Chapter 972 Hope’s decision(1/3)
The other side.
Scott Lang has already started to implement his theft plan according to Hank Pym's layout.
After teaming up with several assistants, he experienced setbacks in life and chose to return to his old career.
"The communication line has been cut off and the collection signal has been interfered with."
"No one can call the police tonight."
"Inspection completed."
Scott's partner Louis, sitting in the car, looked at Scott and said:
"If something goes wrong, I will protect you, okay?"
Scott put on his hood and said:
"Don't worry, that can't happen."
At the same time, he also knew in his heart that if something really happened, Louis wouldn't be able to help him much, and he wouldn't even be able to raise the money for a lawyer and bail money.
Watching Scott get out of the car and leave, Louis smiled and said to his partner:
"I like how cool he is."
After getting out of the car, Scott looked at the courtyard wall of the villa and jumped into it with a sprint and a smooth movement.
Friends who saw this scene exclaimed:
"My dick explodes!"
After Scott entered the yard, he looked around the house and found the circuit network connected to the room alarm. He went up to it and disabled the alarm device.
"The alarm network is down."
Amid the admiration of his companions, Scott pried open the window and entered the room.
After getting the key from the guest table, he opened the door outside the basement and looked at the lock on the door. Scott said:
"There's a fingerprint lock on the door."
Louis said in surprise:
"What did you say?"
"Elstow didn't tell me that."
"Oh my gosh, are we out of this?"
Scott thought for a moment and said in a deep voice:
"not necessarily."
Then Scott got up and went upstairs, rummaged through the drawers, and found three things: 502 glue, rings, and scotch tape.
Then he used tape to extract fingerprints from the door handle, placed a ring on the location of the fingerprint, dripped glue, and heated it with a gas stove. Soon Scott made a mold with Hank Pym's fingerprint.
Bring it to the fingerprint lock for verification. The identification is quickly passed and the basement door opens.
"Done."
The friend who was watching outside saw that the alarm system on the computer was not triggered and sighed:
"It didn't trigger the alarm, he was too powerful."
Scott opened the door to the basement and saw the style of the safe. He said helplessly:
"Is there any mistake?"
Louis asked:
"What's wrong?"
Scott shook his head and said:
"They're not kidding, the safe here is difficult."
Louis asked:
"How hard is it, Scott?"
Scott said in a deep voice:
"It's Carbondale."
"Produced in 1910, the Titanic was also made of this kind of steel."
After hearing this, Lewis was surprised and said:
"Wow, can you handle it?"
Scott explained:
"That's right, it loses its temper when it gets cold."
"Remember that iceberg?"
Louis said:
"Of course, it killed Little Plum."
The partner on the side added:
"It killed everyone."
Another said:
"But it didn't kill the old lady. She later threw the Heart of the Ocean into the sea."
Scott ignored the words of several people, and then took out the equipment he brought in his backpack, plus the existing materials in the basement, injected water into the lock cylinder, and then froze it with liquid nitrogen.
Water expands when it turns into ice, but metal does not.
Then the door of the safe was opened automatically.
However, when Scott entered the safe, he found that there was nothing inside, only a set of clothes.
Louis asked:
"What's inside, money or jewelry?"
Scott said disappointedly:
"Nothing, just a riding suit."
"An old motorcycle suit."
Louis confirmed again:
"No money, no jewelry, nothing?"
Scott said helplessly:
"No."
"Working in vain."
After hearing this result, Louis said:
"I'm sorry, Scott."
"I can't let you get anything out of it."
In line with the idea that thieves never leave empty goods, the rider's jersey put in the safe may be a limited edition or a signature model. Scott stuffed it into his backpack before leaving.
What Scott didn't know was that all his actions were watched by Hank Pym. The ant on the table carried a camera and had already recorded his every move.

the other side.
After Darren Krauss and Hope had dinner together, they took each other to the laboratory.
Hope watched the staff leading a lamb into the experimental area and said:
"I thought we were going to use rats?"
Darren Krause looked at Hope and asked doubtfully:
"Is there a difference?"
Darren Krause then ordered:
"Start experimenting with 34-C, shrinking organic atoms."
Hope persuaded:
"Darren maybe you should consider rats."
In Hope's eyes, there are specially bred experimental mice, and using lambs is still a bit too intolerable.
However, Darren Krause disagreed and said directly:
"Shrinking organic tissue is the core of this technology. I can't take half-finished products to meet customers."
