Chapter 1: Family Time Travel

When Yun Tao regained consciousness, she felt someone was roughly tugging at the clothes on her chest, and a pair of rough hands were carelessly touching her body.

My whole body ached, as if I was about to fall apart, and this strange memory flooded into my mind.

She used all her strength to open her eyelids, and what she saw was a middle-aged man in tattered clothes and a strange and ferocious appearance, with his hands on his upper body.

Seeing this scene, Yuntao didn't think much and immediately screamed out.

"Who are you! Help!"

Hu Mazi wants to do good deeds and is in high spirits.

Half excited by the cry, he grabbed Yuntao's neck with both hands with a fierce look on his face.

"What a spoiler..." Hu Mazi spat viciously beside the bed.

Seeing Yuntao's thumping force, he gradually increased the strength in his hands.

How can a skinny little girl be as strong as a strong grown man?

Coupled with the increasingly difficult breathing, Yun Tao felt that the strength in her body was constantly losing, and she was gradually unable to lift her limbs.

Suddenly there was a muffled sound, accompanied by a whimper from the man. The pressure on his neck was much reduced, and the man in front of him fell to the ground.

Yuntao took a moment to catch her breath, gasping for air, covering the bruised spot on her neck and looking forward cautiously.

The messy memories in her mind told her that this was Shigang Village, the place where she grew up.

The young man in front of her, wearing a coarse cloth jacket, with a thin face and a tall stature, was the man she called dad in her memory.

Half of his face was stained with solidified blood. The blood was dripping from his head and stained his clothes, making him look particularly terrifying.

Yuntao looked at him for a moment, feeling uneasy in her heart.

While she was breathing, her eyes looked around the room. The memories in her mind were random and disorderly, and finally stopped at her "dad"'s hand.

A hammer with a blackened elm pole half a meter long.

The position of the wooden knot at the end of the hammer was very familiar to her. It looked very much like the one her grandfather had used for more than ten years and then passed down to her family.

Growing up, every time her father got angry and tried to scare her, he would use this thick stick to beat her.

Yuntao tried hard to calm down her emotions and plucked up the courage to shout.

"dad……"

"Eh!"

When Yun Huachun heard these words, his tense spirit immediately relaxed.

Sitting half-collapsed on the worn-out straw mat, holding Yuntao's hand and looking sad.

Yuntao simply rushed into Yun Huachun's arms, hugging him and burst into tears instantly, crying until she was out of breath.

"Girl!" Yun Huachun said with a trembling voice, and patted Yun Tao's back gently.

Yun Huachun had a severe headache and felt like his brain was being torn apart, but he still pretended to be calm in front of his daughter.

"Stop crying...where is your mother?" Yun Huachun said in a panic.

Yun Huachun rummaged through the unfamiliar memories in his mind.

The names of this family of three are exactly the same as his!

His wife must have worn it too!

It's just that he doesn't have the slightest memory of his wife's whereabouts in his head.

Yuntao hurriedly stopped crying and rummaged through her memory: "My mother... no, when my mother went out in the morning, she took the bucket to the river to wash clothes!"

"How about we go to the river to look for it?"

Yuntao asked while choking.

"Go, go to the river!" Yun Huachun grabbed his daughter's hand and wanted to run to the river immediately.

The two of them had just gotten out of bed and paused when they saw the person lying on the ground.

"Dad, what should I do with this person?" Yuntao asked anxiously as he looked at the people on the ground.

"Let's tie this man up first." Yun Huachun thought for a moment and said.

This is Hu Mazi, a scoundrel from the next village. He spends his days doing nothing but stealing and doing nothing good. Why did he come to his house to commit murder?

They never had any enemies!

Yun Huachun took the hemp rope from the room and tied Hu Mazi's hands and feet behind his back.

They even put half a piece of straw rope in his mouth to prevent him from waking up and yelling to cause trouble.

After Yun Huachun did all this, he turned around to look at his daughter.

But he saw her holding a hammer in her hand and staring at him intensely.

"Dad, isn't this something from our family?"

"Where did it come from?" Yuntao said excitedly.

Where did this... come from?

Yun Huachun recalled that after he woke up, he seemed to see someone bullying his daughter, and when he wanted to go up and beat him, this thing appeared.

"It...it came out on its own!" Yun Huachun frowned as he recalled.

"Then think again, can you come up with something else?" Yuntao said excitedly.

Yun Huachun thought about it according to his daughter's words, but he had a splitting headache and couldn't concentrate.

"Don't think about it, go find your mother quickly, nothing is as important as your mother!"

After Yun Huachun finished speaking, he took his daughter to the outhouse, washed his face with water from the well, picked up the clothes on the bamboo pole and changed, and then walked out of the yard together.

Their family has always been at odds with the villagers, so they live far away from other villagers.

There is no water here, so we have to go around a long way to the village to carry water for laundry.

Every time it was his wife who carried water.

Yun Huachun searched his mind for what he had done, and secretly despised it!

Bah, scumbag!

Yuntao looked at the world with horror and novelty.

Looking far into the distance, there is nothing but straw and clay as walls, and they are all yellow.

Surrounded by primitive scenes of overgrown weeds and lush trees, there was a smell of chicken feces in the wind, and the sound of children playing in the distance.

The father and daughter crossed the small dirt bag and walked towards the village.

At the same time, a young man ran through the scattered houses like the wind, holding a gong.

The two of them had just reached the entrance of the village when they heard the sound of gongs.

Thump thump thump thump thump…

Harsh and sharp.

"The village chief has something important to say, call your parents back quickly!" A loud voice came from four to five hundred meters away.

The father and daughter looked at each other, somewhat confused about the situation.

The children were playing and pushing as they walked outside the village towards their elders and relatives working in the fields.

Some children met Yun Huachun and his daughter head-on. They consciously stayed away from them, and then walked away quickly, as if they were encountering evil stars.

Although he didn't say a word, the meaning here and there revealed disgust.

"Yun Huachun..."

Guan Baoquan was running with the gong in his hand. When he saw Yun Huachun, who was taking a leisurely walk in the village, he immediately frowned, with a look of disgust on his face.

"Don't take your daughter to wander around the village. If something big happens, call your wife and come to the village entrance with you." After Guan Baoquan finished speaking, he hurriedly beat the gong and ran away.

Yun Huachun smiled bitterly and glanced in the direction Guan Baoquan left.

He wasn't just wandering around, he was in too much pain and couldn't walk, so he could only walk slowly.

After recalling the words left by Guan Baoquan, Yun Huachun was a little confused again.

What's going on?

"Dad, look, is that mom?" Yuntao happily pointed at a woman in a gray coarse shirt in the distance.

The father and daughter immediately cheered up, and Yun Tao supported the limping Yun Huachun towards the river embankment.

Wan Hongmei twisted the corner of her soaked clothes and looked at the dizzy scene around her.
