Chapter 95 'Health Master'
Chapter 95 "Nurture, Health, and Maintenance"
Regardless of how Qiu Zhiqing handled his affairs, Yang Guo, who returned to the ancient tomb, was very interested in what Fang Zhiqi said about Xiao Longnu's past, and chased Granny Sun asking questions.
But Granny Sun is still thinking about the sound that rang in her ears before she left Chongyang Palace. It was the sound of Qiu Zhiqing's calf's nose:
"Grandma Sun, you are already old, and the year has passed. It can take up to half a year, or at least three months. You wish you had made preparations earlier!"
She didn't think Qiu Zhiqing was lying to her. Even at such an old age, she didn't like Qiu Zhiqing and Fang Zhiqi, but she was certain of the character of the three little Taoist priests.
After all, they didn't steal Li Mochou's honey at the beginning, so it could only be regarded as a fair exchange!
However, Granny Sun always believed that without their three little noses, Li Mochou would not always run away.
If Li Mochou had not run away, he would not have met Lu Zhanyuan. If Li Mochou would not have met Lu Zhanyuan...
In short, it’s all the fault of those three calf noses!
"Grandma!" Seeing Grandma Sun in a daze, Yang Guo couldn't help but call out again.
"ah?"
Seeing Grandma Sun in a daze, Yang Guo had no choice but to ask the previous question again.
After listening to Yang Guo's question, Grandma Sun's mind couldn't help but go back to the past. Yang Guo listened quietly to Grandma Sun telling her what happened back then, and added a few words from time to time.
The conversation between the two people spread along the road, passed through the stone wall, and reached the ears of Chu Xiaolongnu at the door, and then continued to float in the empty ancient tomb, but it brought a touch of warmth to this cold tomb.
Popular!
Let's talk about two things. As for Guo Jing, after Qiu Zhiqing left Zhongnan Mountain, he originally wanted to go to Jiange Yuxian Temple to worship Ma Yu.
But before the trip could take place here, news came from Tongguan that Mongolia had begun another large-scale expedition, the same three-way expedition to the east, west and south!
However, relatively speaking, the scale of this southern expedition was much smaller than that of two years ago.
Compared with the previous three-pronged attack from east to west, this time Mongolia plans to directly concentrate its forces, from the east coast to Chaohu to build ships, and attack Lin'an to force the Southern Song Dynasty court to surrender!
Although there are not as many troops as last time, the troops are more concentrated along the way alone!
The journey south from Shandong was smooth, but in Xuzhou I met Du Gao, the transfer envoy of Huainan East Road who had just moved to Xuzhou two years ago. The two parties were old acquaintances.
Two years ago, Mongolia launched a large-scale attack on the Song Dynasty. Du Gao and the Mongolian commander Chahan led a Mongolian army of 800,000 to fight in Huai'an. Both sides used all their means, including trebuchets, crossbows, and iron cannons.
In the end, the fierce fighting lasted for more than three months, and finally the reinforcements of the Song Army arrived. The Mongolian army abandoned most of their baggage and withdrew northward along with more than 20,000 corpses...
At this time, the Mongolian army invaded the south again, and the senior officials of the Southern Song Dynasty decided that if there was an opportunity, they would take the opportunity to regain the Jingdong East Road and the Jingdong East Road (Shandong area).
But this time, unexpectedly, there were no hard requirements for the frontline generals. Zhao Yun, who had won several victories, found that by the time the court's decision was delivered to the frontline generals, the situation had often changed drastically.
It is better to let them adapt to the situation on their own. In this way, the control on the frontline generals will be gradually relaxed.
Facts have proved that without the constraints of a group of pig teammates at the rear, the generals of the Song Army are still somewhat capable of fighting. In the past two years, they have relied on being passively beaten, and they were able to fight at a fifty-fifty level with the Mongolian army that was sweeping the world!
When Qiu Zhiqing returned to Zhongnan Mountain to deal with the matter of Zhao Zhijing and Yang Guo, Guo Jing had already begun to prepare the army to set off!
After receiving the letter from Qiu Zhiqing, Guo Jing hesitated, thinking that Yang Guo was not in any danger for the time being, and that the ancestor of the ancient tomb, Lin Chaoying, according to Qiu Zhiqing, had martial arts skills that were even worse than those of his ancestor Wang Chongyang.
.
It is not a bad thing to worship into ancient tombs. This is different from the original work, in which Yang Guo clearly worshiped as a disciple!
His behavior is called bullying the master and destroying the ancestors. Even if Quanzhen killed Yang Guo, even if Guo Jing was angry, he couldn't say anything wrong.
But now he has not become a disciple. This has been explained to Guo Jing before, so Guo Jing is only a little unhappy about Yang Guo leaving the Chongyang Palace, not to the point of being angry!
Originally, Guo Jing felt that he had caused trouble to Qiu Zhiqing and the others, and felt a little sorry for Qiu Zhiqing's apology, but Qiu Zhiqing gave too much and he couldn't hold it back.
I thought Qiu Zhiqing's apology was a secret book or something, but when I opened it, I found it was a directory with hundreds of people listed.
According to Qiu Zhiqing, they are all good-natured people with strong learning abilities and are currently waiting for employment. It is just right to introduce them to Guo Jing for re-employment!
Of course, in order to avoid suspicion on Guo Jing, these people will join the army under different names and will not rush into the military camp all at once.
In fact, what Guo Jing was more interested in was the strong learning ability mentioned in Qiu Zhiqing's letter, which also implicitly mentioned that these people have the potential to learn the art of war.
Many of them have good organizational skills, and they have organized villagers to practice martial arts for self-protection in villages or villages!
Guo Jing, who has accepted many people who claim to have learned art in Chongyang Palace over the years, is fully aware of this.
Perhaps these people's martial arts skills are not good enough compared to his, but they can't stand the fact that they are capable of both martial arts and martial arts, and there are so many of them.
No wonder Quanzhen is known as the largest sect in the world. The influence of Quanzhen can be seen from the situation in Guanzhong alone, not to mention that Quanzhen still has influence in Hedong, Hebei, Shandong and other places.
The more than ten years of training program for outer disciples is no joke! Just think about how many students a small primary school can teach in ten years...
Regardless of the turmoil from the outside world, the Chongyang Palace has fallen into the tranquility of the past. The world is full of disputes. Those who practice Taoism only need to make a move inadvertently. If they are too involved, they will easily be hated by others.
In the Sutra Collection Pavilion, Qiu Zhiqing and several fellow disciples from the Five Pavilions and the First Hall were discussing the "Xiantian Gong". Qiu Zhiqing said to them: As long as you practice this skill, you will have obvious results whether you are enlightening or cultivating the Tao.
benefit.
When all the brothers and sisters heard about it, they all felt helpless. They each had a copy of "Xiantian Gong", and it was not like they hadn't studied it before. None of them knew the benefits in it.
Unfortunately, the threshold is a bit high. In their early years, they also started to study inner alchemy when they were little Zhou Tiansheng. However, in recent years, with Qiu Zhiqing as their example, they began to pay attention to the practice of "life" skill.
Unlike before, the "life" skill was just regarded as the foundation of the "xing" skill, and it was not taken care of much after it was laid.
Among them, when it comes to transporting the Great Zhoutian, they can complete it, but there is still some heat left in order to move it by itself and circulate endlessly like Qiu Zhiqing.
The big and small celestial beings cannot move by themselves. Although you can still practice "Xiantian Gong" by forcefully carrying them, everyone has not done so, mainly because the gains outweigh the losses...
There is no force, several of them are now deeply influenced by Ma Yu's philosophy, advocating that they should practice kung fu to their own standards, and the one that suits them best is the best!
Over the years, most of them have their own opinions and modifications on Quanzhen Sect's exercises.
But they all have a tacit agreement to only teach the original version of their exercises, because that is the one with the most common features. The version they improved may be better, but it may not be suitable for the disciples unless there is a qualitative change!
Therefore, we will discuss some teaching classics, experiences on entering Taoism, and some experiences of our own practice, for reference only, so that we can learn from each other.
Finally, everyone unknowingly discussed the experience that Master Cui Xuzi gave to Qiu Zhiqing - "Yang·Sheng·Zong"!
At first glance, the name of this experience looks a bit like "Zhuangzi: The Master of Health Preservation". It cannot be said that it has nothing to do with it, because some theories are inspired by it.
However, Cuixuzi made it into a promising method, in which "nurturing" includes "nurturing body", "nurturing Qi", and "nurturing spirit"! Nurturing: making offerings, what Cui Xuzi focuses on here is how to nourish in order to make it strong.
Without hurting yourself.
"Sheng" refers to the transformation and circulation of essence, energy and spirit. Sheng means advancement! It is a kind of development and evolution. In the article "Sheng", Cui Xuzi talks about the evolution and circulation of essence, energy and spirit.
.
Lord: The owner of the fire in the stirrup! It is also the heart of the lamp, which has derived explanations such as status and power. In the annotation of Cuixunzi, all explanations are used.
The fire in the stirrup is also the master. Its shape is very small but it illuminates the whole room!
The third article quotes this sentence to discuss the use of "god", and also takes the derived meaning of "lord", using "god" to govern the interior as well as the exterior!
It advocates using God to control Qi, using God to gain insight, using the body to store Qi, and using Qi to store God!
Many of these theories are very different from the "Xiantian Gong" left by their ancestor Wang Chongyang, but they lead to the same goal by different paths. They are all inner elixir cultivation methods in which essence, energy and spirit are unified.
Both parties originally came from the same inheritance. This experience of Master Cuixunzi allowed them to reinterpret their own inheritance from another angle, which gave them a lot of inspiration!
Qiu Zhiqing stretched out his hand, and a breeze swirled in his palm. After a moment, it condensed into a small drop of water...
"Brothers, if you don't work hard, you may be left far behind by poor Taoists..."
They were all a little surprised when they saw Qiu Zhiqing's hand. A small drop of water condensed in the palm of his hand. It's not that they couldn't do it themselves, they could do it too.
But like Qiu Zhiqing, they can't do it naturally and simply use a very small amount of Qi to move the outside world and change the physical form.
At this moment, they had an intuitive feeling about Cui Xuzi's "Yang·Sheng·Zhu"!
If they rely on their internal strength and true energy to boil water or freeze it into ice, they can still do it with hard work, but like Qiu Zhiqing.
By using a small amount of Qi to influence the outside world, you can achieve the behavior of condensing Qi into water. It is difficult for them to achieve this. This is no longer a simple use of Qi!
Maybe this is the outsider mentioned implicitly in the book...
