77. Lord Wizard

The previous remnant looked at Rick with a hint of confusion: "Even if you are strong, the Tali tribe is hostile to the people on the surface. If you meet them..." The remnant said this, his expression slightly condensed.

Rick's eyes flew over everyone and said loudly: "Yes, the Tali tribe is indeed hostile, and even killed more than forty survivors."

When Xiaopang and the girl in black robe heard this, they opened their mouths in shock and looked disbelief: "Four...more than forty people?!"

The caravan encountered the most tragic robber battle, and only four people were killed or injured. The number of forty was considered a massacre in the eyes of the two siblings.

Everyone was silent for a while, Sheldon stood up and broke the cold: "Why do you send us back? Ladder?"

The survivors shook their heads and took out a few sharp and sturdy chisels: "Use this."

A survivor took a chisel and taught everyone a little. Heating out his foothold and climbed up.

This is a sport that tests physical strength and perseverance. Fortunately, the remnants ahead left first. When they arrived at the pit, they would put down the ropes and help Rick and others go up.

Most of the day later, everyone's eyes lit up, with dry and hot air coming towards them, and the sun trying hard to sprinkle heat above their heads.

The remnants had been living underground for too long. When they arrived near the entrance of the pit, they stopped moving and silently watched everyone disappear before their eyes.

Rick was the last to leave, and in Halis, he reached an agreement with the remnants of the tribe called "Sunshine".

After climbing out of the pit with satisfaction, Rick covered the sunshine and took a deep breath of the hot air. He let the dry air stay in his lungs for a while before he slowly vomited it out.

Looking around, there were all kinds of goods buried in the sand, and the corpses of several Shatuo beasts had been severely decayed and deteriorated.

At least one thousand people fell, but only Rick and six of them finally returned to the surface.

Old Wade was comforting the fat man, but his father failed to survive and died in the ruins of Helis. Most of the goods and Shatu beasts also fell into the ground and could not be taken back at all.

He directed everyone to search among the goods and finally found some food and drinking water.

After eating and drinking, and taking a break, Rick suggested leaving.

Although the little fat man lost his father, he quickly cheered up. This family needs a pillar and he cannot fall down.

His eyes were still a little red, and the fat man looked at the goods, and his voice became more reluctant: "Let's just leave like this? Those goods..."

Rick didn't say anything, but just shook his head slightly. Without the Shatuo Beast, no matter how valuable the goods were, they could only be abandoned. This is the desert, not the Avenue of Stars.

The little fat man also knew, but he felt a little nervous when he saw so many good things lying there. The caravan was basically destroyed, and only the siblings were left. Without his father, although the family still had some savings, it was difficult to restore the past.

Rick is powerless to do anything like this.

Suddenly thinking about something, Rick's eyes lit up: "Although the goods are lost, your family's connections are still there, right?"

Hearing this, the fat man swept away the decadence just now, rubbed his hands, and walked to Rick. His voice added a hint of the enthusiasm and philanthropy of a merchant: "Master, what do you mean..."

Rick pointed to the metal cage on the ground over there and signaled the other party to see it himself.

The little fat man leaned over and lifted the cover cloth, and was immediately frightened: "Why...why is this thing?!!" He looked panicked and frightened, thinking of the survivors who died in the hands of this thing.

Rick helped Xiaopang up, his voice full of temptation: "This thing is indeed dangerous, but if it is discovered by those nobles and officials..."

Xiaopang was stunned, and then his face changed slightly. With the sound of heavier breathing, Xiaopang's fat face also had a hint of flushing: "Yes...if you sell it, this thing is a rare thing!!"

The girl in black robe stood aside, and her small chin, which had been raised in the past, had already retracted her robe in front of Rick, the powerful wizard: "But...but this thing is very dangerous."

Rick and Xiaopang smiled at each other. It was indeed dangerous for women, but there was no threat to men, especially professionals.

Everyone was imagining a bright future, and a scent of smoke and dragons appeared in the sky in the distance.

The sudden appearance of the smoke dragon made everyone feel a little crisis and gathered around Rick.

At some point, Rick had become the backbone of this group of people.

Standing slowly straight, Rick squinted his eyes and asked Xiaopang to hide the active parts.

Many Hummer beasts can be seen vaguely in the large fog of smoke and dust.

The standard light steel armor only covers the limited vital points. A powerful crossbow or longbow is almost one for everyone. It has a dark face and is rough with the wind and sun.

Looking at the mercenary brigade composed of Samoans, a bad premonition flashed through Rick's heart.

"It's here! There are a lot of ruins below!!"

A young man dressed in a desert businessman pointed to the huge pit behind Rick and others and shouted excitedly.

The mercenary leader was a middle-aged man with dark skin and goatee. The meat-like flesh made him look fierce and cruel.

Thick and strong arms, waving powerfully. He held two sharp scimitars around his waist, sat upright on the horse's back, and was full of courage.

As he stopped fighting, his goshawk-like eyes flashed over Rick and others: "Why are you here? You escaped too?" His voice was low and hoarse, full of Samoan characteristics.

Looking at the fellow villager, Rick lightly locked his eyebrows, raised his hand and patted the dust on his body, and said freely: "We are just passing by, and we are curious to come and take a look."

As he said that, he was about to leave.

The goatee shook his flesh and sneered, "No matter whether he was passing by or escaping from below, you..."

Halfway through, the goatee choked!

Rick turned around and faced the sneering goatee, and also showed a smile. He raised his arm lightly, faced the goatee with his palm, stretched out his five fingers, and bursts of strong surging fire-type witch power quickly condensed in his palm.

When the explosive fire bomb, which was as big as a palm and full of hot air appeared in Rick's palm, the group of mercenaries who had just shown their power were stunned.

"Witch...Master!! Lord Wizard!!"

"Oh my god! That...is that witchcraft?!!"

The riots rang out, but no one dared to retreat, so they could only turn over and dismount and stand tremblingly.

Even if I have never seen witchcraft, this powerful supernatural ability has been passed down by word of mouth.

The goatee felt that he was about to suffocate. The hot temperature was scorching his soul, death threatened him, and the horse beast under him was even more uneasy and wanted to leave here.

"Puzzle" Goatbeard fell directly from the horse's back and knelt on his knees to beg Rick for forgiveness.

"Sir Wizard, I didn't mean to offend you, I..."
