Chapter 2 Khovd League (Part 1) and Tohite

In early spring, the Kobdo Counsel’s Minister in the western Mongolian Plateau is located. In fact, the Kobdo League is still covered with a snowy and cold scenery.

In order to control the Khalkha (Outer Mongolia), the Qing Dynasty specially set up a general in Ulya Sutai of Sanyinnuoyan tribe, and fully governed the military and political power of the Khalkha area.

In Kobdo, the westmost part of the westmost part of the Wendurkhan, the eastmost part of the counselor, was equivalent to the deputy of General Ulyasutai. One person was in the middle, two people were on the head and one tail, which made the entire Khalkha look so tightly.

It was another morning, and the climate became colder. The north wind from Siberia roared wildly, rolling the dead branches, dead grass, and dry cattle and sheep manure on the ground into the air.

Except for the few shepherds who were forced to make a living, who had to come out so early to do things, most of them stayed in tents.

The sky was gloomy, and the first heavy snow in spring was about to arrive. There was no more movement on the uneven white raging field except for the howling wind.

In the sky, several golden eagles were not afraid of the cold at all and were looking down at the earth with all their concentration.

On the earth, a few small black dots occasionally popped up, and those were the targets of the golden eagle.

A road that looks very clear from above lies across the wilderness.

After the Qing Dynasty completely controlled this place, the first Ulya Sutai General built this road to facilitate the march, planted cedars on both sides of the road, and strictly ordered herders not to cut down at will. Therefore, this road became the most obvious sign in the west.

The road is mottled, showing the busy situation nearest this road.

But in the early morning, the road was obviously empty.

"call out......"

A fierce eagle cries pierced the tranquility, and a huge Altan golden eagle was sweeping down!

A few black dots appeared on the road. It turned out to be a few hares coming out for food. The golden eagle rushed faster and faster, and was about to approach the black dots!

"Dadadada..."

At this moment, another sound came from the road. The golden eagle's sharp claws were about to fall to the black spot and immediately retracted them. Then he glided forward for a while, and soon spread his wings and flew high again.

A fast horse came to the east end!

A tall and strong dark horse was sitting on it. The knight was wearing a Qing Dynasty military uniform, and the red tassels on the lightning rod on the top of the military cap were flying in the wind.

The knight huddled his hands in his sleeves and controlled the horses with his legs, showing extremely high riding skills.

He had a fat face, sparse beard, and a pair of tiny eyes that seemed to be closed. When he saw the golden eagle who was about to spread his wings and flew high in front, he suddenly opened his eyes.

In an instant, there was a pair of bows and arrows in his hand. In a flash, a powerful arrow had already snatched away!

“Gu…”

The powerful arrow hit the golden eagle, and in pain, the golden eagle let out a sad cry.

Then slowly slid down from the air, the knight clamped his legs and whipped the horse's belly. When he arrived under the golden eagle, he just caught it!

"Hahaha......"

The knight burst into laughter. He tied the golden eagle around his waist, then whipped it hard, and each man and horse quickly disappeared at the end of the road.

Only he was left with vigorous and hoarse laughter echoed in the valley.

......

It's three o'clock on the sun, and Uligai.

The Kobudo League is not large in number, and seven Mongolian flags are distributed on the plateau in the southern part of the Sayan Mountains, and two flags are nomadic in the Sayan Mountains. Urigai is the Dataiji, the largest tribe of the seven flags, the Altan Huit tribe. It was enthroned by the Qing Dynasty as the base of Celen, the Beizi of Gushan.

Each of the Seven Banners and the Two Banners on the Sayan Mountains has only a few hundred herdsmen. There are a few tribes in Celen, but there are only more than a thousand households. The Kobuduo League has a total of less than five thousand households.

Celen is fifty years old this year. He didn't get up until then. He put on a fur coat under the servant's service, drank a large bowl of hot milk tea before stretching his waist.

The Celen tribe is a larger tribe left behind by the Hetowaite tribe. In the past, the Hetowaite tribe, which was the only one in the western part of the Mongolian Plateau, had long been scattered everywhere and had long been beyond recognition. That is, the Celen tribe of Ulige has roughly maintained its original appearance.

In Junggar and Khalkha, there are naturally many tribes under the banner of the Torhuite tribe, but in fact they are all the Weot people who have merged with other tribes.

The tribe of the Tofute tribe, and the tribe that holds the entire Whit is naturally the real tribe of the Tofute tribe.

This is also the reason. Although Celen is a descendant of the Wujin family, he was granted the title of Gushan Beizi by the Qing court and in fact he was in charge of the Seven Banners of the Altan Wulianghai.

However, except for his tribe, almost all the rest are tribes where the Wulianghai, Khalkha and Junggar people are integrated, and it is not easy for him to command the Seven Flags.

Wulianghai, Urianha, comes from Tannu Wulianghai, and is actually Wurengai. In Mongolian, it is "a skillful guy". This name is indeed a strange existence among the skilled and rough and unrestrained Mongolians.

But the Wulianghai people (Tuwa people) who came from Wulianghai really deserve this title.

Tangnu Wulianghai was once the fief of the surrendered general Li Ling in the Western Han Dynasty. Li Ling was definitely not alone when he was gone. It is estimated that there were many surrendered soldiers who surrendered with him. These surrendered soldiers were all crossbowmen in the Jingchu area. Wooden crossbows were very easy to break, and it was impossible for craftsmen to follow him all the time during the war.

Therefore, most of these crossbowmen were soldiers who were good at fighting and skilled craftsmen. It can be imagined that they and the descendants of local herders inherited their craftsmanship, and in the Mongolian era, they became "Wu Renbi".

Not only the Wulianghai people inherited the craftsmanship of the surrendered soldiers of the Han Dynasty, but some of the later Tiel people also obviously inherited some of the craftsmanship. The most famous of them were naturally the Turks, who were famous for their "Bannu".

The direct tribes of the Tofute tribe are obviously the best among them. They have been integrated with Tiel, Xianbei and Scythian herders from the West for a long time. In addition to being skilled in bows and horses, iron smelting, and bow making, they are also first-class. The wheels they make are even more famous throughout Khalkha.

But Celen was obviously not such a person. Although he finally got up, he was still lazy. After a large bowl of milk tea, the servants served freshly roasted lamb and freshly made horse milk wine. After a few glasses of wine, he felt a little drunk and confused. Look at the situation, a nap that lasted a long time was about to begin.

Celen sat cross-legged beside the stove, stretched his waist again, and when he put down his right hand, he just touched the thick sleeping blanket. The sleeping blanket immediately aroused his sleepy bug. He tilted his way, and he touched a cashmere quilt sewn by his several concubines...

Just as he was about to fall down, the curtain was lifted up, and a whistling cold wind made him tremble.

Just as he was about to get angry, the man at the door of the tent had to sit up again.

"The prince, the prince, the minister of Counselor Cobdo, Batulu, the pen letter Haldawu is here"

When he heard this name, Celen's anger completely disappeared. Not only that, he also stood up with his heavy body and rushed to the door of the tent in just a few steps.

A few feet in front of his tent, a burly man was standing there.

Hardawu, the personal bodyguard of Counsel Danbadorji, the Minister of Counsel Danbadorji, comes from the Solon Warriors, and Danbadorji is the grandson-in-law of Emperor Qianlong.
