Chapter 0149: Visiting

Regarding the book "Yi Jin Jing", before, Chu Nan only knew about the book compiled by Patriarch Bodhidharma.

As for Patriarch Bodhidharma, most people know it because the predecessor of Shaolin Temple was the place where Bodhidharma practiced. It is even said that Patriarch Bodhidharma crossed the Yangtze River with a reed, which shows how powerful his Qinggong is.

Later, there was information that the Yi Jin Jing was actually a martial art practiced by Taoists and had nothing to do with Buddhism, that is to say, it had nothing to do with Patriarch Bodhidharma.

However, that era was too long ago, and due to that movement, many materials were destroyed. Therefore, many people are even less clear about where the "Yi Jin Jing" came from.

However, the power of "Yi Jin Jing" is recognized by everyone. The key is to be able to practice it.

When Chu Nan was very young, he yearned for the martial arts in movies that knew kung fu, and even practiced some kung fu on his own.

However, in the end, he discovered that apart from the fact that his whole body was a lot stronger and he was a little stronger when fighting those gangsters, there was actually not much difference. After that, he stopped practicing those martial arts on his own.

At this time, when Chu Nan opened the "Yi Jin Jing", he found that the outer cover of the book was yellowed, but the content inside was indeed described very clearly. In addition to the text inside, there were also some paintings, all of which were clearly described.

It teaches a person how to practice cultivation.

"Yi Jin Jing" contains a total of twelve postures. The preparatory posture is: stand with legs open, head flat, mouth slightly closed, regulate breathing, hold the chest, straighten the waist, hold the abdomen, relax the shoulders, and relax the whole body naturally.

The first position is Wei Tuo's first position of presenting the pestle.

Bend both arms at the elbows, and slowly raise them to the chest in a ball-hugging position. Bend the wrists and stand with the palms facing each other, with the fingers pointing upward and the palms facing each other, about 10 centimeters apart. This action requires the shoulders, elbows, and wrists to be on the same plane. Do 8 steps as appropriate with your breathing.

-20 times.

Jue says: Stand upright, hold your hands in front of your chest, keep your energy, calmness and spirit calm, your heart clear and your appearance respectful.

Action postures, first, prepare for the pile exercise. Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder width apart, your knees slightly bent, your arms hanging naturally on both sides of your body, your fingers naturally close together and slightly bent, your eyes looking straight ahead, then relax, gently

Close your eyes like curtains.

The mind is calm, the mind is at peace, the mind is cleansed, and the mind is clear and respectful.

From top to bottom, relax the head, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, abdomen, buttocks, thighs, calves, and feet in order. Relax all joints and internal organs of the body, so that there are no tight spots in the body, no distracting thoughts in the mind, and the mind is inward.

Then do Vipassana to relax, retract your mind, guide Qi and blood, and observe the mud pills. You will feel your mind is fresh, as clear as morning dew.

Inhale the air downwards, look inside the throat, and consciously relax the neck.

Introduce the Qi downwards, look inside the small Dantian, feel open-minded and refreshed.

Introduce the Qi downwards and observe the spleen and bones internally. You will feel that the middle burner is warm and the epigastrium is comfortable.

Guide the Qi downwards, look inside the lower Dantian, and realize that the fire in the Ming Gate is warm, the vitality is abundant, and the warmth in the abdomen melts.

Guide the Qi downwards, look inside the perineum, and realize that the perineum is relaxed.

Inhale the breath and go down along the inner sides of the legs, look inside at the spring, and realize that infinite vitality is gushing out from under your feet.

Second, cup your hands to your chest, slowly raise your arms in front of you, palms facing each other as wide as your shoulders, keep your arms straight, then bend your elbows, and lift your elbows downward naturally. Slowly draw your hands inward, about a punch away from your chest.

, the two fingertips overlap, the thumbs touch lightly, and the palms face inward.

At this time, it is required to sink the shoulders and elbows, hold the chest and straighten the back, sink the energy in the Dantian, touch the tongue to the roof of the mouth, and smile.

...

There are twelve movements mentioned in total, and each movement is described in great detail, as well as the content and pictures. If it were written in classical Chinese, Chu Nan might not understand it, but when it was translated into modern Chinese, Chu Nan could not understand it.

See clearly.

Just because the numbers in this book are all in traditional Chinese characters, Chu Nan still had some difficulty reading some traditional Chinese characters.

Chu Nan also knew that in the 1950s and 1960s, before the movement started, martial arts schools were still very prosperous, but after that movement, most of them disappeared. Later, when they recovered, **10

In the 1980s, Qigong began to flourish again, and even many national leaders and scientists practiced Qigong.

However, as Western newspapers continue to advocate that Chinese Qigong is pseudo-Qigong and Chinese medicine is pseudo-medical, many domestic Kungfu have been replaced by Karate of Japan, Taekwondo of Bangzi, and even Muay Thai of Thailand. And today’s Chinese medicine,

He also looked half dead and half alive.

Chu Nan looked at this thin book and felt very puzzled, because there was nothing else on it except the printing time and price. It had been so long since the book had been published, so why was it clamped in the first place?

In that book?

If it is really possible to practice, then why haven’t we heard of Kung Fu masters today?

Chu Nan took another look, but did not look any further, fearing that it would only be a waste of time, or even make his hands and feet thicker and stronger than before.

After turning off the lights, I took a good nap. When I woke up the next day, my sister-in-law had already prepared breakfast.

When Chu Nan and the two girls finished breakfast, Liu Wei left alone to see the scenery, while Chu Nan and his sister-in-law went to the First Military Hospital to see how Li Shaobo was waking up after surgery.

The two took a taxi to the hospital, and when they went to Li Shaobo's ward, they saw that Li Shaobo had woken up.

"Uncle, how do you feel?"

When he heard Chu Nan's voice, Li Shaobo's face turned pale and he regained some energy and said.

"I feel like it should be better."

In fact, after this kind of surgery, even if you get better in the end, you still need to rest for a while.

After all, in Western medicine, when various drugs kill viruses, they will also kill a lot of other normal cells.

"Uncle, please take your time to recuperate. If there is no recurrence, you can be discharged from the hospital."

Now that surgery has been performed, other procedures are also followed for treatment.

Chu Nan has helped everything he can. If God still wants Li Shaobo's life, then even if Chu Nan has the clairvoyance, he can't help anyone else.

However, when Chu Nan quietly looked at Li Shaobo's stomach with his heavenly eyes, he discovered that the original black part had been removed during the operation and was not seen there now.

After Chu Nan looked away, he talked to his aunt for more than ten minutes and then left the hospital.

As for the sister-in-law, she stayed in the hospital and took care of the two little ones with her aunt.

When Chu Nan left the hospital, he suddenly realized that he didn't know what to do.

However, when Chu Nan thought of Brother Shen and the others he saw last night, Chu Nan also thought of the helpless old military doctor in the detention center.

The old military doctor had been innocently imprisoned for more than ten years in the detention center. He was alone and alone. Chu Nan felt that he was even more pitiful.

So, when he thought about this, he recalled that when the beautiful police officer told him about the location of the old military doctor, Chu Nan also took a car to go to that place.

It was Chu Nan's first time to come to that place. Compared to the old city where he was, it seemed even more defeated.

Because of the massacre during the Anti-Japanese War, I heard that many people were buried directly under this place. Therefore, no one in Jinling, rich or poor, dared or wanted to live in this place.
