27. Let rotten apples rot in the bud

A study by the University of Washington showed that one or two bad employees, like one or two rotten apples, would bring a whole basket of apples, which was enough to ruin a collective good atmosphere.

Apples can be thrown away when rotten, but bad employees cannot just throw them away. Most of the apples first rot in their hearts, and the good or bad of a person lies in the essence. It is easy to change the country and nature is difficult to change. It is not as easy as throwing rotten apples, and it will never be able to see the effect in one day.

Not doing a good job in the work, bullying or attacking others, being jealous of others, harming others for selfishness and harming the collective, are all part of bad employees.

Learn traditional culture, improve your ideological level, improve your taste, abide by the Party’s discipline and national laws, strictly enforce rules and regulations, increase punishment, build a harmonious team, maintain collective honor, everyone speaks of dedication, and everyone gets peace. Unite and friendship, mutual benefit and win-win results. Let rotten apples rot in the bud.
