Chapter 8 You Shut Up(2/2)

The clothes of the woman in front of her were all wet with wine, her tied black hair was messy and disorderly, and even her usually shining eyes were a bit dim. She covered the back of her head with one hand, and completely covered her head with the other hand.

It's a blood stain that can't be wiped off.

Xu Simian's eyes were filled with frost, and she interrupted her coldly: "Shut up."

***

Wen Ciyi couldn't remember clearly what happened next. Xu Simian called the police and handled the matter with a sullen face. Those provocative men entered the police station, and the hospital she just left in the afternoon entered again in the evening.

Got to the hospital.

The same ward, the same configuration, even the nagging little nurse.

Wen Ciyi had a broken skin on the back of her head. Although the bleeding looked scary, she only had a few stitches, and she didn't see Xu Simian from the moment she entered the hospital.

The little nurse looked at Wen Ciyi and said cheerfully: "Hi! What a coincidence, we meet again!"

Obviously, she picked a bad start.

Wen Ciyi lowered his eyes and said listlessly: "What a coincidence."

What a coincidence, what a coincidence is that Xu Simian said no need, what a coincidence is that Xu Nian meets a gangster, what a coincidence is that she has a scratch on the back of her head, what a coincidence is that she bumps into Xu Simian.

Going round and round.

What a coincidence.

Seeing Wen Ci's distracted look, the little nurse didn't know how to continue the conversation. The two of them looked at each other in silence for a while.

After a while, the ward door opened. When the nurse saw someone coming in, she hurriedly said hello, rubbed oil on her soles and ran away.

Wen Ciyi looked up in confusion, and when she saw those familiar eyebrows and thickly bandaged hands, her eyes gradually became moist, and she burst into tears and said, "Today... I'm sorry to trouble you, I will pay for the medical expenses."

Xu Simian frowned without any trace, and said in a deep voice: "How is your head?"

"Ah?" Wen Ciyi belatedly wanted to touch it, but accidentally touched the wound. She hissed softly: "It's nothing serious, just a few injections. Thank you junior for today."

"No need," Xu Simian frowned at her actions and said softly, "If it were someone else, I would do the same thing. It's not just for senior sister. Senior sister shouldn't have too much burden on her heart."

Wen Ciyi's movements paused, and a sour feeling kept rising in his heart.

She forced a smile and said, "How about my friend?"

"She is in the ward next to yours. She is fine." Xu Simian said in a cold tone.

Wen Ciyi wrung her fingers and said helplessly. Her eyes fell on Xu Simian's tightly wrapped hands, and the white gauze on the surface was stained with blood.

She still couldn't help but said: "I'm really sorry..."

Before Wen Ci could finish his words, he was abruptly interrupted by Xu Simian. He frowned, with a look of incomprehension in his eyes: "Senior, what are you apologizing for? Are you apologizing for the actions you took at that time, or the current scene?

?”

"Maybe... both." Wen Ci lowered her head nonchalantly, not daring to look at Xu Simian anymore. The bruises that would not go away were dotted on her white and tender arms.

Xu Simian said nothing and turned around and left the ward.

When he came back, he was holding the iodine and cotton swabs he had just asked for from the nurse's desk.

His uninjured hand pulled open the chair next to him, and skillfully dipped a cotton swab into iodine. His tone was not very good, and even a little cold: "Put your hand over here."
