Chapter 123 Don't Be Afraid

Fu Mohan didn't care at all about Lin Jinran's confused eyes, his eyes remained on the tombstone.

Lin Jinran pursed his lips and deceived a deceased person. Is this really a good thing?

After an unknown amount of time, the two people's bodies and clothes were soaked by fine raindrops, and then Fu Mohan bent down and bowed to the tombstone.

"Let's go."

He suddenly turned around, walked towards the direction he came from with his long, slender legs, decisively and resolutely.

Lin Jinran quickly followed her and slowly climbed up to the elevated station where the cable car was parked. Just now, she was in such a hurry for fear of losing her that she didn't notice her surroundings. Now, at a glance, she saw a mountain beneath her feet.

She stood at the highest point and felt a little dizzy.

Lin Jinran was a little reluctant to walk into the completely transparent ladder. She stood at the door of the ladder and said nervously, "I want to go down the mountain on foot."

Fu Mohan held his trouser pocket with one hand and stood on the ladder with a long voice. His dark eyes were a bit impatient and he said without hesitation, "Come up."

Lin Jinran bit her lower lip, feeling extremely rejected in her heart, but she still compromised and climbed onto the glass staircase.

The ladder started slowly and headed down the mountain. Every time it passed a station, it would shake greatly, which made Lin Jinran's heart beat with fear, and her fingers subconsciously clenched a little tighter.

Looking forward to it in my heart, hurry down the mountain, hurry down the mountain.

Just as he was thinking about it, suddenly, the moving glass ladder shook greatly, frightening Lin Jinran to scream, and almost subconsciously threw himself on Fu Mohan, his whole body trembling.

Fu Mohan's first reaction was disgusting, thinking that Lin Jinran was artificial.

But feeling the little woman's extremely frightened and trembling body, his dark eyes narrowed. She was really scared, not just pretending.

Soon the glass ladder stopped moving, but it also came to a stop. It stopped at two elevated places in an even position, with lush trees at its feet.

They were trapped in the glass ladder.

Lin Jinran closed her eyes tightly, her long eyelashes trembling slightly as if nervous and frightened.

She swallowed nervously and asked in a trembling voice, "Are we here?"

"Stop." Fu Mohan slowly took out his cell phone and prepared to call the repair number posted on the cable car.

A sharp scream suddenly sounded in his ears, causing him to furrow his eyebrows slightly. The little woman fell to the glass floor with her arms folded, her whole body shaking.

Lin Jinran just thought that Fu Mohan's intention was coming. She opened her eyes and looked at it. The picture that stopped in mid-air shocked her pupils, and she was completely frightened.

Her already pale face was even more pale now. She bit her lower lip and huddled on the glass floor, trembling slightly and falling into extreme fear.

"I want to go down...let me go down...woo..." A thin, crying voice sounded intermittently in the silent glass staircase.

Fu Mohan's heart felt inexplicably tight, he squatted on one knee and said in a deep voice, "Lin Jinran?"

Lin Jinran acted as if he hadn't heard anything, still immersed in his own fear.

Fu Mohan frowned tightly. He stretched out his arm toward her, grabbed Lin Jinran's arm, and used a little strength to pull Lin Jinran up.

As if he had found a life-saving straw, Lin Jinran wrapped himself tightly around Fu Mohan and hugged his body tightly. He was shaking slightly all the time, and his pale little face was covered with tears, looking pitiful.

Fu Mohan's lips tightened, and after a moment he raised his arms and held her tightly in his arms.
