Chapter Two Hundred and Twenty-Nine Going Into The Devil

Hengchong walked around the room. He originally wanted to report it to his superiors, but in the end he thought about it and decided to go and see the situation first.

Because only you can report to the squadron leader if you really can't handle this situation.

Only when the squadron leader can't handle it can he report to the group leader. This is what Wu Feng has stipulated from top to bottom.

As a proactive team leader, Heng Chongcong certainly didn't want to leave a bad impression on his superiors, so he decided not to report it for the time being and look at the situation himself.

It is actually a very abnormal thing for low-level practitioners to become possessed.

Because under normal circumstances, when everyone is practicing, they join a sect or have a master to guide them, and their own level is relatively low.

So at the beginning, this would never happen.

When practitioners practice Qigong, they will continue to experience some reactions, most of which are normal and expected, and sometimes some are inappropriate.

Inappropriate reactions usually last for a short period of time and will disappear soon after appropriate adjustments. There are also a few that are not corrected in time and continue to exist, gradually causing lasting psychological and behavioral abnormalities. In severe cases, they can affect the normal state.

These different degrees of psychosomatic disorders are called excessive mental disorders. If you are not careful, they will cause qi and blood to flow backwards, causing damage to the meridians, and even vomiting blood, or hemiplegia. In severe cases, you may lose all your power or die. Only timely correction may help you recover.

Practice.

Therefore, it is a very serious matter if you become possessed at any time.

Because it happened in my own team, it had an impact on Hengchong.

Like Lao Wang and the others, Hengchong also has his own ideals. He doesn't want to stay with the handyman disciples forever. He also wants to enter the outer sect. Although he is a squad leader, this squad leader is a handyman disciple.

The squad leader is still at the lowest level.

Therefore, in this matter, he could neither make his superiors feel his incompetence nor make the members of the team really go crazy and cause serious problems.

As for Heng Chong, who is at the level of squad leader, he still has a certain understanding of obsession.

There are generally four situations in which people become obsessed, one of which is internal qi turmoil.

When you practice certain skills, you will feel a stream of Qi flowing and circulating in your body. This is the so-called internal Qi. Its movement originally follows a certain pattern. Some people sometimes feel that it is stuck in a certain part or rushes to the head.

, or the whole body is extremely uncomfortable.

Then when practicing the exercises, the body will shake involuntarily, sometimes locally and sometimes all over the body, sometimes occasionally and sometimes frequently, and even perform difficult movements such as dance or various exercises.

This is all normal. If you move for a long time but cannot control it, or if you want to calm down but cannot, this is abnormal.

When practicing Qigong, you generally use your mind to control breathing, which is called "fire throat". "Fire" means using your mind to concentrate on doing one thing.

Anything that uses weaker thoughts and gentle breathing is called "gentle fire".

Anyone who uses strong thoughts and rapid breathing is called "Martial Fire".

Slow fire has the function of warming and nourishing, while martial fire has the function of activating. They need to be used flexibly and alternately when practicing. If the balance is biased towards one and blindly practice hard, it will cause Yang hyperactivity, which can cause chest and abdominal distension due to strong Qi.

If it hurts, you may be in danger of your life.

Illusions occur during Qigong practice, and practitioners believe the illusions to be real and live in an illusory world. They become confused, manic, and even become mentally ill, that is, they are possessed by demons.

In these cases, the situation is generally when distracting thoughts have not been completely eliminated, and the person is forced to enter tranquility. As a result, during the process of entering tranquility, distracting thoughts are reflected and turned into various illusions.

Obsession is also a function of consciousness. Excessive concentration of consciousness depletes the raw material messengers needed by the brain for normal thinking and produces a large amount of waste messengers, which puts the brain in a state of functional disorder and presents various clinical manifestations of obsession.

The cultivation techniques of various major sects in the past have been continuously optimized and improved after thousands of years of research. They are originally very safe, but there are still rare cases where things go wrong.

The main reasons for this are improper selection of exercises, the body is not suitable for practicing certain exercises, failure to choose according to one's own conditions, and forced practice according to others' promises.

The teacher is improperly chosen, there is no teacher guidance, or the teacher has insufficient qualifications or wrong intentions.

If you practice a variety of exercises at the same time, the Qi path will be inconsistent and the internal Qi movement order will be destroyed.

Eager for success, insisting on hard training, not proceeding step by step, and violating the principle of relaxing, quiet and natural practice.

If you are mentally unbalanced and have a very bad inner state, you may practice Qigong for a long time.

Practicing Qigong requires sincerity, and practitioners need to practice with sincerity.

Relatively speaking, when there is fire, there is a chance of fire.

If you don't practice diligently, where does the fire come from? How can it happen?

Obsessive-compulsive behavior in practice actually only appears in extremely high realms of practice. Its essence is a high-level gas state. It is not only a kind of special and spiritual energy, but also the subject itself. Only its yin and yang appear.

Deviation is the real obsession.

When the qi and spirit are harmonized through cultivation, this special energy can transcend the transformation of form and quality. In the body of the cultivator, this high-level ability will induce the re-adjustment of the body, qi, machine and spirit.

In the former case, the Qi machine has a burning sensation, and this extreme heat will later be transformed into a burst of coolness.

If you are not careful, it may not be transformed. On the contrary, it can carry the wind and run around in the body, seriously damaging the operation of the internal organs and qi machines. This is called fire.

In terms of spirit, because the will must be integrated into the state of the exercise, the practitioner's mind has not yet been firm. If he thinks wildly, he will be tested in the body-burning gas state, and abnormal inner scenes will appear.

These abnormal interior scenes are all evil spirits that test the mind.

If the cultivation of the mind is not firm, the practitioner will immediately appear in the inner scene, with thoughts, delusions, fantasies, and a crazy mental state. At this time, he is possessed by a demon. In essence, it is what the saying goes and burns out the brain. It must be corrected in time, otherwise the consequences will be disastrous.

.

Since being obsessive is a deviation in high-level martial arts training, you don't have to worry about it at the beginning as it will hinder the path of practice.

As long as you understand that getting carried away is not a problem that beginners should encounter, you can meditate with peace of mind.

To set up a furnace to make alchemy, you must first guard the Dantian, guide by luck, and think of a fixed point, and this fixed point is an inch and three minutes below the belly button.

If you focus your mind on this place with your consciousness, there will be heat and heat there, which is called fire.

Concentrate the fire here, and then use your consciousness to guide this fire, open up the Ren and Du meridians, and even turn the Little Zhoutian and the Great Zhoutian.

And if you are too impatient and your methods are unstable, a slight inadvertence may cause reflux of qi and blood, damage to the meridians, and even vomiting of blood, or hemiplegia. In severe cases, you may lose all your ability or die. Only by correcting it in time may you be able to recover.

Practice.

Over time, he dreamed of various gods coming to speak to him. At this time, he believed it to be true. He had some feelings at first, but the more he believed, the deeper he became, and the more persistent he became.

Later, he would talk to himself during the day, such as saying that he was reincarnated to save sentient beings, etc. Gradually, people mistakenly thought that he had supernatural powers.

After a period of time, I no longer feel anything, and I start to suffer from insomnia, headaches, and even mental disorder.

At this time, you are possessed by the devil, and you will have fear, worry, lose your previous confidence, and you can't sleep well at night. You will start looking for the master again, ask for the guru's blessing, recite mantras, and use various methods to subdue the devil's troubles.

Hengchong recalled what Lao Wang and Hu Chen had said, and felt that something was wrong. Zhang Daocheng's behavior was not in line with what he knew about being possessed, so he decided to go and see for himself first.

Hengchong quietly came to the room where Zhang Daocheng was, but he did not disturb Zhang Daocheng, but quietly observed.

Zhang Daocheng was practicing Kung Fu. Seeing Zhang Daocheng practicing Kung Fu, Heng Chong became even more suspicious.

Because what Zhang Daocheng looks like is basically the most basic cross-sitting posture, and his practice level is still very low. How could such a low-level practitioner become possessed?

Heng Chong was really puzzled, but he had no choice but to stay aside silently and continue to observe.

But when he saw this piece of Daocheng, he sat cross-legged for a long time, put his hands on the left and right sides of his abdomen, rubbed it, and then stood up.

After getting up, Zhang Daocheng walked slowly around the house a few times, kicked his legs and moved his arms.
