Chapter 2 Epiphany Advancement

At night, Zhang Ye did not practice cross-leggedly, but lay on the bed, silently sorting out the sudden awakening memory.

This memory from the earth completely contains a person's life. The experience is really exciting. Zhang Ye digested it silently, only feeling that his vision has been much broader.

"It turns out that the earth is actually a big ball made of soil! Outside it, there are countless stars and endless voids!"

"It turns out that the sun in the sky is actually a planet, a planet that constantly emits light and heat..."

"So, this is how the plane flies!"

"It turns out that a ship made of steel can also float in the sea calmly!"

...

Zhang Ye slowly flipped through the memory, and suddenly a memory aroused his great interest: "Chinese classics - "Tao Te Ching"!"

"Tao Te Ching" is a book. Zhang Ye only read the first twelve words of this book: "Tao, can be told, is extraordinary. Name, can be named, is extraordinary." He immediately realized that the book is not simple.

"The Tao can be said, and it is extraordinary. Name can be called, and it is extraordinary. Nothing is called the beginning of heaven and earth, existence, and the mother of all things. Therefore, there is always nothing, and I want to observe its wonder; there is always something, and I want to observe its consequences. These two are the same and have different names, and they are called mysterious, mysterious and mysterious, and the door to all wonders."

A short opening sentence actually pointed directly to the essence of the Great Dao and revealed the origin of heaven and earth. Seeing this discussion about the Great Dao, Zhang Ye felt the mysterious and distant meaning contained in this passage, which was vast and grand, but pointed directly to the essence, and Zhang Ye's whole body trembled.

"Tao, can be said, is very Tao. Name, can be named, is very famous. What a wonderful book, I didn't expect there would be such a strange book in the world!" This mysterious classic from a distant space shocked Zhang Ye at the beginning, causing him to lose his mind.

If the first chapter of the beginning shocked Zhang Ye, then the next fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth chapters made Zhang Ye breathe in big mouthfuls, almost breathless—

"The heaven and earth are not kind, and treat all things as straw dogs; the sages are not kind, and treat the people as straw dogs. How can they be so stubborn between heaven and earth? They are empty and unyielding, and move more and more. It is better to keep the middle than to talk too much and lose more."

"Chapter 6: The immortality of the valley is called the mysterious female. The gate of the mysterious female is called the root of heaven and earth. If it exists continuously, it will not be used diligently."

"Chapter 7: Heaven and Earth last forever. The reason why heaven and earth can last forever is that they do not live by themselves can live forever. Therefore, the saint comes after their body and the body comes before their body; the body exists outside their body. It is not because of their selflessness, so they can achieve their own selfishness."

"Chapter 8: The best is like water. Water is good at benefiting all things without fighting, and is in the way of being evil among the people, so it is almost in the way. Living in a good place, having a good heart, being kind to be kind, speaking with good faith, doing good governance, doing good things, and moving good times. Only when you don't fight, there is no fault."

...

wonderful!

Too exquisite!

It's really so exquisite!

Zhang Ye could not imagine that there was such a wonderful discussion in this world! Although there were many classic works in the wild world where he was, those so-called classic works were simply not worth mentioning in front of this mysterious "Tao Te Ching"!

After reading only eight chapters, Zhang Ye was already in a state of excitement and a huge wave was stirred up in his mind. He could no longer lie on the bed, jump out of the bed, and walked back and forth in the room, savoring the remarks in the "Tao Te Ching" in his heart. The more he tasted, the more he felt the profound mystery in it. He only felt a mysterious and untestable door slowly opening, a quaint breath of the Tao came to his face, and the mystery between heaven and earth seemed to be within reach!

Zhang Ye walked in the room, his whole body and mind were devoted to the "Tao Te Ching". Before he knew it, he actually walked in the room all night until the rising sun rose, and Zhang Ye woke up from the wonderful state of savoring the "Tao Te Ching".

Zhang Ye's cultivation was very shallow, and his overnight taste did not allow him to understand the mystery of heaven and earth. However, the discussion in the first eight chapters of the "Tao Te Ching" deeply impacted Zhang Ye's heart, allowing Zhang Ye to have a new understanding of the essence of cultivation, and some problems in martial arts were also solved in this taste.

In the next two days, Zhang Ye was almost in a state of not eating or sleeping. He was repeatedly reciting and savoring the extremely mysterious "Tao Te Ching". On the third day, when Zhang Ye saw Chapter 25 of the "Tao Te Ching", he was stunned.

"If things are mixed together, they are born before heaven and earth. They are silent and lonely, independent and unchanged, and they are not in danger, and can be the mother of the world. I don't know its name. The strong word is Tao, and the strong word is called Da. The great name is called Da. The great name is called Da, and the far name is called far, and the far name is called reverse. Therefore, the great way is great, the sky is great, the earth is great, and the king is also great. There are four great things in the domain, and the king lives in one of them. Man follows the earth, the earth follows the sky, the sky follows the Tao, and the Tao follows nature."

Chapter 25 of the "Tao Te Ching", Zhang Ye felt that he was hit by a thunderbolt. The thirteen words "Man follows the earth, the earth follows the sky, the sky follows the Tao, and the Tao follows nature" kept flying in his mind. He suddenly realized something, and the true energy in his body actually started to run automatically.

The true qi flowed out continuously in his dantian and was input into various meridians in his body. This true qi flowed out was lively and full of vitality. When it flowed through the meridians, the vitality and vitality contained in it slowly nourished Zhang Ye's whole body, slowly penetrated into various acupoints of Zhang Ye, and constantly tempered his body.

I don’t know how long it took, but Zhang Ye suddenly felt the acupoints in his body tremble, and the true energy slowly flowed back to his dantian, and he woke up.

Zhang Ye subconsciously checked his body, and suddenly he found that there were black and smelly objects on his arms and cheeks, and his whole body was extremely fishy. In amazement, Zhang Ye moved the true qi in his body and was stunned. It turned out that he had just discovered that he had broken through the first level of martial arts and entered the second level of martial arts and refining the body!

The level of martial artists in the Wild Continent can be divided into nine levels according to true qi, which is called the Ninth Heaven of Martial Arts. Each level of the Ninth Heaven of Martial Arts has a standard, namely: the first level of true qi enters the body, the second level of true qi refining the body, the third level of true qi leaves the body, the fourth level of true qi transforms into a stream, the fifth level of transforms into a stick, the sixth level of gathering qi to form a wall, the seventh level of bundling qi to form thunder, the eighth level of qi refining into liquid, and the ninth level of refining liquid returns to the truth.

Every time the ninth level of martial arts is reached, it is extremely difficult. For example, a few people who are called the genius of the Zhang family are only at the peak of the second level of martial arts. Zhang Chengtian, the head of the Zhang family, has practiced for more than 40 years, but it is only in the late stage of the fifth level of martial arts. This shows how difficult it is to practice.

Zhang Ye’s qualifications are mediocre and even a little low. With his qualifications, it would take at least ten years to advance to the second level of martial arts. But he had just accidentally entered a state similar to enlightenment. Driven by the true qi in his body, Zhang Ye easily broke through from the first level of martial arts to the second level, and the true qi in his body flowed stably, lively and lively, without any consequences of unstable foundations!
