The various reaction processes of opening the meridians are a long and difficult process. You should let nature take its course. Sleep when you want to sleep, practice when you want to practice, move when you want to move, and eat when you want to eat. There is no need to hold back.

The stage of refining Qi and transforming into God is called Xiao Zhou Tian Opening.

At this time, we return to simplicity and return to our true nature, as if there is nothing and no desire, seeing gold as earth, no heart and no thoughts, showing our true nature. Since the soul has emerged, the soul has left the body and can see through the original heart. At this level, the heart is dead and the spirit is alive, desires are eliminated, and wisdom is revealed.

When you reach the point of refining the void and joining the Tao, you have no choice but to practice without practicing. These are real realms. They are not fantasy of castles in the air, but personal experience. They are real and true. The artistic conception is like the top of the mountain. Survival is the most primitive instinctive desire of human beings.
