538 [Future Superstar]

"I'll invite contestant No. 5."

As soon as the host finished speaking, a tall and thin girl wearing rustic black-framed glasses walked to the stage. She stood still and turned around and made a gesture of ok, and then the song accompaniment rang.

"Looking back slowly, the night that once belonged to each other

Honghong is still you, I give my heart to the sun

…”

The girl only spoke a few words, and Zhang Guorong and Anita Mui, who were facing away from the stage, couldn't help but turn their heads to look at each other. Anita Mui exclaimed: "The voice is so beautiful."

Zhang Guorong smiled and said, "You are at your level."

The mentors of "The Voice of China" in the third season are all singers from Fengxing Records. In addition to Zhang Guorong and Anita Mui, the other two are Xu Xiaofeng and Dexian Ip.

Xu Xiaofeng signed in to Fengxing Records last month. Her contract with her original boss Kang Yi Chengyin has arrived, and she has had a stalemate with TVB for some reasons. Kang Yi Chengyin is one of the partners of TVB. Xu Xiaofeng didn't want to get angry, so she joined Fengxing Records, which doesn't have to watch TVB's face in anger. Record companies need to promote singers on TV stations. Now Xu Xiaofeng has not released a movie at Fengxing Records, but has been hosting the Phoenix Golden Song for half a month.

Phoenix Golden Melody was a program founded at the beginning of this year. It usually introduces some popular songs and is also selected for Phoenix's top ten Golden Melody Awards every year.

In just half a year since its establishment, "Phoenix Golden Songs" has been ranked among the three major music awards in Hong Kong, along with the "Top Ten Golden Songs" of TVB and the "Top Ten Chinese Golden Songs" of Hong Kong Radio.

As for Deanie Ip, she is a veteran singer who has been famous since the 1960s and 1970s. She actually doesn’t make much record anymore. She is more focused on making movies and playing important supporting roles in many DreamWorks movies. But even so, as a once popular singer in Hong Kong, she still has extremely high popularity and countless fans, and is enough to serve as a mentor to the Voice of China.

In the show, Xu Xiaofeng, Zhang Guorong and Anita Mui were very respectful to Dexian Ip, completely treating her current mentors.

“Even if there are thousands of songs in the future

Floating in the distance on my road

Even if there are thousands of night stars in the future

The moon is bright tonight

…”

"beep!"

"beep!"

"beep!"

Zhang Guorong, Anita Mui and Xu Xiaofeng suddenly pressed the light at the same time, and the electric control seats slowly turned to the stage after the staff pressed the control switch.

“Wow!!!”

Seeing the three mentors turn at the same time, the audience in the audience immediately roared. After only half a minute, the remaining Dexian Ip pressed the light and turned around. With all four votes passed, dazzling colorful lights flashed on the stage of the Taiping Cinema, pushing the atmosphere of the program to the highest point.

After the song was finished, Zhang Guorong asked: "What is your name? What is your career?"

The girl calmed down her excitement and replied: "Hello, four mentors, my name is Zhou Huimin. I just graduated from high school and am currently working as a clerk in an audio and video store."

Xu Xiaofeng said: "Hello Huimin, you sing very well. Have you received professional training?"

Zhou Huimin was extremely nervous and excited at this time, trying hard to maintain a smile on her face, and said, "I have practiced piano since I was a child. I have also learned some music theory knowledge, but it is not considered very professional training."

"Tell me about your dreams." Anita Mui said.

Zhou Huimin replied: "My dream is to be able to make money from music to support the family in the future."

Dexian Ip smiled and said, "A great dream."

...

Wang Cuixian was like a sloth, her limbs tightly wrapped around Kang Jianfei, and the gasps from her mouth became louder and louder. Suddenly, she screamed sharply, her body bent like a tense bow, her long neck was raised, and her whole body was pulled out rhythmically.

There was still a silver breath in the air, and the men and women hugging each other on the bed gradually calmed down, quietly caring each other afterwards, leaving only the singing from the TV in the room.

Wang Cuixian leaned silently in Kang Jianfei's arms, enjoying the gentle touching and kissing of the man. After half a month of hookup, Kang Jianfei finally took the time to get Wang Cuixian into bed and enjoyed his graceful and delicate body to the fullest.

Wang Shuxian glanced at Luohong on the bed sheet and said shyly: "Mr. Kang, I want to take a shower."

"Also call me Mr. Kang?" Kang Jianfei teased and slapped her on the buttocks.

Wang Cuixian asked with a buttocks: "Then what should I call you?"

Kang Jianfei smiled and said, "Of course he is called Brother Fei, you can call me husband."

Wang Chuxian naturally chose the former and said, "Brother Fei, I want to take a shower."

"Go." Kang Jianfei took his dirty hands away from Wang Chuxian.

There was a clamoring sound of water in the bathroom, but Kang Jianfei's attention turned to the TV screen because he happened to see Zhou Huimin singing.

"Interesting, Zhou Huimin actually appeared." Kang Jianfei said happily.

Kang Jianfei was still surprised. Only more than ten minutes later, a band moved their entire family to the stage and actually started singing original rock songs.

Zhang Guorong said: "Introduce yourself."

"Hello, four mentors, we are beyond."

"My name is Huang Jiaju."

"My name is Huang Jiaqiang"

"My name is Ye Shirong."

"My name is Chen Shi'an."

Anita Mui looked at the four people in the stands carefully and asked, "Have you ever participated in other singing competitions before?"

Huang Jiaju nodded and said, "We participated in the Yamaha guitar competition two years ago and won the championship. However, we insisted on singing the songs we wrote, and were not favored by the record company. We could only work as underground bands and make money."

Deanie Ip, the oldest qualified, said: "It was very popular to play bands more than ten years ago, but whoever plays bands now dies. Look at the first band in Hong Kong, Teddy Robin, now he has also switched to making movies. I think Ka Kui, your singing skills are very good. If you are a singer and sing pop songs, you should be famous. If you continue playing bands and sing original rock, you will probably be able to continue to be an underground band."

Four people from beyond band looked at each other and smiled bitterly. Huang Jiaju said helplessly: "Singing pop songs is not my interest."

The program on TV is still going on. Wang Shuxian has already taken a shower and returned to the bed in his pajamas. He is obediently snuggling in Kang Jianfei's arms to watch TV.

Kang Jianfei reached out and took the phone at the head of the bed. After dialing Deng Yimin's number, he said, "Old Deng, have you seen the Chinese Voice of Phoenix Station tonight? Yes, I like the singers inside. You sign Zhou Huimin and the beyond band, and I promise they will become famous..."

After hanging up the phone, Kang Jianfei saw Wang Tuanxian looking at him calmly and said with a funny look: "Does there be flowers on my face?"

Wang Shuxian smiled and said, "No. I just think you are so handsome when you call, and your tone is particularly majestic."

One sentence determines the future of several singers. How can it not be majestic?

After the first episode of the third season of "The Voice of China" was broadcast, Zhou Huimin and beyond became famous quickly, but they were just a little famous. If you really want to become a popular singer, you have to package and promote it through the label.

Kang Jianfei, who was re-entering the filming work, unexpectedly received a call from the capital. It was Hu Juncai: "A Fei, I will get married in March next year, and you must come at that time."

...

On November 10, the first half-month Tokyo International Film Festival came to an end, and the Japanese film "Typhoon Club" won the grand prize (the highest award). "Shushan", which was invited to participate, won the jury award together with the Canadian film "Jacques and November", and also won a special award for the film critic.

When the news came back to Hong Kong, Oriental Entertainment Distribution Company and Oriental Cinema naturally took the opportunity to promote it. Soft advertisements for "Shushan" can be seen everywhere in Hong Kong, and its real hard advertisements have not officially debuted. According to this trend, until "Shushan" was released in the summer season, the promotional cost alone would cost four or five million, which is equivalent to the cost of a medium-investment Hong Kong film today.

It won awards at two international film festivals in a row. "Shushan" quickly passed the censorship in the mainland and is expected to be released around New Year's Day. However, the mainland box office of "Shushan" has little to do with DreamWorks, because it is a co-producer filmed in the mainland. Xu Ke was able to use national film and television resources at the earliest time with extremely cheap pay, and the price he paid was to completely abandon the mainland box office.

In other words, "Shushan" can't get a penny in the box office of DreamWorks in the mainland, and it is all divided by the Chinese Film Co-production Company and the Film Bureau, and cinemas from all over the country.

However, "Huang Feihong", which began to be released at the end of August, has once again received praise in the mainland because of its chivalrous spirit and patriotism. It has not yet been released for two and a half months after it was released, and the box office in the mainland has reached nearly 40 million yuan.

Some people may wonder, it was difficult to get a box office of thousands of dollars in the mainland around 2000. Why did DreamWorks movies often get a box office of tens of millions of dollars in the 1980s for a ticket price of one or two yuan?

It's actually very simple. From 1981 to 1992, it was the golden age of domestic films. The total box office of domestic films reached a peak of 3.2 billion yuan in 1992. After that, it plummeted. In 1998, the total box office of domestic films fell to 810 million yuan, which was only one-quarter of that of 1992. Even in 2003, the value was only 1.01 billion yuan, less than one-third of the value in 1992.

So from 1994 to 2003, it was called the "lost decade" by some people.

Why did the total box office of domestic movies plummet in 1993? The most important reason is that from this year on, VCD machines began to appear in the mainland, and in a few years, VCD machines and pirated VCDs have spread.

Pirated versions can be said to be the culprit of the decline of domestic films. Later, foreign films were introduced in 1994 (there was no formal introduction mechanism before). Not only did it fail to help Chinese films save the market, but it raised the horizons of the Chinese people, and everyone was even more disdainful to watch domestic films.

Therefore, it is extremely happy to be able to sell movies into the mainland market in the 1980s. Because there are fewer entertainment methods in the mainland now, even the number of TVs is very small, and there are no pirated vcds, and video halls that display pirated video tapes have just appeared. After the cultivation of movies such as "Shaolin Temple", Chinese people have gradually become accustomed to going to the theater to watch movies, so that every movie in DreamWorks can be sold to the box office of more than 20 million yuan in the mainland - there are no competitors.

The reason why the central government can tolerate DreamWorks films have been making money in the mainland market is that Kang Jianfei did not make money from his motherland's foreign exchange. In the mid-1980s, China was poor, but the poor was because there was too little foreign exchange, and the RMB was not short of it.

Most of the high box office sales of DreamWorks films were divided by mainland film bureaus and theaters, and the one that Kang Jianfei received was not earned in the form of foreign exchange, and was directly divided into RMB. Some of these RMB were donated directly in the mainland, and part of them were used for investment in the mainland (such as investing in CCTV's "Journey to the West" and other films, such as building cinemas and department stores in the mainland).

Nowadays, not including the food company that was jointly opened with Ye Laosan, Kang Jianfei already owns three cinemas in the mainland (the other three are under construction, located in Chengdu, Wuhan and Beijing respectively), and each cinema has a department store, and there is also a Xiongfei record company in Guangzhou and Shaolin Temple International Tourism Development Company.

Even with these investments, DreamWorks still cannot use up the RMB earned in the mainland, and the RMB cannot be brought back to Hong Kong, so they can only find another way to spend it.

The production cost of "Shushan" is 63 million Hong Kong dollars, of which nearly 20 million Hong Kong dollars are invested directly. Although the exchange rate of the RMB is very detrimental at this time, Kang Jianfei finally used up the money in his hand, because it is useless to have these RMB in the bank, and it will be depreciated in the next ten years.

Shaolin Temple has also developed initially. Although the investment has not been completely recovered, it has made profits at least every month. Especially after the performance of the Spring Festival Gala last year, Shaolin Temple has increased its publicity efforts. In addition, the rapid development of the mainland economy, so the number of tourists in Shaolin Temple this year has nearly doubled compared with last year.

The excellent performance of the Chinese team at last year's Olympics and subsequent positive image promotion made the whole world more interested in China. The number of foreign tourists at Shaolin Temple in the first half of this year tripled compared with the same period last year.

After the career of Shaolin Temple was on track, Hu Juncai handed over all his daily management work to his subordinates and moved to the capital to live. This guy and the daughter of the Ye family have already decided on his good deeds, and the two are preparing to get married next Spring Festival.

Kang Jianfei works his own cinemas in the mainland. Each cinema has only one manager from Hong Kong, and he is struggling that no one comes to take charge of the matter. Hu Juncai took out of Shaolin Temple, which just solved the problem.

Now Kang Jianfei's theaters in mainland China have all been renamed Oriental International Cinema (Cinema Company). Hu Juncai serves as the general manager of the company and has received 15% of the shares of the theater company. It is not that Kang Jianfei doesn't give much small items, but Kang Jianfei himself only has 49% of the shares. After being distributed to Hu Juncai, there is only 34% left. The remaining 51% of the shares are owned by the local government, because when the theater was built, it was stipulated that the government must be the largest shareholder.

However, with a third party holding the shares, there is room for operation. Kang Jianfei and Hu Juncai have already discussed it and are planning to gradually buy back the shares from the local government within the next three years. At that time, Kang Jianfei holds 34%, Hu Juncai holds 31%, and the local government holds 35%. The government is still the largest shareholder of the company and does not violate the policy.
