Chapter 2612 partake four
Chapter 2614 partake(6)
When Harry and Sirius were attacked by Dementors at the lake, first the wind blew, and then the temperature dropped sharply.
Even if there are ghosts and ghosts, you still have to abide by the rules of "physics". When the cold air hits, the hot air will rise, the cold air will fill the space, and then wind will form.
"Merlin's beard, look who I met."
A loud voice said, and Li Wei, who was chatting, looked over, and the smile on his face froze in an instant.
"It's so rare, Filius, that you actually leave school," the visitor said.
"I often run into you at parties, Whyple. How could I have run into you if I hadn't left school?" said Felicity.
"You must be Professor Sprout." Wemper shook Pomona's hand vigorously. "Nice to meet you."
It was indeed not the first time they met, but it was the first time they greeted each other. Pomona also smiled politely and said, "It's an honor to meet you, Mr. Whymper."
"What did we miss?" said Amos Diggory, next to him was the newly "rescued" Cedric.
"This is Gilbert Wemple of the Experimental Spells Committee." Pomona introduced.
"And you are?" Whymper said, looking at Cedric.
"This is my son, Cedric." Amos Diggory said proudly.
Whymper soon lost interest in Cedric, who was wearing Hufflepuff's school robe, and looked at the headmaster of Ravenclaw again.
"I was expecting your signature, Filius."
Feliwei said nothing.
"What to sign?" asked the screenwriter from Broadway in the United States.
"As for the control of weather spells, misuse of them will have an impact on the weather." Gilbert said.
"How many days will it last without rain in the UK?" Felivi sarcastically said. "If you don't use the atmospheric spell, the sunshine will become longer?"
"I heard that a student was injured during this year's Quidditch match with Harry Potter." Gilbert said. "It was windy and rainy that day, with lightning and thunder."
"The person you are talking about is me, sir, but I think the dementors have a greater impact than the weather spell." Cedric said immediately, "My goggles even froze because of it."
"You never mentioned it to me." Amos looked at Cedric worriedly.
"It's just the weather. I don't think I'll be so cold that I fall to the ground. Mainly when the dementors get close to me..."
"That's enough, Cedric." Pomona looked at Whymper and said, "That's a disappointing topic, don't you think?"
"I saw other friends, excuse me." Wenple said with a smile, left them and walked towards the next "target".
The purpose of the Experimental Charms Committee is to prevent wizards from randomly experimenting with spells, which may cause unexpected consequences. Sometimes they are minor, sometimes they are so severe that they cannot even be cured by St. Mungo's, and some are even worse, causing immediate death.
This kind of "accident" often happens to Ravenclaws, and spells have always been their strong point.
"Were you struck by lightning? Or were you attacked by a dementor?" The screenwriter of Wizard Broadway asked Cedric.
"No, no, sir," said Cedric. "It's late, Dad, let's go."
"Yes, please forgive me, I have to go to work tomorrow." Amos said to everyone.
"Let's go back, Filius, I feel very tired," said Pomona.
"Let's talk next time," Felivi said to the screenwriter, and then the four of them left the social event together.
When he arrived outside the venue and breathed in the fresh night air, Pomona felt that he was no longer dizzy.
She looked at the starry sky on the summer night. Perhaps the "curse" just now had come true. A dark cloud floated over, covering the stars in the sky like a veil.
———————————————————————————————————
"Rumble"
There was a muffled thunder in the distance. Pomona looked out through the glass of the greenhouse. The sky in the distance was covered with dark clouds, as if it was going to rain. No wonder she felt so hot.
Many plants in the greenhouse can provide sweet juice. She picked some knotgrass, put it in syrup, added some ice cubes, and planned to serve it as a drink for guests.
When she returned to her previous office, Severus was staring at Fawkes, the phoenix, sitting on the tree, as if he was petrified.
"Come and drink." She said enthusiastically.
"Why would the Headmaster lend you his pet?" Severus said ungratefully.
"I'm practicing a magic." Pomona said. "Don't ask what magic it is, I won't tell you."
"Can I know why?" He changed his gaze in another direction.
"It's about the fairness of the game." She stuttered and took a sip of the iced Knott honey water. Although the taste was not as good as the Three Broomsticks' Knott honey wine, it was good as a non-alcoholic drink.
At this time, Snape came over. Maybe the black clothes really absorbed the heat, and he was radiating heat all over his body.
"Don't just stare, drink." She urged. She didn't know why he was so stunned, but he kept staring at the cup.
"It's going to rain," he drawled, "and it's still raining heavily. Don't you plan to go back to the castle?"
"These are not ordinary glasses, they won't break even if they are hit by hail," Pomona said with a smile.
"Don't you feel hot? I know a place that is very cool." He said.
Pomona thought of the Slytherin cellar, that place without sunlight all day long was indeed "cool".
"Do you want to see the skin of the African tree snake?" He said as if adding chips, "You know snakes can shed their skin."
"Wait until I finish drinking this..."
"It's going to rain. Let's go now if it doesn't." He suddenly said with a lively voice, grabbing her hand and taking her away from the greenhouse.
"Wait a minute!" She quickly grabbed the wand and flannel bag, and then he pulled her out of the greenhouse.
When they reached a slope, Pomona looked at the tents on the Quidditch pitch and was worried whether they would collapse in the heavy rain.
But she only worried for two seconds before she was dragged towards the castle again.
His steps were so fast and urgent that she had to jog to keep up. It didn't take long for them to reach the cellar, and then he took her to the private storage room next to the potion room.
This small room is much different from what it was 10 years ago. The original cabinets can no longer accommodate his "treasures". The wooden partitions reach the ceiling, and a small ladder is needed to climb up and access them.
The room was indeed very cool, mainly because there was a "vent" under their feet, with bursts of cold wind blowing up from the manhole cover-like pedals, and one or two fireflies were dancing.
The little green light they emit provides some light in this dark place, eliminating the need for fluorescent flashes.
She looked at the green light flashing in his eyes. She didn't know whether it was because of the cold wind or other reasons, but she felt a chill in her back.
"Is it cool?" he asked.
Pomona nodded repeatedly.
"Is it cold?" he asked again.
She shook her head repeatedly, "That's good."
Then he raised his arm and took down a glass jar from the shelf behind her. In order to facilitate his access, she had to step back half a step.
"This is the African tree snake skin." He placed the jar filled with scraps of snake skin in front of her. "Let's go experiment and see if Slytherin's Parseltongue works on it."
"How to experiment?" she asked stupidly.
"How about just doing what you and Albus did?"
She suspected he would poison her.
"Don't trust him so much." Snape whispered in her ear. "You know what he is going to do to Madame Maxime for the sake of Nico Flamel's inheritance."
There was a hissing sound in the air, and she couldn't tell if it was caused by the wind under her feet blowing out of the cracks.
"I remember that the door leading to the firefly room used to be on the wall." She said softly, "Why did it become the bottom of the foot?"
"Because we are in a magical world." He teased, "You don't think that all the secret passages in the castle are dug, do you?"
She raised her hand to hit him, but he grabbed her wrist.
For a moment, she thought he would turn into a fire-ash snake.
But the coldness around him cooled him down, and he put her hand on his heart.
"I'm not lying to you." He said softly, "Look, you can feel it."
"You didn't lie to me?" There was a fog in her mind.
"This room is very cool." He said after a long time.
He was right, but she still felt a little disappointed.
Then she heard the sound of rain outside, and the sound she heard from the bottom of the lake was very different from what she usually heard.
"What perfume are you wearing?" Severus asked again in her ear, this time she could hear his breathing.
"It's so sweet," he said in a tone that could be described as terrifying, like she was a cookie.
She froze and didn't dare to move, letting him continue to smell the perfume on her body until the scent was absorbed by him.

There is a legend that dementors will suck the magic of wizards and turn them into squibs.
Georgiana looked at the bracelets on her hands. They reminded her of the shackles the Purifiers once wore on her, which she finally broke free with animagus transformation.
She didn't know what it was, she just remembered Albus's famous saying: People always forgive others' mistakes more easily than others' rights.
He was right again, he is always right.
That's why it makes people feel angry.
