The second opinion is that the defendant Song Dachun not only instigated the defendant Yan Shaoxing to commit intentional injury, but also instigated Yan Shaoxing to commit robbery. Therefore, Song Dachun not only constituted the crime of intentional injury (instigation), but also constituted the crime of robbery (instigation).
