher, but it will not exceed 300 kilometers.

If Huang Haojie replaces it with a battery in front of him, the range of the electric car will reach between 1,000 and 1,400 kilometers.

In addition, his battery has some advantages that other batteries do not have.

Fast charging, at a voltage of 220 volts, this battery of about ten kilograms is fully charged in almost five minutes. Although it is simply a weakling compared to the original version, for other companies, this is a flash sale.

Another issue is the production cost.

Take Tesla as an example. Its Tesla model s battery pack board seems very high-end, but it is not.

Its battery pack plate is composed of 16 battery packs in series, and each battery pack is formed by 444 lithium batteries and 74 cells in parallel. Therefore, the Tesla model s battery pack plate is composed of 7104 18650 lithium batteries.

The weight of each 18650 lithium battery is 44 grams, and the total weight of 7104 18650 lithium battery is about 312 kg.

The retail price of a 18650 lithium battery produced by Tesla is around 10 Chinese yuan, assuming the profit is 30.

In other words, the production cost of a kilogram of 18,650 lithium battery is about 160 Huayuan.

If we take the domestically produced Biyadi? Tang Hybrid as an example.

Tang's battery pack weighs about 200 kilograms and costs about 22,000 Huayuan.

In other words, the cost of Biyadi's battery is about 110 yuan per kilogram.

So what is the production cost of the battery produced by Huang Haojie? He roughly calculated that the production situation in the laboratory is between about 85 and 90 qian yuan per kilogram; if it is mass-produced, the cost can be reduced to less than 30 qian yuan per kilogram.

In other words, the cost of the battery he made is less than one-fifth of that of the 18,650 lithium battery. Even if the domestic ones cannot be sold at a high price, he still has more than 70% of the profit for a kilogram of 100 yuan.

Of course, he would not do anything that costs 100 yuan.

But now he is not considering how much it costs to sell, but how to weaken the battery performance and prevent piracy.

Others are considering how to increase the battery capacity, but they just want to consider how to weaken the battery capacity. This is a fucking trick.

However, in order not to be evaporated by the world, he should just obediently weaken the battery performance.

As for the issue of anti-piracy, some people may say that there is a patent law? If you really think that everything will be fine after registering a patent, you can only say that you think about the world too simple.

Once someone knows the production process, others make a makeover, or add some irrelevant content, and then register a patent.

Especially those giants like to do such things the most. If you say I pirated you and infringed on your patent, that's fine! Come and sue!

At that time, a lawsuit will be delayed for three to five years, which will make you dying of ecstasy, and a small company may be dragged to death. Otherwise, they will have to reach an out-of-court settlement with them, and they may give you some leftovers.

Therefore, patents need to be registered, but the process, especially the key processes, must be firmly grasped in your own hands.

Fortunately, there are two very strange aspects in the five key process links. One of them is the special treatment of the tin frame. The tin frame must be soaked in a special catalyst solution and then powered up.

The solution concentration, power-on voltage, and power-on time are all special data, and even if there is no difference, it is not enough.

This catalyst is specially equipped with it according to the production principle of Thunderstone batteries, and there is no such catalyst on the market.

Huang Haojie looked at the flow chart of the twenty-six process links and could decompose at least hundreds of key points. As long as one of these key points has problems, the battery will be scrapped.

Three special catalysts and eight very strange processes are focused on including the links that need to be kept confidential.

After all, you must beware of others. The reason why a person does not betray is not that he is so loyal, but that the money has not yet been in place.

Huang Haojie has more than two hundred years of experience in parallel time and space, and he has seen too many of these things.

In addition, he also had preliminary ideas about the solution to weaken the battery performance.

That is, use iron-lead compounds to overfille iron-lead compounds during the process of filling the tin framework, thereby reducing battery performance.

Sure enough, he then overfilled the iron and lead compounds into the tin frame, causing the battery capacity to drop regularly.

After more than a week of exploration, he finally successfully suppressed the battery performance to an energy density of 0.19 kWh/kg.

Similarly, the charging speed also becomes 8 minutes per kilogram. If modified to Biyadi Tang (200 kilogram battery), it means that a whole piece will take 1,600 minutes to fill it at one time.

Of course, it is impossible for a battery to be 200 kilograms per piece. It must be divided into small pieces and then assembled into a battery pack for use. If it is made into ten kilograms per piece, it will be charged side by side, and it will only take about 80 minutes to charge it at one time.

After completing all this, it has come to National Day in 2015.

Li Jianhua, who has been visiting small battery companies outside, has also sorted out five small battery companies suitable for acquisition.

Huang Haojie was checking the emails sent by Li Jianhua on the computer, and also searching the situation of these five battery companies online.

After all, the information sent by Li Jianhua may not be all true. He looked at the official websites of these five battery companies and some related information on other websites, and compared the emails sent by Li Jianhua.
