Chapter 216: Tired(1/2)
Almost fifteen minutes later, the taxi arrived near Yoyogi Park. Naruse leaned forward and guided the driver to the downstairs of the apartment.
"Arrived."
He pushed Shangzi and Haixing, and they dragged their tired bodies out of the car and took out the things in the trunk.
After paying the fare, Naruse got off the car and took most of the shopping bags from Naoko.
Watching the taxi door automatically close and restart, she asked, "How much?"
"What...the fare? It's more than four thousand yen."
"It's so expensive..."
Naruse lowered his head and looked at the large and small bags in his hands.
"..."
She bumped him lightly with her arm and said, "This is not the same thing."
Naruse smiled.
"Anyway, I don't have the energy to squeeze into the tram... Let's get on first."
After dragging the two of them into the apartment, then into the elevator, and back to the room upstairs, neither Matsu Chiaki nor Ms. Sato came back yet.
"I haven't sent any messages yet. I'm probably still busy filming. No need to wait for them."
"It doesn't matter."
"If it's late in the evening, they will make dinner on the way."
"Okay."
After Shangzi sat on the sofa for a while, he felt that his legs were extremely heavy and he couldn't lift them up.
"I'll prepare dinner..."
"I'll do it." After spending the whole afternoon shopping, Naruse's attention was focused on the two of them most of the time, and he was more energetic now, "What do you want to eat."
"Want to eat..."
Shangzi thought for a moment, then turned to look at the starfish, "What does the starfish want to eat?"
"..."
She opened her mouth and shook her head.
"Don't know?"
"No... I don't want to eat anything. I just feel so tired..."
As she said that, she fell aside.
"My legs are so sore...and my body is so heavy..."
Looking at the starfish, Naoko smiled at Naruse and said, "I feel the same way."
"Aren't you hungry?"
"Hungry...but don't want to eat."
Naruse was a little helpless and had no choice, "Let's rest for a while first."
He also sat down.
The two of them sat slumped on the sofa, looking at the "trophies" randomly placed on the ground.
"It seems that I was brainwashed as soon as I arrived in Ginza...My mind is filled with the voice of 'buy, buy, buy'." Naoko said softly.
"Who made it the most prosperous commercial street in Japan?"
She smiled, leaned forward, and leaned forward.
"It cost a lot of money..."
"It's all my mother's fault."
"No..." Shangzi shook his head, "Forget about eating, drinking, having fun and traveling. These are things I want to buy myself."
Naruse didn't say much. He turned to look at her for a while, and then his eyes fell on the starfish lying next to him.
"Starfish?"
No response.
Holding his arm, Naoko tilted that way, glanced at it, and tried to get up but had no strength, so Naruse pulled him back.
"Asleep."
Naruse shook his head, took the thin blanket placed on the sofa, and asked Naoko to cover her.
After sitting for a while, he stood up and said, "I'm going to cook some udon noodles. You should be able to eat it, right?"
Shangzi nodded.
"Naoko, do you want to take a shower first?" Naruse asked again.
She looked at him, "What if I fall asleep in the bathtub..."
"Then let's go after eating."
He walked into the kitchen and got ready.
After staring there for a while, Shangzi stood up with support and packed up the things he bought.
After carrying all the big and small bags back to the room and the living room, Haixing was still sleeping.
Shangzi walked into the kitchen, "Have you prepared some starfish too?"
"Yeah."
"She seemed to be sleeping deeply."
Naruse stared at the cooking pot, "Then drag her back before she falls deeper into sleep."
Shangzi smiled and didn't go out, just watching from the side.
After a while, when the udon noodles were almost cooked, she returned to the living room and pushed the starfish on the sofa.
"Starfish, let's have something to eat."
"Well..."
"The udon noodles are already cooked."
"I won't eat..."
She dragged the blanket and covered her face, "I want to sleep..."
She soon became silent again.
"..."
Naoko looked back at Naruse at the kitchen door.
He shook his head and said, "Let her sleep, let's eat first."
"Okay."
Two bowls of udon were brought over, and the two of them sat at the dining table and started eating.
"How about."
“The noodles are neither hard nor too soft, and the texture is just right.”
"I just added some chopped green onions, isn't it a little too bland?"
"It's okay."
"There are leftovers from yesterday in the refrigerator. Let me bring them over."
"Okay."
After eating a large bowl of udon noodles, both of them felt a lot more energetic.
Buzz——
Naruse glanced at the news.
"My mother is ready to come back."
"Is this the end of time? Then dinner..."
"It will be sorted out on the way. Well, I'll tell them."
After dinner, after sitting for a while, Naoko went to take a shower, and Naruse washed their dishes.
Back in the living room, Starfish on the sofa is still sleeping deeply.
"Sleeping like a coma... are you so tired?"
Naruse sat next to him, lifted up the blanket and took a look.
Feeling the light, the curled-up girl frowned slightly and moved her lips, but quickly returned to calm.
To be continued...
