Chapter Eighteen: A Little Mind
When Han Wenwen walked out of the office, she glanced at Jiang Chengyuan, who was still working.
So I changed my usual habit of eating fried chicken and burgers for lunch, and went to a street restaurant to pack up two hot dishes and staple food.
Taking the things she bought, Han Wenwen gently pushed open the office door and stood at the door: "I bought lunch, do you want to eat it together?"
Jiang Chengyuan stared at the last bit of work left without raising his head: "I still have forty minutes, you eat first."
Han Wenwen was silent for a moment, pursing her red lips helplessly. She put one of the two lunches she bought in the living room and took the other to the office.
Han Wenwen sat softly next to Jiang Chengyuan, opened the packing box and took out a spoon.
Jiang Chengyuan turned to look at the woman next to him: "You have finished your work today. Just eat outside. You don't have to be next to me all the time. You can rest in the afternoon."
Han Wenwen answered the question and just explained: "I really can't cook, so I bought stir-fried vegetables specially for Mr. Jiang. Unfortunately, the food outside is cheap after all, and it smells like fast food no matter how you stir-fry it, so you can just make do with it. At least
It’s better for your stomach to eat on time.”
She took a spoonful and handed it to Jiang Chengyuan's mouth: "Open your mouth."
Jiang Chengyuan saw that Han Wenwen actually wanted to feed him, and wondered: "Is it necessary to do this to be a secretary?"
Han Wenwen was very honest: "It's just for these few days. When you coax Shi Qing back into your hands again, she will be the one feeding her, and I will just be the overused tool in the middle."
Jiang Chengyuan opened his mouth and took what Han Wenwen put to his mouth and ate it in one bite.
Chewing something and looking at the computer again: "She told you everything?"
Han Wenwen lowered her head and took another spoonful and smiled: "I don't understand what Mr. Jiang means. I won't reveal Shiqing's secret, but Mr. Jiang is very bold and dares to say anything to girls."
Jiang Chengyuan thought to himself that these two best friends were so good that they were almost like one person. There were no secrets between them at all: "I just followed my inner thoughts."
Han Wenwen fed Jiang Chengyuan another mouthful of rice, and he continued to make pictures after eating.
Han Wenwen: "Sounds like a scumbag, but Shi Qing is a very special girl. If you are really good to her and keep asking her for help, she will always agree. It's just a matter of time. I just hope you won't do it after your wish comes true."
Let them down, after all, even sisters will be jealous of the one they like."
Jiang Chengyuan chewed the food: "I will be good to them both."
Han Wenwen took another spoonful and put it to her mouth: "One more bite."
Jiang Chengyuan turned around and took another bite: "Okay, you can go and eat too. These few bites are enough for me and I will eat the rest later."
Han Wenwen nodded: "Then I'm going out to eat. Don't be busy for too long, or you'll get cold."
"Know."
Han Wenwen walked out of the office with the food and gently closed the door to Jiang Chengyuan.
She sat on the sofa in the lobby on the first floor and started to have lunch, looking at the scenery on the street through the glass door, while Han Wenwen chewed rice with her red lips.
Suddenly, the woman was startled, remembering that Shi Qing finally told her something last night.
I just want to help me find out the truth about why Jiang Chengyuan changed his college choice back then.
"I almost forgot about it."
Seeing Jiang Chengyuan working seriously, Han Wenwen muttered to herself and took another spoonful of vegetables into her mouth:
"Forget it, let's ask again during dinner tonight, it won't be too late."
.....
During the day today, Jiang Chengyuan was working hard to complete the work at hand. Although he was busy, he didn't have any major worries.
On the same day, Su Xiaoxiao, who was at Luteng University of Economics, felt depressed all the time.
During lunch, Su Xiaoxiao ordered a simple meal in the cafeteria, left the crowded restaurant, and went to the school garden to have lunch alone.
Su Xiaoxiao didn't have many friends in college. To be precise, she didn't have any friends since she was a child.
She didn't know the reason herself, but it might be related to luck and personality. Others could meet several best friends on the first day of school, but she couldn't make any friends after a year.
The campus garden in Luteng City is well built, with a pavilion and a lotus pond.
Su Xiaoxiao likes to sit in this pavilion and eat while looking at the lotus pond every day.
After all, there are almost no people here at noon. At most, there are one or two students passing by occasionally, so it is extremely quiet.
Su Xiaoxiao sat on the bench and opened the toothpick meat packed in the restaurant, picked up a piece of toothpick meat, and ate it slowly.
She looked at the lotus pond in front of her and kept thinking to herself:
"I'm going to meet Jiang Jiang again tonight. How can I tell my sister when I get home? My sister should let me go out."
The scene in the coffee shop the day before yesterday echoed in her little head, and she exhaled for no reason:
"Why did my sister have a relationship with Jiang Jiang? Will my sister be angry when I meet Jiang Jiang alone? Does my sister still like Jiang Jiang? Does she want me to be with Jiang Jiang?"
"Classmate Su Xiaoxiao?"
Just when Su Xiaoxiao was worried, a female teacher wearing a long skirt and slightly curly hair falling on one chest came over on the pavilion path.
This female teacher looks to be about 27 or 28 years old, but is actually over 30 years old. She has a cold temperament. She has a ring on her right ring finger and is obviously married. She wears a gold clover necklace around her neck.
The female teacher is called Fang Jingyun, and she is a professor in the Department of Marketing Psychology where Su Xiaoxiao currently works. In the impression of all the students, this teacher Fang seems to be not very talkative.
So when Su Xiaoxiao heard the other party's voice, she quickly stood up and said nervously: "Hello, Professor Fang!"
Fang Jingyun came to Su Xiaoxiao and said with a smile: "Just call me Teacher Fang. Why are you sitting here eating lunch alone?"
Su Xiaoxiao snorted and seemed at a loss: "I usually eat here alone."
Fang Jingyun seemed to understand something, and after thinking about it, she lifted the lunch box in her hand: "How about we go together? I don't have any company today. Teacher Song, who is teaching you, has asked for leave."
Su Xiaoxiao nodded in a daze: "Do you want to eat together? Okay, Teacher Fang... No, Teacher Fang, please sit down."
Fang Jingyun hummed and sat down on the bench very gracefully.
"Classmate Su Xiaoxiao, please sit down too."
"Oh! OK!"
Su Xiaoxiao sat next to Fang Jingyun. The female teacher opened her lunch box, which contained some vegetables in addition to staple food.
When Su Xiaoxiao saw the contents of the other party's lunch box, she wanted to ask why Teacher Fang's food looked so bland.
But when I opened my mouth, I was embarrassed to say it.
Fang Jingyun took a bite of vegetables and ate, looking at the lake in front of her: "This lotus pond has not changed at all in the past few years. The teacher came here often a year ago. At that time, my wife often sat and waited for me."
Su Xiaoxiao couldn't hold back this time: "Teacher Fang's lover? Is she also a teacher in our school?"
Fang Jingyun: "No, haven't you heard of my little classmate? About my lover."
Su Xiaoxiao was surprised: "Ah? I...I don't know."
Fang Jingyun was a little surprised, because after all, she was giving lectures on the podium every day. It stands to reason that students should know all the interesting teacher gossip, especially since she is a teacher-student married:
"Well, it seems that Su Xiaoxiao doesn't like messy gossip incidents."
Su Xiaoxiao gently curved her lips. The shorter girl looked cuter and smaller when sitting with Fang Jingyun. She nodded, "Well, I don't know many things clearly. No one told me."
