Chapter 10 The Last Moment

Bang bang bang, three consecutive gunshots, Zhang Haoxuan, who landed on the ground, rolled on the spot and flashed behind a table.

"I'm shot, I'm shot!" After three thrusts, a man screamed.

He glanced at Stanford's right-hand man and the ugly guy who was guarding the door that day, all fell to the ground with a blossoming head. Only the hippie policeman with a braid was probably lucky, but he was shot on the shoulder and fell to the ground and was trying to climb behind another table.

Zhang Haoxuan stretched out the gun without thinking and pulled the trigger continuously. Although he didn't look at it, the screams kept ringing. Finally, he probably hit the point, and he let out a shocking scream, and there was no more noise.

Retracting the pistol and rolling back to a table again, Zhang Haoxuan glanced at the captain's office with a compartment. When he jumped in, he could see clearly that Matilda was not here, but the captain's office was tightly closed and there were still figures flashing.

Suddenly, the door opened and a voice sounded: "I was so fucking annoyed today. First, a little girl wanted to kill me, and then a Superman broke in. What kind of fucking he treated this place as?!"

His tone was impatient and a little unruly. He knew who was talking at the first time. Zhang Haoxuan frowned and immediately glanced at the captain's office, then frowned even tighter.

"Hey, boy, stand up and let me see you and see what kind of heroes will break in for this little girl alone." The voice said again, "You came in too fast just now, and I didn't see clearly."

Zhang Haoxuan did not answer.

"Hurry, I'm very irritable and unhappy now." The impatient voice became even more, accompanied by a girl's "ah".

Taking a deep breath, Zhang Haoxuan stood up suddenly, raised his guns and pointed them at the captain's door.

"Ha, an Asian boy, really surprised." The girl full of tears stood at the door, Stanford shrank behind her, completely unable to see it, and pointed a gun at her head.

"I'm sorry, Zhang." Matilda stood timidly, afraid and ashamed, but after seeing him, she became anxious.

"Ah, it's so touching," Stanford said in a playful, crazy voice behind, "Okay, dear Asian boy, put your gun down now."

The girl quickly shook her head at him, and was about to speak with anxiety on her face, but was grabbed by the person behind her and screamed involuntarily. Zhang Haoxuan's eyelids twitched, without making any sound, and without putting down his gun.

"Hurry up, my patience is limited. If you delay, then this bold little girl will die in front of you." Stanford's voice became a little nervous. "Of course, you can also wait here, waiting for the opportunity to kill me, and at the same time let this little girl die, or wait for the support police to come."

He laughed a few times, and his voice became sharp and delicate, especially harsh.

A few seconds later, Zhang Haoxuan let go of his hands, turned his two pistols half way around his index finger, and turned over.

"Don't let it go!" Matilda shouted, but Stanford immediately reached out to cover his mouth.

"Very good, very good. Now throw the pistol away to both sides, move slowly, don't play tricks, I know you are very powerful, so many people outside are not your opponents," said Stanford, who was huddled behind the girl.

Zhang Haoxuan raised his hands silently, as if he had not seen Matilda's anxious eyes, and threw the pistol out.

"Very good." Stanford said, raising his hand only took two shots.

Bang bang, Zhang Haoxuan, who was splashing blood on his chest, fell down, and the girl screamed in irresistible grief: "No!"

"Ha," Stanford finally stretched out his head and looked at it and made a raspy laugh, "So I'm not a hero."

"No! Zhang! No!" Matilda screamed and struggled, big tears falling from her eyes.

"Listen, little girl, you'd better be honest. You can live until now because of mine...ah!" Stanford, who stood up, screamed before he finished speaking. The girl bit his hand hard on the hand that he grabbed him.

"Damn little **!" He slapped her in the face and hit her on the ground.

At this moment, Zhang Haoxuan, who was lying on the ground, suddenly opened his eyes, jumped up, and strode towards Stanford.

Stanford's reaction was also very fast, and he immediately raised his gun and thumped it a few more times. However, although Zhang Haoxuan's body splashed a few more blood flowers, the impact of the bullet did not make him take a step back, as if it was just a tickling.

Even if Stanford was a pervert, he was inevitably shocked by this. In this moment, Zhang Haoxuan had already rushed in front of him, grabbed his wrist firmly, and punched him hard on the elbow joint. With a click, his arm broke.

Stanford screamed, but before he could finish his screaming, he was punched heavily in his stomach and his whole body was arched. Then his neck was pinched, and his whole body was lifted up again, and then he fell to the ground.

Then, with a click, Zhang Haoxuan picked up the gun he had just dropped to the ground, pulled the bolt to point it at his head.

"Wait!" Stanford breathed, raised his head and opened his eyes wide and was about to speak, but Zhang Haoxuan reached out to block Matilda's eyes, without any pause, and pulled the trigger neatly.

Bang! A bloody flower broke out in Stanford's head and fell back to the ground. His eyes were still wide open, as if he didn't believe that Zhang Haoxuan actually shot like this.

The girl who had already gotten up from the ground was stunned for a few seconds, but she didn't expect that her enemy would die in front of her, and she was a little confused for a moment.

But she quickly came back to her senses and rushed to Zhang Haoxuan and shouted in a hurry: "Oh my God, Zhang, you are bleeding."

Zhang Haoxuan did not answer. Regardless of the fact that his clothes were dyed red, he picked up Matilda with his arms and walked out with great strides.

"Zhang, stop quickly, Zhang, you are bleeding, you are bleeding a lot." The girl started crying at this time.

"I know," Zhang Haoxuan's tone was very calm, "but we must leave immediately, the police will not be able to leave when they come."

He said, holding her straight to the safety stairs, and in just a few minutes he rushed to the first floor, but his clothes were soaked deeper with blood.

"You are bleeding, Zhang." Matilda was in his arms, desperately trying to hold the wound with blood flowing outside, and sobbed quietly regardless of the dyed red hands.

Zhang Haoxuan still didn't say anything. Fortunately, he didn't meet the policeman in front of the back door, kicked him away and headed straight for the car parked in the alley outside.

The driver poked his head out, wore circular glasses and beard, and opened the car door for them silently, and waited for them to get up and started the engine and drove out.

"We are going to the hospital! We need a doctor!" Matilda shouted to the driver, tears kept flowing down her face, her face was already crying, and her hand pressed on Zhang Haoxuan's chest did not leave for a moment.

"Okay, Madie." Zhang Haoxuan grabbed her hand, his face was so white that it turned into purple, "Silence a little."

He panted and looked at the driver in the rearview mirror: "Now, the money is yours, Lyon, and your friend Tony, but..."

He glanced at the girl beside him who was already crying: "There is one more thing to help me take care of her."

"No, Zhang, no!" Matilda burst into tears, "Don't say such things."

"I live in my place and there is still a sum of money... the secret wall under the bed is about 500,000 US dollars, half for you... half for her," Zhang Haoxuan continued to gasp, "She is Matilda... Although she has a little temper... she is very independent... very good at taking care of people... she is a... good girl... very good girl... she will change your life..."

"No! I don't want others to take care of you! I don't want others to take care of you either! Don't leave me, Zhang, please! We'll go to the hospital right away. If they can cure you, you will definitely cure you!" Matilda pressed his chest with both hands and tried her best to press the blood back.

Zhang Haoxuan did not answer, but just looked at the Italian man in the rearview mirror in the car. The Italian man who also looked at him through the rearview mirror nodded slightly after being silent for ten seconds.

"No!" The girl was already crying.

"Hey," Zhang Haoxuan looked at her and grinned with a difficult smile, "I'm sorry, Madie."

"Don't leave me, Zhang, don't leave me..." Matilda's voice began to hoarsely.

"I...I'm sorry..." A bright light suddenly appeared in his eyes, "I should be better for you. God knows I want to... I'll call you more Mati..."

No, no, it shouldn't be like this, it shouldn't be like this!

"I like you... I really like you... from the first sight of you..." He gasped, his mouth trembling violently.

Don't take me away, don't do this, don't let me go now!

"But I can't tell you, because... because I dare not... nor can I..." His face became whiter and white, his lips began to turn white, and he had a bitter smile on his face.

This shouldn't be the last, this shouldn't be!

"I once thought... I couldn't love anymore, I dare not... love again... love and hope... it was very terrible to me... but I still came to you... I just wanted to see you..." As he said this, tears finally burst out, with a little light, sliding down from his blood-stained face, with regret and indescribable reluctance. His feelings have never been as strong as they are now.

Please, don't let me leave, don't let me leave!

"It was you who made my dead heart start to beat again... It was you who made me have hope for hope again... Although it is still so illusory..." He grabbed her hand tightly and grabbed it tightly.

God, please, give me more time and more time! Let me stay by her for a few more seconds, and let me stay by her for a few more seconds!

"Promise me... live well... no matter which dimension you are in... no matter whether you exist or not..." His hands drooped, his eyelids drooped, and he hung uncontrollably.

The darkness surged like a tide, swallowing him completely, and Matilda's cry echoed in his ears: "Zhang, don't leave me! Please, don't leave me!"
