Chapter Thirty-Five: Confirm Binding (for further reading)

"S?" Luther entered the house and looked at the letter symbols carved around the wall: "What special meaning does s have? Strength? Or sandwich?"

Luther, who was bold and careful, soon found a strand of hair in the corner of the house. He picked it up and put it into his pocket.

Something was imprisoned inside and was taken away by Cyborg. They arrived a step too late.

After a final glance around, Luther walked out calmly, if he could leave alive.

Maybe he will study its DNA.

"Man, what are you doing?" Seeing that Arthur still maintained his original actions, Luther stepped forward and said, "We have to leave this place as soon as possible. This is a military jurisdiction."

"If you don't want to be beaten into a hornet's nest, you should take your hands off these green stones."

Arthur turned his head sideways, with a natural and unpretentious expression on his face, and just looked at him like this.

"Are you okay?" Luther was staring at him, and his body instinctively felt disgusted. He hated being looked at with such eyes.

"Can you find me a package or something?" Arthur said.

"You don't want to take these things away, do you?" Luther quickly followed Arthur's thinking and said silently.

"I don't know what magic they have that makes you so fascinated, but if you want them, Lex Group can provide them for you."

"What's the meaning?"

"Lex Group has a lot of these green stones." Luther translated.

"Really?" Arthur looked away, removed his hand from above, shrugged and said, "Who would dislike having more money?"

Luther: "Incomprehensible."

How could anyone treat a pile of useless broken rocks as a treasure? This behavior is like someone hoarding nuclear waste at home.

Boring and idiotic.

Although he said this, Luther still found a piece of white cloth for Arthur with a red S mark printed on it.

I picked through the pile of kryptonite, wrapping the small ones in cloth and hugging the big ones with one hand.

Holding a huge kryptonite in his arms, Luther staggered behind Arthur and complained wildly: "I can't believe that what is lying in my arms is not a new actress, but a broken stone."

"This is not some shabby stone." Arthur looked at the exit, then looked back at the big package: "It seems we have to take a long detour, Luther."

"At least until now, I haven't found any benefits it can bring to me." Luther said.

"You will find out later." Arthur followed Luther's steps from the front: "I found that this thing is very useful and is in short supply."

According to the location of the characters he was familiar with, and a little guessing, the Superman imprisoned here was most likely taken away by Cyborg who arrived here in advance.

There is a small chance that he will be shot to death by a soldier with a gun.

"Thank you for your good words." Luther didn't believe that such a thing with no commercial value would be in short supply. There was no basis for it.

Perhaps only a fool would buy them specifically.

"Oh..." Looking at the familiar building, Luther was a little doubtful: "Have we been here before?"

"It seems that there is no other exit from the fortress." Arthur said, "There may be other exits, but we have never found them."

"Then what should we do? Keep looking?"

"so troublesome."

He returned to the skylight position and motioned for Luther to stand further away. His heat vision melted steel and solid stone.

Arthur's superpower once again refreshed Luther's understanding of him. He silently defined Arthur as a time bomb in his heart.

I was thinking about going back to Lex Group and making an armored suit to prevent Arthur from turning black.

He and Batman are similar but different. The same thing is that they do not believe in superhuman beings. They do not believe that a human being with superpowers will always stick to his heart and uphold justice.

With a plop, Luther was thrown by Arthur with one hand, flew out of the skylight, and fell on the pipe. The kryptonite came out of his hand and rolled to the side.

Arthur held the package, jumped out, and looked at Luther who was knocked unconscious: "You playboy, you have no strength to tie a chicken, and you can't bear the beating."

Luther climbed up from the ground and found Kryptonite not far away: "A fool with a brain full of muscles will never live long."

"You have to know that in TV dramas, as long as the villain is smart enough, even if he has no power, he can still fool the protagonist."

"Oh... Really, then why do villains still fail and don't even get a good ending?" Arthur said lightly: "Is it possible that their brains are filled with butter and will melt when they think about it?"

Luther picked up Kryptonite from the ground: "An ending for the sake of the ending, or an ending for the sake of the plot. A smart villain will never let himself fall into a desperate situation."

"Listening to your confident words, do you think you can be perfect?" The dazzling sunshine lit up not far away, and Arthur knew that they would soon walk out of the sewer pipe.

"Of course." Luther straightened his back, full of confidence.

Arthur just smiled and said nothing more.

There are only idiots and morons in the world who dare to admit that they are perfect. The former is a real idiot, and the latter is self-righteous.

Approaching perfection does not mean that it is perfect. Even the omniscient and omnipotent God is just a grasshopper that jumps slightly higher in front of higher-level creatures.

With his mind divided into two parts, Arthur muttered silently in his mind: "Confirm binding."

An invisible force spread from Arthur, like a stone dropped into water, causing waves that spread rapidly around and into the universe.

The system collects enough energy and undergoes transformation. It is upgraded to version 2.0, with an additional main world binding function.

Arthur thought, since it is difficult to return to the black robe, he should get closer to the black robe and wait until he can find the technology to travel through parallel worlds.

Returning to Black Robe is not a problem.

When we walked out of the sewer pipe, it was already sunset, and the sea surface was reflected red, as if it was painted with a layer of red.

There are some red swimming rings floating on the sea, with many soldiers wearing armor crawling on them.

Apparently, they had just finished a fierce battle.

But Arthur and the two didn't hear any explosion sounds.

This illustrates two points.

1: The duration of the battle is very short, and the two sides are not at the same level. It is like a top game player entering the novice village and killing randomly.

2: The sound insulation effect of the fortress is excellent.

It is indeed a steel fortress that the military spent huge sums of money to build.

"What is the approximate load-bearing limit of your aircraft?" Arthur asked. He was afraid that the aircraft would suddenly stop mid-flight.

It doesn't matter if it falls from the air. The main reason is that the package cannot withstand the force of the fall and the kryptonite will be shaken out from inside.

Rare to collect.

Looking at the kryptonite carried by Arthur, Luther suddenly fell silent, put down the kryptonite in his arms, and his wise bald head reflected the sunlight, which was particularly dazzling: "I'll call a taxi for you."

The aircraft is the latest R&D technology of the Lex Group. The number is limited, so try to avoid damage if you can.

Although it passed a series of tests such as agility and control direction, it clearly exceeded the aircraft's load-bearing range.

Generally speaking, the weight is more than enough for two people. It is barely feasible for three people.

four people…

Four people can only stay in the air for a certain period of time.
