Chapter 84: Aragog

The moon was dark and the wind was high in the forbidden forest. Harry and the others walked all the way, and no other sound was heard except the sound of the wind.

As soon as the sound rang, not only Harry and Ron were shocked, but even Yaya was sobbing around.

But after seeing the person coming along the light source, Harry shouted in surprise.

"Professor Forrest!"

Sherlock looked at Harry and the other two with a gloomy face.

"How did you sneak out of the castle? And came to Forbidden Forest?"

Harry suddenly remembered that, given the current situation, it was not a good thing for them to meet Sherlock here, and that excitement suddenly faded.

“We are... are here..."

Just as he was wondering whether to tell the truth to Sherlock, a sound of a broken branch suddenly came from all directions around them. It was obvious that some huge guy was walking towards them through all obstacles.

Yaya screamed aside, Harry and Ron looked at each other with nervous expressions, and then Sherlock pulled him behind him.

"Stay behind me, and I'll settle the score with you when I return to the castle!"

Sherlock's wand illumination spell was much brighter than Harry used, and soon they saw the behemoths that surrounded them in the middle.

Those were three huge spiders!

Each of them is bigger than a human. After seeing Sherlock and the other three and one dog, their movements began to slow down, but their movements became cautious and still showed the intention of being ready to attack at any time.

"......people."

One of the spiders' two big claws were moving quickly and actually spoke human words.

Sherlock was very calm, and he said with his eyes narrowed.

"Take me to meet Aragork."

After hearing him say that name, the movements of the three giant spiders stopped immediately.

Then, the three spiders seemed to have looked at each other, and the spider who had just spoken said intermittently again.

"follow us......"

The spiders still surrounded Sherlock and the other two in the middle, carrying them to move deeper into the forbidden forest.

Ron and Harry followed Sherlock, and they swallowed nervously, and Ron asked hesitantly.

"Teacher...Professor, where are we going with the spider?"

"Go to find their ancestors, Hagrid's friends." Sherlock said lightly, "You are so brave that you dare to sneak into the Forbidden Forest, why are you starting to be scared again?"

Harry and the other two lowered their heads in shame, not daring to look him in the eyes.

Sherlock did not want to teach them a lesson in the forbidden forest, and then comforted him.

"As long as you follow me, there will be no danger tonight."

However, it was fine if he didn't comfort him. As soon as he said this, Harry and Ron's hearts suddenly became tense.

They even stood there in a daze. When the giant spider's big claw behind them hit them, Harry Ron returned to his senses and continued to follow Sherlock with a sad face.

"Harry, I don't want to die yet..." Ron said in a crying voice to Harry's ear.

Harry's face was pale, his body couldn't help but tremble, but he still calmed down and comforted him.

"No, it's okay, we've tested it, but there's a chance, not 100%. Think about it in the better place, you have to be glad that the professor didn't say that we will definitely be able to go out alive this time."

Sherlock didn't hear the two of them muttering in a low voice, because at this time they had been taken to a wide depression by the spider.

The depression covered with dense leaves was covered with giant spiders, and the white spider webs were covered with them. Looking at Harry and Ron, who were already extremely nervous, their hair was blown up.

The spider continued to take them to the center of the depression.

The countless spiders around him saw them excitedly moving their big claws, making a clicking sound.

At this time, an eight-eyed giant spider slowly crawled out of the hazy white mist, which was much larger than all the spiders around.

Its body and legs were black and gray, and each eye on its ugly head with big claws was covered with white cats. It was a blind man.

"What did you bring?"

Compared with other spiders, Aragork's human language is obviously much more proficient.

Without waiting for the spider to answer, Sherlock introduced himself.

"My name is Sherlock Forrest, and Professor Dumbledore asked me to say hello to you on his behalf."

"Dumbledore..." Aragork repeated the name, as if it was recalling something.

"I remember him. It was because of his help that Hagrid brought me to this forbidden forest."

"Now Hagrid is in trouble." Sherlock whispered. "There is another attack in Hogwarts this year. The secret room was opened and four students were attacked. The Ministry of Magic could not catch the murderer. They just captured Hagrid."

Harry and Ron, who were following Sherlock, forgot their nervousness for the time being. They looked at each other and listened extremely seriously to Sherlock's conversation with the Aragok spider.

"That was true fifty years ago!" Aragork's voice became sharper, "Fifty years ago they said that Hager and I were guilty! But we have never killed anyone, and the attack has nothing to do with us!"

"But in order to protect you, Hager did not tell the truth, so his wand was broken and fired by Hogwarts. He would never be able to use the spell in his life."

Sherlock stared at Aragork's eight cataract-bearing eyes.

"Now the Ministry of Magic has captured him again. If we can't find the real murderer, then they may have a complete conviction of Haeger. This time is different from before. Haeger is already an adult. If his crime is confirmed, he will only spend the rest of his life in Azkaban, and he will live in pain!"

Aragork was silent, and it opened his mouth again after a while.

"what do you want to do?"

Sherlock expressed his purpose for this trip.

"You should know what the monster was that attacking the students in the castle, right?"

Aragork's big aura moved and said with great emotion: "That is our spider's mortal enemy! I didn't even tell Hagrid the name of that terrible creature, even though he asked me, many times."

"He can't even do a wizard for you, but you are so scared that you don't even dare to tell him a name." Sherlock's tone was full of contempt.
