Chapter 4 Hello, Hogwarts
After emphasizing the precautions for this semester, Dumbledore seemed to have become the kind principal who was a little unrestrained again, wearing a slightly crooked wizard hat on his head, and spoke loudly.
"Before going to bed, let's sing school songs together!"
As Dumbledore finished speaking, Ivan clearly saw the professors on the stage changing their faces, and several senior students also felt as if they were constipated.
Dumbledore was waving his wand on his own, and a long golden ribbon floated out of the wand, turning into words like a snake.
The wand was like a baton. Under Dumbledore's guidance, the Hogwarts school song sung by the whole school was resounding in the hall.
"Hogwarts, Hogwarts, Hogwarts, Hogwarts, please teach us that whether it is an old or a bald man, or a fool with his legs, our heads can be stuffed with novelty and interesting things."
Various versions and various tunes were pieced together in a mixed manner. The Weasley brothers, who tried hard to make trouble and tried to lead everyone to the wrong place, also sang a few words in troubled waters. After singing, I unexpectedly felt that the tone of the mixed sound seemed quite good.
Ivan couldn't help but wonder if there was something wrong with his musical aesthetics.
Fortunately, the same feeling was also the principal Dumbledore. The respected white wizard was moved by the influence of music and was so moved that he burst into tears. It took him a long time to break free from the melody. While wiping his tears, he reminded the heads of all levels to go back.
Ivan followed the newborn in Gryffindor along the way and climbed to the highest level along the spiral staircase.
At the end of the corridor, Percy stopped on a wall with a portrait of a fat woman hanging. Before the freshmen could ask questions, everyone saw the fat woman moving, changed her posture, and spoke solemnly.
"What is the password?"
"Dragon Slag." Percy replied.
The fat woman nodded, moved away from the position, and exposed a round hole in the wall. Ivan knew that this was the Gryffindor's common room inside.
After entering, Ivan realized that this place was much bigger than he thought.
The red lion flag representing Gryffindor hangs in the air, and a few long tables are neatly placed in the wide lounge, with comfortable chairs placed under the long table, and the dark brown fireplace leans against the wall to the left. The burning flames illuminate the night while also dispelling the coldness of the night.
Gryffindor's dormitory is a room for five people. There are five four-poster beds in the spacious room, and their luggage is placed underneath, neatly stacked aside.
Because Ivan had no corresponding memory, he couldn't even recognize his suitcase and bed.
Just as Ivan was about to wait for his roommate to choose a bed first, a gray-white owl suddenly flew from the top of the railing on the west side to Ivan's shoulder, and pecked Ivan's face a few intimately.
"Maca?" Ivan was stunned at first, and then he thought of this name in his mind for no reason.
"Gugu~" the gray-white owl responded.
"No matter whether it is, I will call you Maka from now on." Ivan reached out and scratched the owl's neck, and Maka narrowed her eyes comfortably.
With Maka's guidance, Ivan quickly confirmed that the bed beside the wall on the west side was his own, and there were very few things around him. In addition to bedding and pillows, there were some clothes and daily necessities and several textbooks that needed to be carried.
It is worth mentioning that Ivan found a small sign next to his bed, with the words Ivan Hals carved intimately.
There are similar signs on other beds, but Ivan didn't notice it just now.
Ivan stayed alone in the dormitory for a short time, and the sound of the door was pushed out outside, followed by a slightly familiar voice.
"I didn't expect the branch office to just wear a hat. I thought I was going to fight with the trolls, so I knew I shouldn't believe George's nonsense."
The person who pushed the door was a little wizard with red hair and freckles on his nose. He was talking in his mouth, while the little boy following him was wearing a pair of glasses and looked a little thin.
Harry Ron?
Ivan was somewhat surprised that he was in the same dormitory as the savior Harry, which was a coincidence.
"Hello, I am Ivan Hals!" Ivan walked up to him and said hello.
"Hey, I'm Ron Weasley." Ron also noticed Ivan's existence.
"Hello, I'm Harry Potter." Harry also stretched out his hand at this time.
Ivan shook hands with Harry first, then looked at Ron and smiled. "Your brothers George and Fred mentioned you to me in the venue just now."
"Oh, damn, I don't believe they will say anything good about me." Ron felt angry as he thought of George and Fred's usual teasing of himself.
Harry was a little happy that Ivan's attitude was different from others. After all, since he entered the wizarding world, he had either fussed or wanted to see the lightning-like scars on his head.
I have to say that Harry thinks this behavior is really stupid.
The friendship between the little wizards can sometimes be established in a short time, not to mention that Ivan, who has read the original work, knows the two of them well and deliberately caters to them, and naturally becomes friends soon.
Harry talked about the unfair treatment he received before coming to the wizard world in the dormitory, while Ron mentioned one or two interesting stories about being teased by the Weasley twins. Not long after, Neville and another young wizard in the same dormitory also joined in and chatted until very late before they went to bed.
The successive changes throughout the night made Ivan really tired. He almost just touched the bed and his body softened. He couldn't get up again, and even the original plan of exploration system was left behind.
In a vague way, I could only hear the sound of Ron scolding the rat. Ivan looked up and then covered the quilt over his head, and his lips moved silently a few times.
Hello, Hogwarts!
The next morning, Ivan woke up from his dream and looked around blankly. It took him a long time to realize what he was going to attend class.
Suddenly I had to transfer from the hospital bed to the classroom, and Ivan was still a little unable to adapt for a while.
However, in the first class at Hogwarts, Ivan did not plan to be late. Although it was still early, considering the stairs in Hogwarts school, Ivan felt that it would be better to set off early.
Of course, before leaving, I didn't forget to call Ron and Harry who were still staying in bed.
I don’t know if it was the influence of Harry’s savior halo or Ivan’s bad luck. I encountered two disappearing steps while going downstairs. Poor Ron even hit the wall disguised as a door!
