Chapter 119

It's night.

In a senior private clinic in Taipei.

In the silent corridor late at night, there were panic footsteps sounding from time to time. The doctors and nurses kept coming and going in and out of the ward beside Danping, anxiously.

His hands and feet were cold and he sat on the cold bench outside, staring blankly at the dim chandelier on the ceiling. His slender fingers trembled unstoppable because of tension, and his body was as tense as a string that was almost broken because of fear.

Finally, as if centuries had passed, a middle-aged doctor came out of it.

He stood up in panic, his pale handsome face was full of fear. He didn't dare to ask a word, afraid of hearing any terrible bad news.

I saw that the doctor took off his mask with a serious expression, his tone was terrifying.

"Mr. Song, the patient has already developed ascites, and the situation is very dangerous. It is best to send it to a large hospital immediately, because the medical equipment here is not complete..."

Hospital!!!

These two words pierced his heart on the spot like a sharp weapon. He clenched his fists in pain and helplessness, and his fingernails were embedded in the winding palm lines. He clearly felt the pain piercing into the bone marrow from the center of his palm, and the viscous, wet and hot liquid continued to spread down the lines.

He swore that he would never go to that place again in his life, even if he died of illness.

There is his hell!

But now...

Another special nurse ran out hurriedly.

"The patient is awake and wants to see his family!"

Upon hearing this, Danping pushed her away rudely, completely losing her usual calmness, and rushed into it regardless of everything...

"Dai'er!"

He rushed over and fell half kneeling beside the hospital bed, holding her pale and delicate little hand tightly.

"Dai'er, I'm so sorry. I didn't deliberately stop answering your phone!"

He whimpered in pain, his guilt suffocated, and his handsome outline became extremely distorted by extreme guilt.

He really didn't know what to do to redeem his sins!

Dai'er slowly opened her dull blue eyes with difficulty, and warm liquid rolled out of her eyes. Her little face as white as a single piece of paper on her body was trying her best to squeeze out a weak smile at him, extremely miserable.

"No...don't do this...Danping...I'm not worthy of yours."

She used her last bit of strength to lift her blood-lost fingertips and stroked his big hand. If possible, she wanted to touch his handsome face again!

She still remembers the first time she saw him, and she was surprised that there was such a beautiful man in this world!

"Not going to the hospital...that place..."

She said with difficulty, panting and trying her best to keep her words coherently, "Your hell...I...I'm going to die by your side."

"good!"

This word burst out almost with silver teeth, and a hot lump was blocked in his throat.

He clenched her little hand tightly again, and he assured her with regret: "I won't take you to that place, I'll guard you here."

That place is their common low prison!

"I, cough cough." She suddenly coughed, but she still had to finish her sentence, "I still have something...I didn't say...that...that night."

"Stop talking about anything, wait until you recover from your illness!"

With a heart-wrenching pain, my fingers wiped away the tears at the corners of her eyes, but my tears kept hitting Dai'er's pale face, as if crystal dewdrops fell on a pure white petal that was about to wither.

"No...I want to say it." Her lips were still squirming with all their might, but the sound was so low that it could not be heard.

"Dai'er!?"

The sudden closing of the dark blue eyes, her silent without warning, and her body that no longer spasms, struggles and trembles made Danping's heart suddenly fall into the abyss!

"Dai'er!Dai'er--"
