Chapter 53 The Wildfire Gang toasts and clinks glasses

When it was time to break up, there was an indescribable dead silence in the atmosphere at the Horse Palm Observatory.

The distracted Dutch didn't say a word. He just left the heavy iron box and the dense pile of banknotes in the middle.

Unexpectedly, when he returned to the tent, he smashed his beloved gramophone with one fist.

With the sound of horse hooves echoing in the ears, most of the gang members watched in silence, only Micah was still cursing:

"Damn it, damn it, I should have shot that guy in the ass!"

"By the way, where did Arthur hide?"

After reading a few words, he found that no one cared about his nonsense, so he quietly placed his eyes on the box of banknotes that symbolized wealth.

There is a hint of greed in the pupils...

After all, who would have thought that just an hour ago, the camp was full of singing and dancing.

But now?

Purely like a death tomb!

Everyone's eyes were fixed on the figures wandering around the camp, and their mood was undoubtedly quite complicated.

Until Susan Grimshaw opened her voice and shouted: "Go back and rest quickly, we will be busy tomorrow."

The reluctant people dispersed and no one wanted to take the banknotes in the box.

This is unkind and frustrating...

The evening wind was still blowing, Song Hao took off his clothes and covered Jack who was afraid of the cold: "Do you want to give you some time to say goodbye?"

John's expression was still as rigid as ever. He was riding on horseback and slowly lighting a cigarette.

Whether we should say goodbye or not, the meaning is obvious.

As a wife, Abigail was a little embarrassed and had to explain: "Forget it, just treat it as a regret."

"If we happen to meet each other in the future, I'm sure we can still be friends."

Song Hao said nothing more, because this was their own matter and decision, and there was no need to interfere.

On the other hand, Sadie is surprisingly chic and has no nostalgia at all.

With an excited look on her face, she asked Song Hao for a pistol, then placed it in the palm of her hand and kept admiring it.

"Can you buy me a pistol in the future?"

"Of course, women should also have the right to protect themselves."

Judging from what Sadie said, it seems that she has always wanted to control the gun so that she could have the opportunity to avenge her husband.

Kill all the bastards from the O'Drisco gang!

However, Dutch, who was still a little worried about her, never met this demand and just sent her to stay in the camp to wash vegetables.

And it was with a fat guy with a hairy chest, Smith Pearson.

God, that's a bad cook...

"In that case, let's set off home while it's still dark."

"It's up to you, boss!" Sadie was very naughty.

So when Song Hao came home, several figures gradually disappeared outside the camp at Ma Zhang Lookout.

At this second, the crows circling in the night sky were still making a menacing cry.

It seems like something has been added, but something seems to be missing...

When the group returned to the Wildfire Gang camp at Eagle Beak Peak, the surroundings seemed completely silent.

The atmosphere was obviously abnormal, and John was so frightened that he quickly placed his palm on the holster of his gun.

He wondered if the camp had been discovered by the police.

"Song Hao, are you sure this is here?"

"Don't be nervous, I'm not a wanderlust, you will see them soon."

Advancing cautiously, looking at the carefully arranged traps and fences, everyone looked at each other, somewhat unexpectedly.

After all, the Van der Linde gang will not be so thoughtful. At most, they will let a lazy uncle monitor the enemy.

Unexpectedly, before he had taken a few steps, a voice echoed above his head: "Stop the fuck."

Abigail looked nervous, while Sadie showed an incredible smile.

"If you don't want an extra bullet in your head, I advise you to put down the weapons in your hands and lie down on the ground!"

This hoarse voice is naturally Aaron’s.

And the rookie may not forget to pinch his nose with his hand to change his voice.

Song Hao, who deliberately hid behind, was so amused that he couldn't stop laughing. Seeing that the two sides were about to rub off the smell of gunpowder, John loaded his bullet.

Only then did he stand up in time: "Aaron, don't be nervous, we are all family members, don't hurt the harmony."

Hearing this familiar voice, Aaron jumped down from the treetops in a daze.

"Boss?"

Both sides stared with big eyes and small eyes, stunned and at a loss.

What's going on?

About half an hour later, after some patient explanations from Song Hao, a preliminary impression was left on each other.

John handed Aaron a cigarette: "If you had been slower, you would have gone to see God just now. I'm not kidding."

Aaron accepted the kindness: "I almost made your butt explode. You know, my shooting skills are not bad."

Song Hao, who was sitting opposite, joked: "It's really not bad, if I aim at the head, I might shoot it on your butt..."

The atmosphere suddenly became harmonious, and everyone sat around the campfire to keep warm, and the temperature dropped a bit.

In a daze, the firelight reflected on his cheek, flickering, as if jumping.

As the boss of the Wildfire Gang, Song Hao naturally had to patiently explain the ins and outs of the matter.

"So the current situation is like this. Since you have joined our Wildfire Gang, you will be a family from now on."

"By the way, the Wildfire Gang doesn't have any rules. I just hope that everyone can follow my instructions and act. This is for everyone's safety."

For such a simple request, everyone who has long been accustomed to gang tours naturally has no hesitation.

They know very well the importance of following orders.

Unless you want to be followed by wild dogs following their scent in the middle of the night...

Then Song Hao, who was in high spirits, took out bacon and wine from the box: "Brothers and sisters, just drink this glass of wine."

"After tonight, we will share blessings and share hardships, and we will never betray you!"

After hearing this, everyone raised their glasses one after another, with a flash of light in their eyes. After all, these words were very contagious.

It is worth mentioning that in such a solemn and harmonious atmosphere, even little Jack came over and expressed his desire to drink.

Reina likes this quirky little guy.

John shook his head and said: "When you get older, it won't work now, it will hurt your throat."

Finally, under the bright moonlight, the six members of the Wildfire Gang raised their heads and drank.

From now on, everyone is moving towards a common dream!

After three rounds of drinking and Abigail finally put the unhappy Jack to sleep, Song Hao gathered everyone in the tent.

Fortunately, Aaron didn't drink much tonight, otherwise he would have gone to sleep with her by now...

"I think since we are a family, we must have absolute trust in each other. This is the prerequisite for a gang to develop and grow."
