For monks, this method does not seem complicated. Isn't it just meditating and becoming calm or all things are empty? But in actual practice, it is difficult to achieve.
There are many kinds of such methods, including Taoism, Buddhism, and Demonism. In the past three hundred years or so, Jin Ziming has mainly followed the path of Buddhism in terms of meditation practice.

In the second jhana, the joyful heart surges, but the concentration is not yet strong, so the mind is absorbed in meditation, and the joyful heart is immediately grateful. In this way, the joy is lost, and the endless joy comes from within, and it enters the realm of the third jhana;
The joy of the third Zen can also disturb the mind, but it is still not completely pure. It needs to be more diligent, stop breathing in and out, eliminate all delusions, and have solid mindfulness. This is the fourth Zen.
Also known as meditation, the human body reaches the empirical state where it is no longer moved by pain and pleasure. At this time, if you want to practice the method of immobility and inaction, you will get twice the result with half the effort.
It is very difficult to practice the Four Zens, and it may take a long time. Once you practice it, you can easily condense the Yang Shen when you reach the peak of Nascent Soul Dzogchen."
It took Jin Ziming seven years to complete the Four Zens. The Nascent Soul villain and the soul underwent a qualitative change. The original form of the weak Yin Shen spontaneously shattered and became material.
He is no longer the pure consciousness of the past, but a physical form full of soul power. This is the Yang Shen, who can freely switch between the physical and virtual bodies at any time.
