Chapter 53: People's hearts are unpredictable. The professor helps write the paper

These two consecutive things were too stimulating to Zhang Xiantao, and he could no longer hold on. In the early morning, he secretly packed his luggage, left a note for his relatives, came to Liuhua Station, and bought the ticket for the earliest bus, which was from Longgang. After escaping to Longgang, he was preparing to refresh himself and regain his studies in college. After several interviews, he successfully entered the Taihua Factory to work as a computer repairman.

After listening to his story, I got closer to him because I think he can tell us this unlucky past. No matter what, they should have regarded us as friends. This sincerity should be true. If we repay the favor, we can't be careful, right? But Li Hongmei advised me to avoid contact with him, saying that such a person is not so easy to change. He has been in the underworld for so long and can do anything. You have to be careful!

More than a month later, Zhang Xiantao suddenly resigned without warning and told me that he was going to work in Huizhou. Before leaving, I sighed. Another month later, a thin and dry little black boy who claimed to be his younger brother came to me to borrow money, saying that his brother said that I was his only friend in Taihua Factory and came to me if I had any difficulties.

Damn, I was very moved at that time. I didn’t expect that my status in Zhang Xiantao’s mind would be so high. People look down on us so much. I felt very satisfied and happy. But the landlord’s family didn’t have any surplus grain. In the end, I gritted my teeth and borrowed 50 yuan for him. I remember that at that time, I asked him, how is your brother in Huizhou?

Unexpectedly, he said, Huizhou? My brother has always been in Guangzhou.

His grandma's legs, I really admire Li Hongmei at this time. It's because they have foresight. It seems that I'm very young! It must be that Zhang Xiantao can't bear the loneliness of the factory and went back to his old business. What happened later? Is it exposed the body on the street or the broken arm and leg? God knows

The busy days are just around the corner and May 20th. The salary in February has been paid. This time I finally paid a full salary of 570 yuan. I still have more than 400 yuan on my hands, so I sent another 500 yuan to my house.

Regarding graduation thesis, in December last year, the college had already given a notice, asking us to determine the thesis topic as soon as possible, and to prepare as much information as possible when internships in the unit, in order to prepare for the emergence of time when writing the thesis. From that time on, I began to think about this issue, and also looked up a lot of documents and had a little outline. However, because I was busy looking for an internship in the unit, I was afraid that the internship content would have nothing to do with the thesis. In addition, I came to Shenzhen later, so I did not make it clear.

Before I left school and went to Shenzhen, I went to find our professional course teacher, Professor Luo. Because I studied professional courses well, I often discussed some issues with Professor Luo, so I was very familiar with Professor Luo and he valued me very much. Later, when he learned that I had not found a suitable internship, he once proposed to help me find a house.

After careful consultation and enthusiastic discussion with Professor Luo, he considered that after we arrived in Shenzhen, our personal research ability was limited and the difficulty of collecting project data was difficult, so he suggested that it was best to wait until we found a job in Shenzhen to see the actual work content, and then use our own personal practice and personal experience, and take the current status of foreign-funded companies as the entry point, break through, analyze their business management standards and specific implementation procedures in international trade.

I accepted Professor Luo's suggestion, and he listed some specific contents, and asked me to argue one by one after I went to Shenzhen. This made me understand the importance of the topic selection. The topic selection must take into account the purpose, significance and feasibility of the research of this topic. Therefore, during the period of smooth entry into Chengxian Company, I spent a lot of time in my spare time accurately analyzing the collected literature materials, carefully considering, removing the rough and drawing the essence, and drafting a preliminary writing outline.

The title of the paper I prepared is "A Brief Analysis of the Dominant Role of Foreign-invested Company Management Standards in Market Operation", and has been fully affirmed by Professor Luo. He believes that this topic follows the trend of the times and is in line with the country's major development trend. We are negotiating with the WTO and look forward to joining the WTO as soon as possible. Once successful, China will be more open, economic development will be more rapid, and will greatly promote the balanced development of international trade. Countries around the world will have more opportunities to carry out economic and trade cooperation with China.

Moreover, China will definitely provide everyone with a bigger pie, that is, a larger market, and competition in this market is more intense. Countries including China, Japan, and the United States can compete in this market. Success depends on who is more prepared and whose management is more in line with market laws.

Under Professor Luo's earnest encouragement, after most of the preparations were completed, I began to divide the paper into three parts (problems, causes, and countermeasures) according to the writing outline, and write part by part.

Since the first draft writing began, I completed the work I had as soon as possible every day, and then took out my spare time to study various materials from the company. Or based on the problems that emerged during the writing process, I went to experienced colleagues to test and consult one by one, or went to Longgang Bookstore to search for various documents while I was resting. Many times, I stayed for half a day and even saved the meal. A bottle of cold water and a pack of biscuits were enough.

Every time I come back from Longgang Bookstore, my book is full of records. After I come back, I write my own views word by word. Of course, there are many references in it, but what is certain is that most of the content is a language formed by me based on reading a lot of materials and combining my own understanding.

When I was in the first draft, I felt very laborious. It was not that my writing style was not good, but that my guiding ideology was deviated. In order to write each part as perfect as possible, I always covered everything, talked about everything, and couldn't bear to throw away anything. Of course, this was separated from the key part of the proposition.

Fortunately, even when I came to Shenzhen, I kept in touch with Professor Luo, so I quickly realized this issue under Professor Luo's guidance and immediately adjusted the direction.

During that period, I really kept writing. In just two weeks, I completed the first draft of the paper in early May, with more than 29,000 words, which was scary. This was because I deleted some of the numbers after I did it and processed them. If I followed my previous writing method, I couldn't even hit the 50,000 words.

After I finished sorting out the first draft, I faxed him after obtaining Professor Luo's consent. Although Professor Luo's work tasks are heavy and he is still a graduate student, I really don't have the intention to bother him anymore, but I am in another place and have the only way to do this. Unexpectedly, Professor Luo actually reads it in time and quickly gives his pertinent opinions, which makes me deeply feel the professor's rigorous and highly responsible attitude of studying.

I remember that the second draft of my thesis was revised, and it was almost nine o'clock in the evening. I originally wanted to pass it to Professor Luo the next morning, but it was more than a dozen pages. Although I had already adjusted the font very small, it would have to be passed on for a long time. I was afraid that Manager Mu and Supervisor Xu would have any opinions.

So after thinking about it, I thought I should just fax it now. It is not necessary for Professor Luo to read it today and put forward suggestions for revisions, and read it tomorrow, or whenever I have time. Besides, it is already so late, and Professor Luo probably has already gotten off work long ago, so I didn't take it seriously and just passed it over. What I never expected was that when I arrived at the company the next morning, Mei Qing helped me get the modification suggestions that Professor Luo had sent back from the fax machine.

Later I learned that Professor Luo had been sleeping in the early morning. Looking at Professor Luo's circle of handwriting, the revisions of additions and deletions, and his unique insightful insights made me very moved and grateful. Although the torrent of time is constantly washing away the dust of history and time is gradually fading away, generations of teachers have worked so hard to train students one by one to lead the road to success. The teachings are preaching, and the mountains of books are traveling from thousands of miles away. Learning is endless, hard work is a boat, and the burning teacher is a bright lamp. When you embrace the bright moon, you need to ride the wind, and your teacher sends me nine days to the end. You can't tell me the feelings of your teacher, and you will never forget them in your heart.

In this way, he revised it again and again, and received guidance from Professor Luo again and again. Finally, based on the content approved by Professor Luo as a basic formula, he paid more attention to the standardization of the format. Professor Luo also specially reminded me to modify the abstract, keyword, and citation. Regarding the last two abstracts and countermeasures that I have always written, Professor Luo personally helped me modify and typed them. In addition to being grateful, he could only study Professor Luo's clear modification ideas, and could not repay them. He only wanted to wait for the future.

In early June, the paper was basically finalized and there were no major revisions. It only needs to be considered again for some imperfect branches and leaves to make it more accurate, precise and detailed. At the same time, we began to fill out the graduation thesis writing (design) manual.

Finally, the paper on Liuyiqi's draft was finally finalized, and the dust settled, with a total of 18,372 words. I carefully held my efforts and achievements and handed them to Li Hongmei, solemnly asked Li Hongmei to take the time to print it out for me. Li Hongmei took it very seriously and asked me to print it out for each print. Every time I printed it, I asked several other colleagues to help me see it. Are there any typos, are there any irregular sentences, etc., for fear that something would go wrong and wasted my efforts for several months.

Moreover, she designed the cover of the paper for me ingeniously, which was very beautiful and generous. In order to express her gratitude to Li Hongmei for her help, when I went out with Zitong, she came out to select a small gift that a girl liked and gave it to Li Hongmei.
