Chapter 4 The First Day

Li Tiancheng jogged to the martial arts hall early in the morning, and his career in boxing was quite smooth.

Of course, this is because Li Tiancheng is just playing Tai Chi now.

Real Tai Chi requires a certain foundation. Li Tiancheng only learned a little basic content and was taught to do Tai Chi exercises again. It took more than an hour to pass.

After finishing his boxing study, I enjoyed breakfast in the boxing gym. The breakfast was customized by Li Tiancheng according to specific recipes, including milk, bread, salmon and some fruits.

Although football consumes energy more than other sports and pays more attention to technology, professional football is a sport that uses technology in confrontation.

Li Tiancheng will never ignore the influence of human race under innate conditions. His physical strength meets the needs of Premier League games at a young age, thanks to his sufficient weight training - the coach will not allow young players to enter the gym too many times, but also because he pays attention to all aspects, especially diet and sleep.

In terms of diet, carbohydrates provide energy, protein repairs muscles, and fruits and vegetables improve immunity, and we will never eat them randomly.

After saying goodbye to Mr. Yang, Li Tiancheng chose to take a taxi to Melwood base. Liverpool's vacation started today and the players gathered to prepare for the new season.

As an island country with special traffic rules, Li Tiancheng had to use a taxi before the driver was in place.

The right-hand rudder is simply anti-human!

After getting into the taxi, Li Tiancheng directly reported his destination.

The driver looked at Li Tiancheng through the rearview mirror with a strange look.

The car drove out for hundreds of meters. Li Tiancheng had been thinking about boxing principles. He looked up and saw a doll hanging under the rearview mirror. This was a small gray elephant wearing a blue Everton jersey.

"Are you an Everton fan?" Li Tiancheng was a little curious. Are there more Everton fans in Liverpool? You can meet an Everton fan in this way.

"Yes, starting with my grandfather's grandfather, our family is Everton fans." The driver, Liverpool's accent, was very difficult to understand, but Li Tiancheng still guessed what he meant.

"That's how it is." Li Tiancheng had nothing to say.

"It is said that Liverpool signed a Chinese young player. Are you going to see him? To be honest, I don't think the decision of your compatriots is very wise. Liverpool is a club that only knows money..." Unexpectedly, the driver opened up the conversation.

Li Tiancheng began to regret that he had started talking. It doesn’t matter if he was talking, but it would be too uncomfortable to not understand most of the content...

When he arrived at Melwood base, Li Tiancheng quickly paid and got out of the car, thankfully he was finally relieved.

After entering the door, Li Tiancheng turned around and waved to the driver who was poking his head out of the car window.

...

Amid the surprise eyes of the reporters who were squatting at the door of the Melwood training base, Li Tiancheng calmly showed his pass, entered the inside of Melwood, leaving behind a familiar Chinese scream: "It's Li Tiancheng..."

It seems that the Chinese journalists have also arrived.

When Li Tiancheng arrived at the locker room, there were already several people in the locker room.

After saying hello to Gerald, Li Tiancheng walked straight to his position and changed into the training suit.

When other teammates arrived, Gerald introduced Li Tiancheng to all teammates, and Liverpool's recruitment work was a bit behind this season.

Perhaps they focused on keeping Gerald and Irving. It was not until Gerald stated that he would continue to stay in Liverpool that they would have the mood or capital to carry out the recruitment work.

After confirming that Gerald would stay in Liverpool, Li Tiancheng felt much more relieved, let alone those famous stars who came for honor.

Under Gerald's introduction, Li Tiancheng met Barroche, Kewell, Irving, Carragher, Harman and others one by one. All Liverpool staff were here, except for the new player Cice in Anfield for the joining ceremony!

The Liverpool players had known Li Tiancheng's existence for a long time, but no one expressed surprise.

Li Tiancheng began to feel nervous. The Premier League was originally focused on confrontation, and even Irving, who is known for his weak body, looks stronger than Li Tiancheng.

We must accept reality and strengthen our physical fitness.

The Liverpool players have assembled and have physical examinations and restorative training led by assistant coach Paco.

Every time this time, Li Tiancheng only has football in his mind, and he will never be able to chat with many people like this.

Of course, chatting between training is actually very common.

"Steven, what do you think?" Carragher found Gerald, looked up and pointed at Li Tiancheng with his chin: "Can a child registering in the first team come in handy?"

"Jamie, don't tell me you can't see his talent." Gerald frowned: "His few touches are enough to show his strength."

"I know," Carragher was a little impatient: "If there were two years in a row, there would be no problem, but now he is still a child, he will fall down as soon as he hits. Can he play? Isn't this a waste of first-team quota?" It would be fine if it was an Englishman, and there was no need to squeeze the first-team registration quota, and U21 was randomly drawn.

"If we sign in to the youth team, we won't be able to grab such a genius." Gerald comforted his old comrades: "Think about Arsenal's babies, they both come from Lamacia. Maybe we can also look forward to it. Anyway, they must be playing in the reserve team at the beginning, and the impact is not big."

"I hope so," Carragher shrugged and changed the subject: "What's going on with Michael? Has he not signed a contract extension yet?"

"It's said it's a one-year contract extension," Gerald spread his hands: "That's good. Michael is arrogant after all, and pursues lofty."

"Pursuing for lofty?" Carragher sneered, stopped talking, and focused on dealing with the football under his feet.

...

At noon, Li Tiancheng picked up the restaurant and made up enough lunch. Liverpool provided a wealth of food. Although there were many of them not healthy enough in Li Tiancheng's opinion, many of them met Li Tiancheng's needs.

Gerald stood in front of Li Tiancheng with a dinner plate: "Can I sit here?"

"certainly."

"Oat bread, fried cod, eggs, salad, milk, orange juice, prawns." Gerald looked at Li Tiancheng's plate: "The steaks, desserts and the like provided by the base are very good. Don't you order them?"

"No, thank you." Li Tiancheng politely rejected Gerald's suggestion.

"You believe in healthy diets," Gerald suddenly realized: "It's a very good habit. Since Wenger came to the Premier League, most clubs have gradually paid attention to scientific management, and diet is also the focus. At least the chocolate bars are not provided."

"Is there frequent communication between Premier League clubs?" Li Tiancheng swallowed a mouthful of food. He understood why Gerald came over to sit on his table. He was standing up for himself - this kid was covered by me.

Although he did not need it consciously, Li Tiancheng still appreciated it.
