Chapter 1 The first arrival on a beautiful planet(1/2)
"Dear passengers, you have arrived at the beautiful planet."
The reminder that seemed to ring in his mind, and the beautiful music that followed, urged Juan to leave the Soyuz spacecraft and step onto the tarmac of the Beautiful Planet Space Center.
Through the transparent mask of the positive-pressure ventilator, Juan saw that outside the wide and flat tarmac was a sparse grassland reaching to the sky.
On the edge of the grassland, the continuous mountains are looming on the horizon.
With the help of a chip implanted in his brain, the official travel brochure of the beautiful planet appeared in Juan's vision.
"The air pressure and oxygen content of this planet are similar to those of the Earth, and the air is fresh and pleasant."
So Juan opened the ventilator's transparent mask and took a deep breath.
Perhaps it was the heat carried by the nuclear-powered spacecraft when it landed that produced a large amount of irritating gases.
Juan's nasal cavity suddenly felt sour, and his tears couldn't stop flowing down. At the same time, he coughed violently.
"Hahahaha, this is not a good place to take a deep breath. Juan, I will take you to the terminal."
The person who came to Juan to talk was the navigator of the Soyuz spacecraft, Bernard.
He is a friend Juan met during the spaceship voyage.
"Thank you cough cough."
With tears in his eyes, Juan entered the spacious terminal hall with Bernard's help.
The fresh air system in the hall made Juan feel much better.
"Come on, let's get something to drink. This will completely relieve the discomfort in your throat."
Under Bernard's persuasion and leadership, Juan came to the shopping mall in the terminal.
The salesperson in the mall made Juan's eyes light up.
That's an elf.
Slender ears, soft blond hair reaching to her psoas, fair skin, and delicate facial features.
The most eye-catching thing is the two big balls on her chest that almost burst the white shirt.
Juan couldn't help blurting out: "Didn't you say that elves are all airports?"
Are the elves of Beautiful Planet different from the official propaganda?
Just when Juan's impression of the beautiful planet was rising rapidly, Bernard whispered in Juan's ear:
"She was created to cater to human aesthetics."
"Fake?"
"But it's pretty, isn't it?"
Juan, who has not been very interested in unnatural things since he was a child, turned his attention to the store.
The firearms that occupied most of the store attracted Juan's attention.
Wow, ak-47, m1 "Garand" rifle... these are classic firearms from thousands of years ago!
But is it legal to sell these items in a store?
Perhaps seeing through Juan's doubts, the elf saleswoman Lilith, who was bouncing two big balls, came over with a professional smile and explained:
"Our store is a franchise store of the Human League Rifle Association and has a legal license to sell these ancient handicrafts."
"Crafts? So they can't really fire bullets?"
"No, they can."
Lilith bent down and took out various types of bullets from the counter.
As she bent over, the two big balls on her chest opened a slit in her shirt, revealing the fair skin underneath.
And the black one-step skirt that barely covered the top of her thighs also exposed the round curves of her hips.
This made Juan's eyes very happy.
Bernard next to him whistled naughtily.
But Elf Lilith didn't seem to care.
With a professional smile, she introduced guns and bullets diligently.
"Sir, you can test the gun on the tarmac outside in an open space."
But the bad experience on the tarmac made Juan not want to try this suggestion.
He pointed to the energy weapon on Bernard's waist and asked:
"I'm not very interested in outdated gunpowder weapons. Are there any such energy weapons for sale?"
"No, no, all modern weapons are banned. We only allow the sale of classical gunpowder weapons here.
"Why don't you try this Gatling gun? It's made of modern materials.
"So this machine gun performs far better than the thousand-year-old prototype, and its barrel doesn't get hot no matter how long you fire it continuously."
Juan didn't think his slightly slender arms could withstand the recoil of this machine gun.
After taking another hard look at Elf Lilith's beautiful face and graceful figure, Juan left the mall with a bottle of mineral water.
"I suggest you go to the service center and hire a servant. It can help you move all your luggage from the spacecraft to your residence."
Following his friend's advice, Juan walked towards the service center on the other side of the terminal, leaving Bernard behind who had successfully struck up a conversation with Lilith.
The person who received Juan at the service center was also an elf.
His delicate face seems somewhat similar to Lilith's, but her breasts are not that big.
Juan couldn't tell whether the elf was male or female at all. He could only judge from his clothes that he was a male elf.
"Hello, I need a servant."
"Dear Sir, I sincerely recommend to you: Two-Headed Demon No. 13.
"Although its appearance is not in line with human aesthetics, it is very strong and is an excellent laborer.
"And his deposit is very cheap, only 50 alliance coins."
Juan looked at this servant who didn't even have a name, just a number.
It was a very strong two-headed demon.
Juan frowned. He felt that with his thin body, he should not be able to withstand the attack of this two-headed demon.
Perhaps seeing Juan's doubts, the elf explained: "Sir, please rest assured that all my servants here have been strictly trained.
"They are very obedient and loyal, and they can even sacrifice their own lives for their masters."
Juan frowned, not knowing whether to believe what this elf said.
"Don't worry, I can guarantee it."
With the arrival of this voice, all the slaves in the service center, including the elf in charge, prostrate themselves on the ground, as if they were kneeling before a king.
Juan turned around and saw a middle-aged white man in uniform.
The nameplate on the man's chest read his identity: Director of the Beautiful Planet Development Station, Soma.
Stationmaster Soma greeted Juan warmly: "Hello, young man, are you here for tourism, or are you planning to immigrate here?"
"I have the idea of immigrating, and I am investigating various pioneering planets."
"Then this is the most suitable place for you. Believe me, there is no place more suitable for immigrants than here in the entire Human Alliance star map.
"There is a large area of unowned land here, and there are a large number of humanoid creatures for you to drive. You can live like a king here.
"Of course, for the sake of safety, I'm not saying it's unsafe here. In fact, this planet is very safe, but there are always some blind beasts, so I suggest you buy a gun first."
Stationmaster Soma leaned into Juan's ear with familiarity, and said with a mysterious smile unique to adults: "Everything in the mall is available for purchase, everything."
After the enthusiastic Soma webmaster left, Juan spent 50 alliance coins to hire Two-Headed Demon No. 13.
He put on the ventilator, led No. 13 out of the terminal, and walked to the spacecraft on the tarmac to get his luggage.
However, just as Juan was halfway there, a hoverbike came quickly from outside the tarmac.
The speed of the motorcycle had already exceeded the prescribed speed limit.
Obviously, the driver must have turned off the automatic driving and switched to manual operation.
Juan watched in astonishment as the floating motorcycle turned an S and rushed toward him.
The driver on the motorcycle was sipping a bottle of vodka with his head tilted back, not looking ahead at all.
The Two-Headed Demon No. 13 pushed Juan away hard, but it was hit by the flying motorcycle flying close to the ground.
With a loud bang, the pilot of the hoverbike, who had not buckled the safety rope, flew out of the seat and fell heavily on the tarmac.
The brutal impact caused the guy's body to twist into a weird angle like a rag doll.
He lay there motionless, not knowing whether he was alive or dead.
The Two-Headed Demon No. 13, which was hit head-on, was also seriously injured and collapsed on the tarmac.
To be continued...
