Chapter 3 Awakening

The setting sun is like blood, and both heaven and earth weep.

In the old rental house, the kitchen, bathroom and living room are filled with buckets, pasta, and some messy sundries.

In the master bedroom, an ordinary-looking young man was lying on the bed with his eyes closed and his brows furrowed.

"Ino, don't blame me..."

"I don't believe it!"

"Forget me."

"No!!!"

Fang Nuo woke up suddenly, his head was in chaos. Just now, he seemed to have had a long, long nightmare.

In the dream, he was a nobleman from a wizarding family. He had outstanding talents since he was a child and had all kinds of resources. After becoming a second-level wizard, he supported his family and grew up to the level of a fourth-level dawn wizard.

However, something went wrong during an experiment to explore the realm of time and space. He was involved in the turbulence of time and space, his body was crushed, and the shell of his soul was corroded. Only a little bit of his true spirit was thrown into the body of a pregnant woman from another world.

"It's a wonderful dream like a joke, time travel and rebirth..."

Fang Nuo wondered if he was under too much mental pressure. He got up from the bed and came to the mirror. The man in front of him was about twenty-eight years old. His father was unknown and his mother died in childbirth. He grew up in an orphanage and was ordinary.

He has a strange appearance and doesn't know how to take care of himself. He has had a short haircut since childhood and is inconspicuous in the crowd.

He stared at his own eyes in the mirror. Those eyes were bottomless. If he looked carefully, he seemed to be able to see the reflection of the person in front of the mirror. The reflection was still that ordinary black robe...

"!!!"

"Rossman, Chawalida!"

Fang Nuo was so shaken that he subconsciously shouted a mantra. After about tenths of a second, a light curtain appeared in front of him.

[Ontology: Evolved adult male human-Fang Nuo (Ino Rhea)]

[Physique: 1.2 (1 is the average of normal adult male humans)]

[Spirit: 3.5 (1 is the average of normal adult male humans)]

[Magic power: 1.5 (mental power is being transformed...)]

[Solidization witchcraft: not activated]

"...!!!"

It’s true! That dream is true!

This spell was transformed from the identification spell of the ancient high elves by Enoria in her previous life. It can display various data of the caster according to the standards set by the caster. It is referred to as three-dimensional identification.

Three-dimensional identification does not involve strength, but simply calls up various data in the body, so it does not consume much magic and mental power to perform, and even a first-class wizard apprentice can perform it.

Looking at the parentheses behind the body, Fang Nuo suddenly understood everything. The dream was real, and the previous life was real!

After the shock, there was ecstasy. He was still worried about how to survive in this apocalypse, but now there was a way opening up in front of him!

"My mental power has actually reached 3.5, which has reached the standard of a first-class wizard apprentice. I even spontaneously produced magic power when I passed out. That means that I can now be regarded as a second-class wizard apprentice!"

If the first-class wizard apprentice just learned some spiritual rune meditation, then the second-class wizard apprentice can release spells and distance himself from mortals.

Fang Nuo sat back on the bed, closed his eyes and recalled the level 0 witchcraft models in his memory, and quickly selected a few suitable ones to try.

However, the process of using mental power to build a witchcraft model is not smooth. Runes are often damaged and links are broken.

There were drops of sweat on his forehead, and he made slight adjustments while trying.

In his previous life, he was a fourth-level great wizard and a polymath who lived for more than five hundred years. He studied the witchcraft model deeply. The witchcraft model is composed of runes. The runes are simplified from studying the rules of the world. Now he has changed to a new one.

In this world, it is normal for many runes not to be universal.

Fortunately, even though they are in different worlds, there are always some basic rules in common. Through these similar rules, it is not impossible to make fine adjustments to deduce other related runes, adjust the model structure, and reconstruct the witchcraft model.

"Tsk, still one failed."

Although it sounds light and easy, in a short period of time, Fang Nuo could only quickly modify a few suitable witchcraft.

The first thing is to face the current dilemma!

Level 0 witchcraft: [Deflected Light]: Create a miniature stand around you, which can slightly deflect the light and confuse the enemy's sight.

According to Fang Nuo's observation, these zombies' sense of hearing and smell do not seem to be strong, and only their eyesight seems to be equivalent to that of ordinary people. The easiest way is to disrupt their sight first!

Although deflecting light is a level 0 witchcraft, it can only deviate one or two steps from the real position in the sight, but just one or two steps is enough to deal with many attacks!

Level 0 witchcraft: [Flowing Arrow]: Requires casting materials to make small objects fly out at the speed of a crossbow.

Offensive witchcraft is very useful against mortals, but not so good against extraordinary beings, but it is just right for now. Fang Nuo found a lot of sharp pens in the room. He tried one shot and chanted in a low voice.

Then he threw the black pen toward the wall.

There was just a whoosh, and the pen was already halfway into the gray wall. Judging from this strength, as long as the distance is not too far, it should be able to penetrate the zombie's head - but it has to hit the target. This is not a big problem.

After his mental strength improved, his vision and aim were much stronger than before, as if he had an intuitive sense.

After reconstructing the two witchcraft models, Fang Nuo felt a little tingling in his head. He knew that this was due to his lack of mental power, and this kind of thing was the most difficult to start. Later, when he had strong mental power and had enough

With experience, reconstructing witchcraft will become easier and easier.

The light in the room had completely dimmed at some point. Fang Nuo looked at the darkness outside, and all the lights in the house were on. He turned the lights several times, but there was no response.

"The power is out."

He hurriedly looked at the faucet again, only thin water came out.

"The water is almost gone."

At this moment, Fang Nuo saw the zombies scattered outside the balcony in the open space of the community. Some walked into the housing area, some walked out of the community, and soon disappeared.

"Although zombies are not afraid of sunlight, they feel more dangerous in the dark!"

Fang Nuo didn't have the time to worry about that much. His magic power conversion was still going on, and it was estimated that the conversion would not be completed until tomorrow. By then, with his mental power and spell-casting skills, he could cast about ten level 0 spells a day to protect himself.

After checking that the doors and windows were closed, he closed the curtains, and Fang Nuo cooked a meal of porridge for himself. Although there was no electricity, he used a gas stove. Although it was a little troublesome to cook in a pot, it was not a problem.

Big.

The side dish is a piece of frozen pork. Chop it up, add some seasoning, and stew it in a pot with the porridge.

"The end of the world is coming, water, electricity and fire are all problems. I am located in the south, so I don’t have to worry about keeping warm for the time being..."

While eating, Fang Nuo thought about how to survive in the future.

After finishing the meal, I washed the dishes with water - it's not that I don't value water, but hygiene is more important in Fang Nuo's eyes. It's the end of the world, and if people fall ill again, they can really wait to die.

Sitting cross-legged on the bed, Fang Nuo began to try meditation.

In his previous life, his meditation method was an advanced meditation method found in the ruins of an ancient wizard: [Lightless Eyes]. He was already a second-level wizard when he got it. It cost a lot to specialize in it later, but it was worth it, if not for it.

Without the meditation method, it is impossible for him to become a fourth-level wizard.

During Fang Nuo's meditation, the surroundings were originally pitch black, but soon light spots of energy particles appeared. There were fiery red particles and earthy yellow particles, but more of them were pitch black particles. These dark particles

There is a faint white light emitting from the periphery, giving it a subtle sense of mystery.

Fang Nuo's mental power is like a fine and large net. It starts from the brain and expands to the outside of the body. When it reaches a limit distance, it shrinks back and wraps up the energy particles. However, some energy particles are sucked into the body, and some are still stopped.

In vitro.

Lightless Eyes is an advanced meditation method that is more biased towards dark elements and negative energy particles. No matter what the elemental affinity of the wizard is, it will slowly transform into mainly dark elements and negative energy particles during the process of practice.
