Chapter seven hundred and eighty third turning point

At the same time, the Luwu coalition forces, which had completely lost their air power, were defeated by the two PLA armed and infantry battalions that crossed Lake Tanganyika. There were almost endless bombardments of the Destroyer drones in the sky, and the ground had to face the fierce attacks of the PLA armed and infantry tanks by the combat vehicles and artillery. After only a few hours, the Luwu coalition forces entering the Kindu Congo were completely collapsed.

Ka Kurtu, who had recovered from his energy, was now full of energy. He began to recruit troops in the Katanga region and South Kivu Province. For the eastern part of the Kyrgyzstan, which has been chaotic, the most necessity is those who can carry guns and fight. Ka Kurtu obviously received strong support from the People's Liberation Army this time, and was about to become the new overlord of the eastern part of the Kyrgyzstan. Who dared to ignore the summoning of the three or five hundred warlords in the local area?

Soon Ka Kurtu pulled up a team of more than 40,000 people, and even in North Kivu Province, where Kurtu had not set foot, more than 2,000 local militias expressed their desire to surrender to Ka Kurtu. Although most of these people were not yet able to train, relying on the momentum of defeating the Luwu coalition and the strong support of the People's Liberation Army, Ka Kurtu led his two battalions of his own direct line all the way north, and together with the two PLA two mechanized battalions, they were almost invincible and invincible.

In the next month, Ka Kurtu won the north and south Kivu intact, and several other provinces that were originally waiting and watching in the Katanga region also took advantage of the situation to invest in Ka Kurtu. Although Ka Kurtu is not as good as a finger to these people, in terms of strength, there is no force in the east that can challenge him anymore.

Even the KMT government had to recognize Ka Kurtu's status, divided the KMT and Kivu region into the Eastern Military Region, appointed Ka Kurtu as commander of the Eastern Military Region, and promoted Ka Kurtu to brigade general, becoming an important giant in the KMT military.

The first round of offensive launched by the US military in Africa was disintegrated, but the pressure remains. In order to reduce the pressure on African troops, the General Staff strengthened military assistance to the Persians and tried to drag the US military to the Persian Gulf as much as possible. For Americans, the oil in the Persian Gulf seems to be more important than African resources now.

What's more, it is close to China. Taking Persia into action is obviously a greater strategic threat to China. Therefore, to this point, the US military is already in a difficult position, but the terrain of Persia is very unfavorable to the US military's ground advancement. The last time the Persian nuclear facilities were destroyed, it suffered heavy losses. The US military is now mainly using air strikes to support Persian anti-* government forces to launch ground attacks.

However, because the Persians did not have a strong sense of identity with the anti-* government forces, the Persian government forces have always been much stronger than the Persian anti-* government forces. With the complete air defense radar system provided by China, the Persians knew the information on the dispatch of the US Air Force. Therefore, when the US fighter jets were launched, the Persian government forces would scatter and dodge, and once the air was safe, they would immediately gather to attack the anti-* government forces.

In this way, the scope of activities of the Persian anti-* government forces was very limited, and they could only stay within the sphere of influence of the US air force in the southwest. After all, in terms of strength, the power of the anti-* government forces is still much weaker. Without air firepower support, it is no match for the Persian government forces at all.

With the production of the new Xiaolong and J-10P, Persian pilots have invested in high-intensity training in Islamabad. Due to the highly intelligent operation mode, the difficulty of driving operation and combat aiming at the enemy has been greatly reduced. Persian pilots are more important to be familiar with the performance and combat characteristics of these fighters and try to change their previous habits of single-air combat. Now the new Xiaolong and J-10P both pay attention to group fighting tactics, and the core tactic is to concentrate their strength to strike.

Therefore, what the Persians need to master is how to fight under different numbers of fighter jets and how to maintain a reasonable formation to exert the maximum coordinated combat capabilities of fighter jets. It can be said that since Duke presided over the development of the theater joint combat tactical system, the combat of the People's Liberation Army's heavy equipment has changed greatly from personal tactical literacy and experience to cluster coordination.

We can expect that when the new Xiaolong and J-10P form a scale, the Persian battle situation will usher in a new turning point.

On the other hand, with better chip manufacturing factories and abundant manpower, the design work of NDK chip company under Duchenne Electronics has also made amazing progress. In terms of mobile CPUs and desktop CPUs, Williams' team has both come up with the latest products, the 8-core mobile gemini4 and the 32-core 128-thread desktop G4, which has at least doubled its performance compared to previous generations.

What makes Duke excited is that G4 has made another breakthrough in SMP capabilities. It can now design a high-performance super miniature machine equipped with 64 G4 cores. This new super miniature machine has more than ten times more performance than the 32-way miniature machine composed of G3.

With this small aircraft that is comparable to the previous supercomputers, the X-1 unmanned attack aircraft system that originally made Duke very difficult can now be designed more flexible. Although it is not possible to escape the support of the ground distributed computing system in air combat, in terms of ground combat and sea combat, the X-1 drone can be completely free from the support of auxiliary computing systems. It can achieve very flexible intelligent attacks by onboarding two sets of such supercomputers. For slow moving targets like ships and ground stationary targets, the intelligent system control developed by Duke is even more accurate than manual control.

Not only is the performance of the drone significantly increased, but the performance of high-intelligent computing systems such as radar systems, sonar systems and theater joint combat systems will also be greatly improved by replacing the new G4 super miniature aircraft. Especially the complex and high-intensity computing systems such as the Navy's Chinese ASCHS system and the air early warning aircraft, it will be a big plus with the new system, which will greatly enhance the precise tracking and locking capabilities of more targets.

Therefore, Duke took time to participate in the design of the super minicomputer based on the G4 core. He used Kerry's super capabilities to analyze the computing characteristics of the ASCHEN system and the air warning system, and especially added a set of high-speed level 4 caches on chips to the design of this G4 super minicomputer. This high-speed memory with a speed that is exactly the same as the L3 cache in the CPU chip. It is expensive but has excellent performance. Duke used Kerry's simulation analysis to complete most of the computing needs under a limited number of cache configurations, and achieved the best coordination between performance and cost, fully exerting the performance of the G4 core.

Of course, Duke also optimized the system for general-purpose minicomputers based on the G4 core, upgraded the Nuwa operating system to 4.0, and re-optimized the kernel for G4's 64 core. The performance has also been greatly improved in industry applications such as civil database services, web services, and video services. In this way, although the G4 core is only similar to IBM's previous generation products in hardware specifications, it is almost the same as IBM's contemporary products after optimization.

In other words, with the efforts of Williams and Duke, China has already had products comparable to the most advanced level of the world's computer industry in terms of core basic components of computers. This is undoubtedly a major turning point in the Chinese computer industry, which means that in terms of the computer industry, China no longer needs American computer core components. Whether it is CPU or operating system, China now has better alternative products.

In this way, after the communications industry was rewritten by SAL, the computer industry will usher in a new stage.
