Eight hundred and thirty-eight chapters of the weight of the muscles
Of course, Wu Feng was not idle during this period of time. His realm has not improved for a long time. This time, he took this opportunity to accelerate his practice in a place where the flow rate of time is relatively different than that of a normal world.
The most basic things to practice this thing are to ease muscles and marrow cleaning, to strengthen the spirit and soul inside, and to strengthen the body outside, to fight and kill.
Wu Feng has many secret techniques, so there are naturally some exercises to practice. However, these are the main classics of practitioners. The special practice techniques of various theories passed down in the world are mostly regarded as secret treasures on the pillow and never easily shown to others.
The so-called tendons that are easy to use are tough and strong tissues that connect muscles, bones and joints. They are collectively known as large tendons, small tendons and fascia.
Those attached to the joints are tendons, those with thicker tendons are large tendons, and those with thinner tendons are small tendons. Those who are covered with strong muscles are called fascia.
The physiological function of tendons is to connect joints and assist movement. Tendons attach to bones and gather in joints. Tendons connect joint muscles, which not only strengthens the stability of the joints, but also protects and assists muscle movement.
The reason why the human body can move is entirely composed of three parts: bone, bone connection and skeletal muscle. The tendons are attached to the bone joints, playing the role of bone connection, maintaining the flexion, extension and rotation of the limb joints and moving freely.
In addition to the muscle contraction, the movement of the limbs and joints is also very important.
Moreover, since the tendons walk almost along the route of the twelve meridians, they are called the tendons of the twelve meridians. Their names are the same as those of the twelve meridians, and their connections are also roughly similar to those of the twelve meridians.
However, the twelve meridians have different directions, and the direction of the meridian tendons is between the limbs and fingers of the riser, between the ankle, gallbladder, knee, hip, wrist, elbow, armpit, thigh, neck, ending at the head, face, etc., and travel along the body surface, not entering the internal organs, but coexisting with other meridians.
Among them, the Taiyin meridian tendons of the hand start from the thumb, go upward along the big finger, tie up in the orchid, go outward on the outside of the inch mouth, go upward along the forearm, tie up in the elbow, go upward through the inner side of the upper arm, enter the armpit, exit the missing box, tie up in front of the shoulder and hair, tie up in the pelvis above, goes from the armpit, tie up in the chest, spreads in the diaphragm, and meets the tendons of the hand Jueyin under the diaphragm, and tie up in the slit.
The hand Yangming meridian tendon starts at the radial end of the second finger, tied to the back of the wrist, upward along the forearm, on the outside of the elbow, upward through the outside of the upper arm, on the shoulder. The branch passes through the shoulder and the ridge, and the straight meridian tendon goes from the shoulder to the neck, branch to the cheek, and on the zygomatic part next to the nose; before the hand Taiyang meridian tendon, upward along the left forehead, on the head, down to the right chin.
Most of these are like this, and the 12 meridians and tendons have their own trajectory and vein.
Although the twelve meridian tendons are roughly the same as the twelve meridians, their functions are different. The twelve meridians run qi and blood, circulate and perfuge, and enter and exit.
The internal organs and limbs, while the twelve meridians and tendons connect hundreds of bones, protecting the whole body.
Since "the liver controls the tendons and its beauty lies in the claws", all tendons belong to the joints, so the tendons all start between the fingers and claws of the limbs, then accumulate in the arm bones to assist the bones, connect to the popliteals of the elbows, wrists, knees, and muscles, up to the neck, and finally to the head and face.
The tendons are hard and soft. The tendons that are attached to the bones are hard and large. The tendons that are different from the chest, abdomen, head and face are soft and thin. The three yangs of the hands and feet move outside, and the tendons are mostly hard.
The three yins of the hands and feet move in the inner side, and their tendons are mostly soft. The three yins of the feet and the yangming tendons gather in the yin instrument, so it is said that "the previous yin is where the main tendons gather."
Most of the tendons of the twelve meridians are bonded in the joints and are closely linked to each other. The general rule is that the tendons of the three yangs of the hand are bonded in the head, the tendons of the three yins of the hand are bonded in the chest, the tendons of the three yins of the foot are bonded in the yin instrument, and the tendons of the three yangs of the foot are bonded in the cheekbones. The front yin is where the main tendons gather, and the tendons of the three yins of the foot and the tendons of the foot are bonded in this place.
The muscles and bones on this person's body are caused by innate endowments. Therefore, the various differences are related to the innate endowments in the womb, the innate endowments in the womb.
In the acquired life process, loose tendons will become sick, trembling tendons will appear thin, disordered meridians will lead to deformities, weak meridians will become weak, weak meridians will become weak, and crooked meridians will lead to death at any time.
However, people with strong meridians will be strong, people with comfortable meridians will develop well, people with strong meridians will be brave and powerful, and people with soft meridians will be healthy and long-lasting.
If a person has weak innate talents and cannot be clear and weak in his heart and has obstacles everywhere, his external body cannot be strong, and he will be plagued by diseases and weak limbs.
The practice itself is the knowledge that makes people become stronger from weak to strong. First, through the skill of easy muscles, it strengthens its body and strengthens its internal organs to assist its external body.
Otherwise, if you have martial arts but don’t have strong body and strength, how can you defeat the enemy and resist the invasion of the six lusts of wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness, fire and other lusts?
The reason why the tendons should be "Yi" instead of "refining" is actually "Yi" to indicate the combination of yin and yang, and the fortune changes are endless.
Yi means that all changes are called Yi.
Although the changes of Yi exist in the changes of yin and yang, people can adjust and grasp the changes of yin and yang.
Among the practitioners, everyone can fiddle with the sun and moon in their bodies and adjust the yin and yang in their hands.
Therefore, it can also be seen that even if a person is sick, he cannot be easily removed.
People can see how great the role of "Yi" is in natural phenomena. The empty ones can be easily real, the real ones can be easily empty, the hard ones can be soft, the soft ones can be hard, the still ones can be movement, and the moving ones can be quiet.
The function of this is nothing more than to use it too high or too low, either rising or falling
Methods: Use it first or later, or use it slowly or urgently, or use it forward or backward, dangerously makes it easy to be safe, chaos makes it easy to be governed, disasters make it easy to be happy, extinction makes it easy to exist, and the energy that is about to be exhausted can be easily restored, that is, the heaven and earth, and the effect of easy can also make it repeat.
In other words, everything in the world can be "easy", let alone the small human body and bones.
The ease of heaven, earth and all things is the ease of its natural transformation, and its ease is impermanent.
The easy tendons in practice are a method of recovery and adjustment, which helps the tendons to shake and become smooth, the thin tendons to be strong, the loose tendons to be soft, the bending tendons to be stretched, and the disordered tendons to be smooth.
Even a person who is as paralyzed as mud, can do the skill of easy muscles, and can also be as strong as iron and stone, without any barriers inside and outside.
Since the meridian tendons all start between the fingers and claws of the limbs, along the surface of the body, and do not enter the internal organs. By exercising the limbs, hands and feet, you can obtain the effect of strong and strong feet. Therefore, the tendons are called external strength and external strength.
Because the tendons and internal organs are closely related to the liver and spleen and stomach, the "liver controls the fascia of the body".
The tendons and bones are bound to the joints and maintain normal flexion and extension movements. They must rely on the nourishment of liver blood. If the liver blood is sufficient, the muscles will be strong and the joints will be flexion and extension strong and flexible.
If the liver blood is weak, the muscles are exhausted and it is difficult to flex and stretch. The liver body is yin and uses yang, so the function of the tendon is particularly closely related to liver blood.
The liver blood is full, so that the tendons and fascia of the limbs are fully nourished and maintained to maintain their toughness and strength, so that the limbs and joints can move flexibly, strongly and powerfully.
If the liver's yin blood is deficient and cannot provide sufficient nutrition for the tendons and fascia, the tendons' mobility will decrease.
When the body is old and the liver blood is weak, the fascia loses its nourishment, so it moves slowly and has failed to move. In pathological situations, many tendon lesions are related to the liver's function.
These tendons are nourished by the five internal organs. The skill of easing tendons can not only change strength, but also practice it in the hands and mouth of the limbs, hands and mouth. Only by strengthening the internal exercises can it be practiced in the five internal organs.
The tendons are nourished by liver blood, and the liver is produced by marrow. The internal organs, qi, blood, essence, fluid, and marrow are all transformed by the interaction. Therefore, the tendons and the marrow cleansing complement each other and progress simultaneously. The tendons are short-term effective, while the marrow cleansing can only enter the country for a long time.
After washing the marrow, it can naturally supplement the effect of easy tendons.
The so-called "easy tendons are easy, but it is difficult to clean the marrow." It is easy to refine the tendons that are strong outside, but it is difficult to clean the marrow that is strong inside.
In fact, this tendon can have a time limit, while marrow washing is long-term and permanent.
