Chapter 8 Fool

The young man reacted and ran back with his luggage. Lin Ze had a woven bag in his hand. Seeing that the young man had a lot of luggage, he wanted to help him carry it, but he couldn't believe it and threw the package back and avoided it.

Lin Ze stretched out his hand.

When they ran back to the square in front of the station, the two people's chests and backs were soaked with sweat, and they sat on the ground panting. Pedestrians looked at them with scrutinizing eyes, but they only stayed for two or three seconds, and then continued to walk in a hurry.

Everyone went their separate ways.

"You have this luggage bag with you, where are you going?"

Lin Ze wiped his sweat and calmed down a little. When he saw the woven bag with a thread under the young man's butt revealing a section of quilt, he couldn't help but ask.

The young man smiled honestly, revealing a wheat-like tiger tooth at the corner of his mouth.

"I came from Caofeidian and went to visit relatives outside the customs. My eldest cousin is in Baoshendi, Fusong County."

Hearing what he said, Lin Ze's eyes lit up: "Isn't this a coincidence? I came here to collect ginseng."

"You?"

The young man's eyes almost popped out of his head. He did not hide his disdain and chuckled:

"Brother, please stop joking. The boss who collects ginseng is dressed upright and his hair is combed and shiny. There is no one like you..."

The young man was quite kind and didn't say the next sentence, but Lin Ze was already blushing.

"Ahem, don't believe it. My classmate is collecting ginseng from a boss from the south. I came here for him."

The young man said "Oh" nonchalantly. Lin Ze saw that his attitude was not as enthusiastic as at the beginning, so he stood up:

"My name is Lin Ze, from the Liuhe Forestry Bureau. Maybe we can meet again in Fusong in the future!"

The young man sat on the ground without getting up. He raised his eyes and said: "My name is Zhong Cheng, Zhong Kui's Zhong, loyal Cheng. Even if you bring your boss to my cousin's house to collect ginseng, I can't let you collect it at a low price."

My uncle’s ginseng, otherwise I wouldn’t deserve to be called that!”

Lin Ze originally wanted to say some polite words to him out of politeness, but he didn't expect that this idiot from Caofeidian actually thought he had other plans.

I was a bit dumbfounded at the moment. If Zhong Cheng really had such a thoughtful mind, there would be no need for him to take action just now.

So she stopped nagging him and walked towards the exit again with the package in hand. Unexpectedly, Zhong Cheng became anxious when he left and called him from behind:

"Brother Lin, where are you going? Wait for me!"

Lin Ze looked at Zhong Cheng who was driven up in disbelief. This boy was not tall. He looked to be three or four years younger than him. He still had a childlike look on his face. Although his skin could not tell whether he was tanned or tanned.

He was so dirty that his true colors could not be seen, but his eyes were exceptionally clean and clear, like a pool of spring water.

"Brother Lin, are you going to Fusong? Can we go together?"

Lin Ze didn't expect that Zhong Cheng, who just wanted to draw a clear line with him, would make a 180° turn so quickly. Before he could think of how to answer, Zhong Cheng had arrived and stared at him eagerly.

Lin Ze had no choice but to smile bitterly and tell the truth: "I really joined my classmate, but I lost contact with him here, and all the money I brought with me was stolen by thieves."

Zhong Cheng blinked, tilted his head and thought for a long time, and finally stretched out ten clay fingers and pulled it apart for a long time. Seeing his appearance, Lin Ze wondered what else he could say that would make people unable to step down.<

Sure enough, Zhong Cheng said with a look of disgust on his face: "Brother, I see you are seven or eight years older than me. Are you almost thirty? How come you have accomplished nothing, and when you go out and someone can take your money, then

What are you going to do next, wandering around the train station by yourself?"

Lin Ze resisted the urge to beat him up, turned around and left with a cold face. He began to regret that he had been impulsive and meddling in other people's business. He should have let this fool who didn't know the height of the sky suffer a big loss, so as not to waste a lot of time arguing with him and provoke him.

Feeling angry.

But Zhong Cheng seemed to have no vision and blocked his way, which made Lin Ze a little angry.

"What else do you want to do?"

Seeing him getting angry, Zhong Cheng was obviously startled. He looked at Lin Ze in surprise and said:

"Didn't you say that you can't contact your classmate, and you don't have any money, so you just wait? What if he doesn't know you are coming and never comes to pick you up?"

What the young man said was exactly his current predicament. Lin Ze said with a straight face: "I'll go to the station in front of the police station to find out."

"It's useless to run to the police station for something like this. You have to send a telegram!"

"But he won't be able to receive the telegram today, at least he will have to wait until tomorrow!"

Zhong Cheng scratched his messy hair and said, "Why don't you just send him a telegram and tell him to go to Zhong Sanguai's house in Gaojiatun, Fusong County to find you? You can go with me to my cousin's house first!"

Seeing Lin Ze's hesitation, Zhong Cheng said again: "Didn't you say that you want to collect ginseng? You can only go to Fusong to collect ginseng. They are all growing ginseng in the ginseng field. You can go there a day or two early."

! If you want to wait here, it doesn’t necessarily matter when. Anyway, I have good intentions and you don’t want to pull me down..."

What Zhong Cheng said was indeed from the bottom of his heart, but when he saw Lin Ze looking at him with a scrutinizing gaze, he became more and more guilty as he spoke, and his voice became softer.

Lin Ze pointed to a bus with the "Fusong" sign opposite the square and said to Zhong Cheng:

"I've been in the square for half a day, and the bus to Fusong over there is full every hour. The ticket seller shouts with a loudspeaker, 'We'll be there in Fusong in five hours.' You can obviously go directly by bus, but why?"

Why do we have to stay in a hotel?"

Zhong Cheng became nervous and lowered his head, not daring to look into Lin Ze's eyes.

Lin Ze didn't want to care about him, but given his current situation, it seemed that following Zhong Cheng to Fusong was the best way.

Otherwise, what should he do if he is unfamiliar with the place and penniless here?

So he said: "Please lend me five yuan. I have to send a telegram to my home and my classmates, and I have to buy a ticket to go to Fusong with you. I will pay you back when my classmates come to pick me up!"<

Unexpectedly, Zhong Cheng suddenly regretted it: "I can lend you money to send a telegram, but Fusong, I think you just don't go. Then tell my cousin that I want to find someone to sleep with."

Lin Ze stood stunned on the spot. He just thought it was a bit strange that Zhong Cheng looked for a small hotel as soon as he got off the car, but he never expected that he would have such an idea at such a young age, nor did he expect that this stupid roe deer could still do it on his own.

I betrayed myself.

He had no choice but to say: "Okay, if you can trust me, just lend me two yuan. When I go to Fusong to collect ginseng, I will come to Gaojiatun to pay you back."

Only then did Zhong Cheng agree, and the two of them dragged their luggage to the post office. Lin Ze sent two telegrams, one to Yu Cheng, asking him to pick him up at the station; the other to report to his family that he was safe, and to ask his mother to go to the village.

Give him another certificate.

After finishing this matter, Lin Ze finally breathed a sigh of relief. He sent Zhong Cheng to the bus to Fusong.

"Xiao Zhong, thank you very much today. I will definitely pay you back the money as soon as possible. I am a few years older than you, so I asked you to treat you as my younger brother. Don't you not like to hear what I say. You are young and are outside

Don't mess around. If something happens to you, what will your parents do back home?"

Zhong Cheng was noncommittal. Lin Ze watched him get on the bus and then returned to sit on the steps near the exit.
