Four hundred and fortieth record: Mount Gaoting

As soon as he got on the carriage, Jiang Shengyu couldn't wait to say, "Why do I feel that Chonghuan asked A Qiao to find out where Mei Xiang was buried?"

A Qiao also sat on one side, pouting her cherry lips, holding her chin with her hands, and looking thoughtful: "Young Master Jiang is right! Brother Zhao probably thinks that Aunt Shi's death has a lot to do with Mei Xiang!"

Only Wei Ruzhi sat down leisurely, pulled his sleeves, and raised his eyes and said, "A Qiao, don't forget to tell your brother Zhao that he owed me a tael of silver!"

"Well?"

A Qiao was stunned and came to her senses and immediately muttered angrily: "The fourth young master is so stingy! Humph! Brother Zhao said that she is very poor and has no money to pay you back! I will pay you back when I save enough money!"

Wei Ruzhi shrugged without hesitation.

A Qiao became more and more depressed, her pretty little face was full of disgust, and she kept muttering in her heart: "You can just follow me if you want to follow me! Really, I can find out the news without spending money!"

Jiang Sheng wanted to see Wei Ruzhi tease Aqiao and couldn't help but smile, but the curiosity and confusion in his mind could not be restrained.

"Do you think Mei Xiang really knows some other truths, so her brother moved away in a hurry?" He conjected with his hands in his chest and his face deep.

"But that peach-like anecdote has long been unable to stop everyone from talking, and there are many people who know it. Besides, Aunt Shi and Mei Xiang have also sacrificed their lives because of this. Why is he so scared that he wants to escape?"

He lowered his voice and leaned closer to Wei Ruzhi, his eyes full of "I'm almost curious and dying".

Wei Ruzhi glanced at him and said angrily: "Your thoughts are gone, and your only curiosity is not dead!"

Jiang Sheng wanted to push him, but said unconvincedly: "Aren't you curious about following you?"

"What I'm even more curious about is why Chonghuan digs Mei Xiang's grave!"

Wei Ruzhi looked unwilling to see the same as the young master Qicai. He looked at the sky, "Hurry up, let's hire a boat to go to Gaoting Mountain, and I still have time to figure out where Mei Xiang's grave is!"

"Okay! Let's go!"

A Qiao and Jiang Shengyou immediately agreed.

However, the two of them underestimated the degree of seasickness of Aqiao.

She actually vomited all the way in the dark, just because the two noble men could not help but serve her personally, and finally got to the shore.

Seeing A Qiao's face was haggard, Wei Ruzhi and the others couldn't bear to leave her, so the three of them could only squat in a tea shop on the dock for a while.

"What's wrong with you? You haven't seen you seasick on weekdays, why are you so serious today?" Wei Ruzhi looked at A Qiao, who looked pale, and only sighed to the sky.

Aqiao didn't know why she was so unhealthy. She pouted innocently and aggrievedly, took a few sips of tea carefully, looking annoyed.

Not to mention anything else, just such a fuss has already passed Yinzheng.

"It will be dark when I find it!" Wei Ruzhi looked at a peach forest in the distance, beautiful and beautiful under the spring sunset, and guessed.

"It's all here," Jiang Sheng wanted to put down the teacup and said with great utmost intention, "I can find a cave near Meixiang's grave to spend the night!"

"Ah——" When A Qiao heard that she was going to spend the night in the cemetery, she couldn't help but tremble.

"Don't scare her!" Wei Ruzhi gave Jiang Sheng a glance, "There are so many temples here, and any of them can stay overnight!"

Gaoting Mountain.

It is an old mountain in Lin'an Prefecture, located twenty-five miles northeast of the county, with a stone city on the mountain and ten miles around it.

Emperor Ningzong of the State Dynasty once wrote the words "Gaoting Mountain" in special writing, and was entrusted on the mountain.

The mountains and rivers here are beautiful and the scenery is beautiful. There are endless incense boats entering the canal under the hills.

Because the mountain in front is halfway up its ridge, the snow in winter cannot melt, and looking from the lake and villa, it looks like a jade pillar. Therefore, the snow in Gaoting is regarded as one of the wonders by the people of Lin'an.

On Chian Ridge in the south of the mountain, the King of Wu and Yue once set up the Academy of Allegiances and Banjing Pavilion here, which specially received envoys from the north.

More than 200 temples in the mountains, Xianning Temple, Wukong Zen Temple and Yueming Zen Temple are all attractions for pilgrims to incense and pray for blessings.

The most famous of them is naturally the thousand-year-old Longju Temple located in the north of Gaoting Mountain. It is said that after Emperor Gaozong crossed south, he lived in this temple, so this temple became even more famous later.

On the west side of the mountain, there is a ten-mile peach blossom dock. Peach trees are planted on both sides of the dock. When spring is warm, peach blossoms are in full bloom, bright and beautiful, like a piece of pink snow falling on the mountain forest.
