328. Human body universe
…
Tao gives birth to one, gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, three gives birth to all things, all things carry yin and hold yang, and the energy is in harmony.
From the empty and formless Tao, the chaotic Yuan Qi first arises. The Yuan Qi is divided into two qi, Yin and Yang. The two qi of Yin and Yang interact and harmonize to form the harmonious qi. Then, from the harmonious qi, all things in the world are derived. All things in the world are composed of the two qi of yin and yang.
And born...
Before the formation of heaven and earth, there was a chaotic void. This stage is called Taishi.
In this state of emptiness, the Tao begins to form.
With Tao, emptiness creates the universe, and the universe generates vitality.
There is a boundary line for vitality. The light ones rub against each other and become the sky upwards; the heavy and turbid ones gradually become stagnant and become the earth downwards.
The light ones are easy to reunite, and the heavy and turbid ones are not easy to condense. Therefore, the sky was formed first, and the earth was established later.
The essence of heaven and earth combines to form yin and yang, the essence of yin and yang separates to form the four seasons, and the essence of the four seasons spreads out to form all things.
The accumulated hot energy of Yang energy becomes fire, the essence of fire becomes the sun, the accumulated cold energy of Yin energy becomes water, the essence of water becomes the moon, and the excess energy of the sun and moon become stars.
In other words, chaos is divided into yin and yang, yin and yang transform into the five elements, and the five elements give rise to all things.
Starting with one, the flesh shell is yang, the soul is yin, the body nourishes the soul, and the soul nourishes the body...
At the beginning of chaos, Taiji gave birth to two rituals, two rituals gave birth to four images, and four images gave birth to Bagua. When the two rituals are completed, yin and yang are separated, and yin and yang have mutual roots, so there is yang in yin and yin in yang. This is the way of heaven. Therefore, Tao is born.
One begets two, two begets three, and three begets all things. The sky is light and clear above, and the earth is heavy and turbid below.
The human body and the universe are the beginning, the soul is the way of heaven in the human body and the universe, the human heart is the will of heaven, and the human body is the way of the human body and the universe, carrying all things.
The basic kinetic energy of the five-point balance in the universe, up, down, left, right and center, is the rise, fall, diffusion, contraction and stability of energy. Its comprehensive functions are represented by fire, water, wood, metal and earth respectively. The growth of energy is Yang and consumption.
It is yin, energy's help is life, and resistance is resistance.
Man is a small heaven and earth, and the five elements of heaven and earth are the five elements of human body.
The lungs govern qi, and the movement of qi is wind, and wind is energy. Metal can transfer heat (energy), absorb heat (energy), and dissipate heat (energy). It inhales and exhales air containing moisture, and evaporates water vapor. In winter, white air can be seen exhaled from the mouth and nose.
The vast water vapor is hot, and it is the residual heat (energy) generated by the lung metal receiving the heart fire, and evaporating the water vapor into heat (energy).
The lungs govern the fur, which is the surface of the skin all over the body. The pores of the skin are also responsible for breathing, perspiration, heat dissipation, heat absorption, and heat transfer. In summer, there is more heat and sweat, and sweat is also the same as the water vapor dispersed by breathing. More sweat means less kidney urination. In winter,
Less sweating leads to more urine, which is the function of the "gold" of the lungs to regulate body temperature, absorb heat, dissipate heat, and transfer heat to increase the temperature and lower it to the "gold".
Fire has king fire and phase fire. Fire is heat (energy). The sun in nature is king fire, the internal heat of the earth is phase fire, the heart is king fire, and the yang in the kidney is phase fire. Fire is transmitted through metal, and nutrients and fire generate heat.
(Energy), the heart governs the blood and is the source of heat throughout the body. If the heart beats faster during exercise, the lungs will breathe faster to inhale air to dissipate the heat generated by the heart fire. If the wind is cut off, the breath will die. If the breath is cut off, the body will die. After death, body temperature will be lost.
Body temperature is fire, the body is suddenly cold, the skin and flesh rot, and the "water" juices are evaporated and lost without fire.
Wood is the source of fire, and the liver is wood. The liver governs the tendons and veins and protects the blood, so that the blood has channels (vessels) to follow and prevents the overflow of fire (energy).
"Liver blood, when lying down, the blood returns to the liver (that is, the liver is charged like an electric current)." After waking up, the liver blood is continuously supplied to the heart for use, and the heart is used to produce vitality (fire). The liver supplies blood to the heart. If the liver blood is exhausted, you will be tired and sleepy.
, when you wake up from sleep, your liver will be congested with blood and your physical strength will be restored.
Kidney is the water organ, nourishing "kidney" strengthens "yang", "yang" is the energy of life, "kidney" is the beginning of life, "kidney nourishing" is to nourish the source of life, that is, nourishing the whole body, "strengthening yang" is
It is the energy that strengthens life. It can be used by both men and women to nourish the kidneys and strengthen yang, rather than in the narrow sense of replenishing men’s penis.
Nei Jing Ling Shu Meridian Tenth Huangdi said: When a person is born, he becomes sperm first, and the brain and marrow are born from the sperm. The bones are the trunk, the pulse is the camp, the tendons are strong, the flesh is the wall, the skin is strong and the hair is long, the grain enters the stomach, and the pulse
When the Tao is opened, the blood and Qi can flow." It is also said: "The kidneys govern the bones, and the bones govern the marrow."
The kidney governs the bones. The kidneys are produced by water and qi. The bones are the scaffolding for the connection between the tendons and the "wood qi" of the pulse. If the yang in the kidney is strong, the liver wood can grow luxuriantly. If the liver wood is strong, the energy of the heart fire can be supplied.
Yu means strong vitality and strong yin water in the kidneys, which can reduce the energy consumed by heart fire and help the liver wood to store blood. When kidney water is strong, fire will calm down, so it is said to nourish yin and reduce fire.
The spleen belongs to earth, earth can grow and nourish all things, and the spleen governs muscles. If the earth is strong, the diet will be healthy and the muscles will be strong. The sweet air will overflow, and the whole body will be moisturized. Strong muscles can make the skin elastic and shiny, and exert the heat absorption, heat dissipation, and transmission of the lungs.
It has heat function. If the food is not sweet, the muscles will weaken, causing the skin to lose elasticity. The lung metal qi will be weak and the vitality will decline. This is earth-born metal.
Each of the five internal organs is responsible for the rise, fall, expansion, contraction and stabilization of Qi. That is, all the five internal organs of the body are responsible for the respiration, not just the lungs.
Lung metal inhales air into the body, which is the contraction of qi. Liver wood exhales air out of the body, which is the expansion of qi. Heart fire heats the condensed qi and makes it rise. The rising can help the expansion of qi. Kidney water condenses qi.
Make it drop, and the drop can help the contraction of Lung Metal Qi.
The rise should not be too fast, the descent should not be too fast, the contraction should not be too fast, and the expansion should not be too fast. This is for the stability of Qi, which is the function of spleen earth.
The universe is dense with all things, and the five elements are mutually reinforcing each other, wood generates fire, fire generates earth, earth generates metal, metal generates water, water generates wood, wood restrains earth, earth restrains water, water restrains fire, fire restrains metal, and metal restrains wood.
Wood, fire, earth, metal, and water, which are symbols of the universe, have two sides that are mutually reinforcing and interfering with each other, so that all phenomena can cycle stably. Because of this cycle, that is, the five elements, all phenomena in this world can be permanent.
Guaranteed.
At the same time, they are not only the five elements, but also symbols of all phenomena in the universe, such as colors, directions, seasons, planets, gods, human spirit, internal organs, morality, ten stems, twelve branches, etc.
In other words, all phenomena can be restored or matched to the five qi.
The organs of the human body are divided into "five internal organs" and "six fu organs".
The "five internal organs" are the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, etc., all of which belong to Yin.
The "six fu organs" are the gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder, triple burner, etc., all belonging to Yang.
The five internal organs of the human body correspond to the yin of the five elements, the six internal organs correspond to the yang of the five elements, the channels of qi, blood and body fluids correspond to the four phases, and the eight major systems correspond to the eight trigrams.
Yin-Yang, Five Elements and Bagua, the structure of the human body is the Yin-Yang, Five Elements and Bagua system.
Why is it said that human beings are innate Taoist bodies? It is because the human body is the most perfect and possesses all the corresponding elements in the universe.
