This engine will become the power of the future new Xiaolong and foreign trade J-10P, and is also equipped with the new Flying Leopard fighter bomber.

Another product is based on the now successfully imitated Rolls-Royce AE3007H engine, which was further improved and set up as the WS-18A. As the main power of future drones, it is used on the two series of large drones, Terminator and Shadow.

The second part is of course the highlight of the fourth-generation aircraft J-20. Now it is developing a new J-20B in full swing. The performance goal of this new fighter is to surpass the current US military's old model F-22.

The third part is the improvement of the third-generation aircraft, including the JF-11 and the J-10 series. The domestic J-10 will be improved to the J-10D. The goal is to further improve the stealth capability based on the J-10C, so that the new J-10D has the function of a quasi-stealth fighter, surpassing the US F-15SE "Silent Eagle" quasi-stealth aircraft, which is comparable to the latest European Rafale/Typhoon fighter, so that the J-10D can rank among the forefront of the third-generation semi-quasi-stealth fighter. Even if you fight alone, you will beat these competitors.

After all, my country's air defense airspace is too large. If we want to protect it comprehensively, it is estimated that 2,300 fighter jets will be difficult. This scale is somewhat unaffordable by relying entirely on the national strength of the fourth-generation aircraft. The main aircraft group will be mainly third-generation and a half-generation fighter jets within the next 20 years. The fourth-generation fighter jets will be the pioneers of air-optimistic combat breakthroughs, with a maximum of 2,300 aircraft.

This is the main fighter of the Air Force equipped with internal equipment. The engine will be equipped with an improved WS-10 series. In the future, it will evolve into two types: single-seat and two-seat, becoming the main fighter of my country's air-excellent combat.

In terms of export, the JF-11 will be further improved. While keeping the cost basically unchanged, it can greatly improve its stealth ability through design improvements, and at the same time enable it to be equipped with AESA phased array radar. In addition, the new engine obtains greater maneuverability and ammunition load. Single-machine combat can compete with imaginary enemies like F16-C/D. For most third-world countries, this performance is enough.

As long as the production cost of the new JF-16C fighter jet can be controlled within US$10 million and the selling price remains at US$20 million, it is obviously much more competitive than the second-hand F-16C/D.

Another major export fighter jet will be the J-1OP improved on the basis of J-10B. This product will further optimize stealth capabilities and maintain similar levels to J-10C. With the simplified version of the domestic joint combat tactical system as the core, the design performance indicators can maintain the same combat capabilities as the US F-15E/F, and can defeat the same number of F-15E/F or typhoon/gust, SU-30 under the guidance of clusters and air early warning aircraft.

Under this performance indicator, the external sales price is about 50 million US dollars, which should be very competitive compared to the F-15E/F or Typhoon/Gust competitors, which are at least 50% higher than the price. In particular, the Diaoyutai defeated the F-15J and F-2 in the air battle, which has caused many international countries to express their purchase intentions for the J-10C.

After listening to Director Gao’s brief introduction, Dong Feng realized that the difference between exported products and the PLA equipment products is really big, and he also understood why basically exported products do not enter the ranks of PLA equipment, and this performance gap is basically one level.

After all, the theater joint combat tactical system was developed by Duke, and the core intelligent algorithms were developed by Duke himself. Who doesn’t know about this? The 611 Institute wants to develop a simplified theater joint combat tactical system, so of course, DSM has to get a piece of it.

With such a good cooperation atmosphere, it is not difficult for both parties to discuss the interests and achievement. After friendly measures, the four people sat together and considered R&D personnel investment and other considerations, they finally agreed to follow the 37-70% DSM and 611-10% DSM. After all, the main R&D manpower investment will be borne by 611-10.

However, although DSM has little manpower investment, they are all very core key technologies. If you can negotiate the 37-7 Kai, Director Gao and Qi Haiyang are also very satisfied. This is a win-win solution. In the future, there will be a lot of cooperation between the two sides on drones. The unmanned fighter jets designed by Duke are now basically using the J-20 reduction version to do concept prototype design, rather than tailless aircraft such as European neurons or US military X-47B.

Although these two models have good stealth performance, they are not good enough if used for air combat maneuvers. The J-7 transformation work has given Duke a lot of experience. If you develop unmanned fighters in the future, it will be more realistic to develop them based on the current fighter jets. The X-47B type of tailless wing aircraft with better stealth performance is more suitable for long-range strategic bombing. In the future, Terminator II may be able to consider this solution.

After such trouble, Dong Feng found that DSM seemed to have finally seized some things that could make some money. Although the new fighter in this plan was weaker than those before, it could bring real benefits to DSM.

However, no one expected that what the four of them discussed together today would soon become the two heroes of China's military exports.

After returning to DSM, Duke's avionics research team developed a fire-control radar based on the US military's active power-sweep phased array radar. The AN/APG-81 radar has a small front face size, and its cost and weight are only half of that of the AN/APG-77. It has the ability to simultaneously perform synthetic aperture radar map mapping (SAR) and ground moving target indication (GMTI). This performance is very important for foreign trade.

Because countries that are willing to buy cheap fighter jets like the JF-10P are usually more economically tight, hoping to be able to be multi-powered with one aircraft, and AN/APG-81 is competent to air-to-ground. If under the existing conditions, the new radar echo intelligent analysis technology developed by Duke can reduce the radar side size again, while maintaining the effective air-to-air detection performance almost unchanged, then this improved AN/APG-81 radar will be almost perfect.

After all, the detection distance of N/APG-81 for ordinary fighters has reached 150 kilometers (for RCS=5 square meters aerial target). Although it is not very good among the fourth-generation fighter, it is already a leader among the third-generation fighter. The Thomson CSF/ESDRBC fire control radar, which is the same as the SU-35 fighter, has the same performance as the "Snow Leopard" E phased array radar.
