135. Lawrence

A white chalk head passed through half a class and fell accurately on a person's head. The classmate was shocked and woke up from his dream.

"Luo Jiaming, please repeat what I just said."

Teacher Liu's words caused the class to sneer in depression. Luo Jiaming glanced at the chalk head that was staying on his desk, looked up at the Chinese teacher's face that was not happy or angry, touched his head, stood up, then looked down, and looked at the left and right again, and found that the classmates on the left and right were all lowering their heads and smiling.

He touched the back of his head, and his mind was filled with something like that god, monster, and the dream was so real.

Of course he couldn't answer. He had been sleeping just now, and the wind blew in outside the classroom, making half of the classroom drowsy.

Teacher Liu did not wait long, but continued to give lectures, but did not let Luo Jiaming sit down. Luo Jiaming, who was standing, silently warned those who wanted to lie down and sleep.

The moment the bell rang, a large number of senior high school (third) class suddenly fell.

One class, two classes, three classes, and finally the school ended. Luo Jiaming didn't sleep in the last two classes. It was not that he didn't want to sleep, but that as soon as he closed his eyes, a scripture appeared in his mind. The more he thought about it, the clearer he became, so he could recite it clearly. Therefore, in the following three classes, he wrote the scripture called "The Spiritual and Heart" in his notebook. With a scattered look, there were more than 10,000 words, which surprised Luo Jiaming, who had always written an 800-word essay, was so rare that he was dying.

Today is Friday, so I don’t have to go to evening self-study. When I left the classroom, I heard a female classmate discussing "Sanched Gate" and "Fantasy City". Although Luo Jiaming likes to read novels, he has never read these two books that are widely circulated among girls in the class. I still can’t tell whether Han Han wrote "Sanched Gate" or Guo Jingming wrote "Sanched Gate".

He walked out of the school door and touched his pocket. He also had ten coins in his pocket. This was his savings from his daily breakfast, saving two yuan a day, just to be able to have money to surf the Internet on weekends.

The legendary game he played has an account in the 29th District, which is a level 31 mage, who was able to open a shield just now. This account was not something he could play, but he bought it from a senior citizen and spent 40 yuan. When he bought it, he rushed to 31st himself. Originally, the mage seemed very excited after having a shield, but recently he was not interested in playing it.

Because Luo Jiaming lives at home, there is no time to rush to level. His account is playing with another person in the class, saying that the two of them are playing together. The mage can rush to level 31, but the student has done a lot. One day, the student told him that he picked up a dragon-patterned sword when he returned to the Tucheng City of the League. It was a Taoist priest who exploded on his feet after he came back. Luo Jiaming was very excited. He had been able to wander around the pig cave for a long time and wanted to have a magic wand, but he had no money to buy it.

However, because I have to attend classes every day, I have no time to go to the account to watch, so I want to save money until the weekend to go online to carefully see what the Dragon Pattern Sword looks like. Unfortunately, before he could see it, another classmate in the class said he had a look at it, and then it was gone, and the other party said he had dropped it.

This joy and sorrow made Luo Jiaming suddenly not want to go online. He had a book called "Yu Bow of Cloud Sea" under his arm. He finished reading Jin Yong and Gu Long's books. Because there was no rent to read these books that were originally abandoned, he had to rent them back and chew them, but he didn't read them all this afternoon.

"Luo Jiaming, go skating at night." Yang Guang said loudly as he rode a racing bicycle by the side. With him, there were a few girls in the same class and other classes, and behind them were several girls in the class who liked to play with the boys in the back row.

They did not stop. Luo Jiaming naturally returned after hearing Yang Guang's shouting: "When is the time to go, which ice rink to go."

"Come after dinner, the one in the park." The voice came from the front, and some women following behind were riding on bicycles and said loudly: "Hurry up."

Luo Jiaming likes ice skating very much. The first time he skated was with his cousin, but when he first skated on the skates, he fell in love with it, and then secretly went there the next day. After three consecutive days, he learned to skate.

The feeling of accomplishment after sliding happily on the ice rink and the stimulating avoidance of the person who came to him made him feel very free. The feeling was like breaking free from the constraints, and the body and soul were perfectly integrated into one, just like the unity of spirit and body like Buddhism and Taoism.

After all, he likes this feeling. Compared to other people who want to see some fashionable women in society, or those who want to take the opportunity to bring some beautiful girls to their class, his pure purpose is to enjoy the freedom that slides like flying, which is much purer.

He touched the ten coins in his pocket, and after only thinking about it for about a second, he decided to go skating.

He doesn't have to go to evening self-study every Friday night. Luo Jiaming's family didn't know not to go to evening self-study, and he thought he was going to evening self-study, so he could come out at night.

However, he couldn't go to the park and had a good time with his classmates that night, because it started to rain heavily after he went home for dinner. It was so rainy that he couldn't even see the road clearly. Not to mention going to the park, he couldn't even go to the nearest Internet cafe. He didn't go out, so his parents would naturally ask, and he said that it was Friday and he would not go to the evening self-study.

Luo Jiaming's mother just said suddenly, and did not say why you always had to go to evening self-study on Fridays or something like that. In fact, his parents were not as strict as he imagined, and they would not remember the time he went out on Friday night. So Luo Jiaming was not afraid of his parents knowing it, but he never took the initiative to talk.

He couldn't go out, and it rained heavily again, so he decided to read the novel. When he was about to read the novel, he saw the scriptures he wrote down in the homework book he took back with the novel, and picked them up and read them again.

Luo Jiaming habitually skipped the leading paragraphs in the previous ones. When reading novels, he didn't like reading things like Qizi, introductions, etc., but went directly to the main text.

I turned directly to the Qi Refining Chapter, which reads: "Qi is spiritual energy, which is scattered between heaven and earth, stored in all things, and is born in human body, limbs, bones, blood, muscles and flesh.

In the dark, it seemed that there was an attraction guiding Luo Jiaming to see and understand. He was surprised that he could suddenly remember these things, but after he wrote down all of them, he was confused and could not understand them when he thought about them. Just like the dream in class, he could not remember them at all now, and he only vaguely remembered that he was extremely powerful in his dream.

It is nothing to be able to remember some things in the dream. It is even more normal to slowly forget the dream. In the past, when you go to a strange place and do something you do for the first time, you suddenly feel familiar and feel that you have done something like this before.

I heard that many people will feel this way, so Luo Jiaming would wonder if there is another time and space, whether there is really a cycle of reincarnation, and the next life, and his sense of familiarity has done this in his previous life.

Luo Jiaming looked carefully at the scriptures he copied. The things he had originally written down were awkward to read again. Fortunately, after reading them a few times, most of them would be able to understand after silently reciting them.

After reading the Qi Refining Chapter, he understood what the "Spiritual and Mind" Sutra is said. It means that everyone's body contains spiritual energy. This spiritual energy is taken from food and air, and enters all parts of the body through the digestion of the human body. However, this method is the most instinctive and basic method, and the individual's own will cannot control it.

If you want to practice and increase your spiritual energy continuously, instead of dissipating and absorbing the cycle, you must practice.

As for, what is practice?

This scripture also clearly states: "At the beginning of practice, one can divide the spirit and the body, practice the spirit, sit, lie down and walk, and combine the morality of every word and action, and cultivate the mind that is transparent and impurities. Physical cultivation, exercise the body, feed and nourish the essence and strengthen the bone marrow, is the physical cultivation. If the spirit and the spiritual energy in the body are combined, the Dharma will be born."

The extremely careful writing of "The Spiritual Mind and All Things" made Luo Jiaming feel very real. He suddenly felt that by practicing based on what was written above, can he truly achieve all the magical things mentioned above?

The door was suddenly opened, and his father Luo Chuan leaned in and looked at it, saying, "Come out and practice the skills I taught you."

Although Luo Jiaming was reluctant to say that his father was not afraid to say anything. He was very willing and liked to practice kung fu, but if he practiced in front of others, he would not be very willing. He liked to practice one by one, secretly, thinking that one day he would be able to make a splash with the things he practiced.

However, although he would practice secretly, there were very few things in the past two years. The mage account needs to be upgraded and read novels. Where did the American time to practice kung fu? And practicing kung fu will make you sweat all over. It is impossible to practice at school. At home, because it is a rented house and it is not big, he cannot avoid his mother who often practices at home, so he hasn't practiced for a long time, so his father would call him out to practice a few hands.

My mother was sitting there watching TV. After listening to her father's words, she also said: "You have to practice. If you don't practice, you will have the power to fight the chicken. If you mix the hair, you will fall down."

Whether it is father or mother, they are strong people. When mothers were young, they fought with young and strong men and barely won. As for women, no one was her price, so she didn't like her children to be weaker than others in the future because of these.

Another one is that Luo Jiaming has been a little timid since childhood, so they hope that their children can strengthen their courage through practicing kung fu.

The Luo family clearly understands this. When practicing martial arts and practicing courage, they are really experiencing it. When they were in junior high school, their home was in the countryside, and then they had to go to another village more than ten miles away to study in junior high school. The road was full of mountain roads, although they had to pass through several villages, the graves on the mountain road and the dogs in the village were often scared to the point where Luo family passed by.

The dogs in the village are not the pet dogs raised in the city, but the native dogs. The biggest function of the local dog is to guard the house, and the dogs guard the house are very fierce. Dogs that are neither fierce nor barking are eaten or sold by their owners. After a dog barks, the nearby dogs will bark and surround you, making a move. What you are most afraid of when crossing the grave is that there is a new grave. The new soil and wreath on the grave are facing the intersection. Luo Jiaming involuntarily thinks that there is a person standing there watching the intersection, and someone will pounce on him when he walks. This imagination often makes Luo Jiaming have the urge to run, but fortunately he will hold it back every time.

Because his parents told him that no matter whether he met a dog or passed by a grave, he would not run. He would be afraid as soon as he ran. The more he ran, the more he became, the more he was afraid, and he would not dare to pass there in the future.

"Practice a round hand first."

In my father's words, a thousand hands cannot be separated from a round hand. A round hand is a pile, with both hands tightly placed on both ribs, and then the hands are forced to draw the round in front of you, stirring like a windmill, looking ahead, thinking that someone else's hands will hit you, and the wrists will also be turned, which means grabbing the hand that hits you.

Not only should you practice this quickly, but you should also pay attention to your hands not being able to lift them. If you lift them up, you will appear weak and expose your fragile ribs. Pay attention to protecting your eyebrows on your fingers, and what you can protect yourself from the cross-levels. When practicing, you should always be alert to protecting your fragile places, and when hitting others, you should think about hitting others.

At this time of practice, Luo Jiaming suddenly thought of the "Entertainment of Spiritual Mind" saying: "The spiritual energy is contained in bones and blood, and qi produces strength. Power is the first superficial appearance. If you want to practice qi, you need to practice the body first. The method of practicing the body is first in movement. The mind is in harmony between movement, and clumsy force can be transformed..."

He found that the round hand he had practiced was in line with the thing that could be written in "The Spiritual Mind and All Things". He could only play for about one minute, but he couldn't continue. This time he broke through for two minutes.

As stated above in "The Spiritual Mind and All Things", breaking through the limit is one of the best ways to exercise your own will.

If personal will is compared with all things in the world, ordinary people are like smoke and clouds, while some things like practicing martial arts are like winds, blowing the clouds away. What Luo Jiaming has to do is to restrain his personal will like smoke and clouds and prevent him from being blown away by the wind. Only in this case, will as loose as smoke and clouds can be tenacious.

After a little rest, Luo Jiaming took the initiative to practice what came later, and still cooperated with his will and exercised his will.

My father was obviously very satisfied. When he was intrigued, he practiced a few moves, so tired that he was out of breath, but he was very excited.

After practicing these things, Luo Jiaming took a shower, then went back to his room to watch "The Spiritual Mind", which seemed even more fascinating than reading novels.

When a person is addicted to something, time passes quickly, and the second year of high school is over in a blink of an eye. At school, Luo Jiaming doesn't seem to have any special changes. He still runs to play table tennis after school in the afternoon, occupy tables, and if he doesn't occupy it, he plays blue balls. During class, he sits in a daze, or goes to play boxing with his classmates in the corridor.

However, whether it is playing table tennis, blue ball, or dazed and punching, he is doing it according to what he said in "The Spiritual Mind and All Things", or that is all about practicing. Sitting, lying and walking are all about practicing. This practice is naturally about the spiritual will. When the spiritual will rise, it is the divine will. When the divine will can feel the spiritual energy in his body, there will naturally be Dharma birth.

This is what is said in "The Spiritual Mind and All Things". Luo Jiaming has no belief or no belief in it, because he is already a little obsessed with the ethereal inspiration brought by this kind of practice. In that ethereal feeling, he feels like a fairy wandering in the world, watching the world.

When playing table tennis, his eyes were staring at the small yellow table tennis ball. His consciousness seemed to have been entangled in the table tennis ball. Although the voices of the students around him sounded in his ears, it seemed to be coming from a very far place. When the opponent's racket hit the ball, the ball would rotate in what way and strength would it be. These things were reflected in the heart.

In a trance, he seemed to hear the sound of wind coming from the friction of table tennis balls in the air. This feeling was very wonderful. Sometimes, he even wondered if this was his own hallucination or self-hypnosis.

Just like when playing a blue ball, occasionally when you suddenly feel it, when you throw a distant hollow ball, a pleasant throbbing will surge in your heart. This process gives him a wonderful feeling of being integrated into the world. Although it is very short, he enjoys it very much and chases it.

The sublimation of spiritual will can often bring about changes in external temperament. Luo Jiaming, who originally did not seem to have much presence, has an extra calm temperament. However, he, who has an ordinary appearance, can actually attract the attention of some girls.

It was still afternoon, Luo Jiaming did not play table tennis or blue ball, because he suddenly felt that it was difficult for him to find that feeling. Without the feeling of his will attached to the ball or being dispersed into nothingness, he began to get upset. Sitting on the edge of the football field and watching those who practice sports train there, he felt an inexplicably irritable feeling in his heart. This irritability made him feel like he couldn't sit still, just like an addict was addicted to it.

He sat in his heart thinking that he would subdue his irritable and restless feeling through his will. He thought that if he could do this, he might be able to enter the artistic conception of "The Spiritual Mind and All Things" that would conquer the mind and enter into meditation from then on.

He lowered his head, held his head with his hands, and watched an ant on the ground meet a small caterpillar corpse he had placed. After returning home to report the message, he brought a large group of ants dragging there. He tried to dispel the restlessness in his heart in this way.
