Chapter 739 Confession

So not long after, Seninovic "confessions" were all in detail. Among them, some things that were not very certain about Seninovic, and he also received a kind reminder from Alexander: "Don't talk nonsense about some things that are not within your authority!"

Seninnovic was not going to show off his strength, and immediately replied: "Yes, Colonel. Some things are indeed not within my jurisdiction, and I know very little about this plan!"

Qin Chuan does not need too detailed information. The more detailed the more flaws there are, the more. As long as it can prove that this counterattack plan is very reasonable, it can be used as strong evidence.

Then Qin Chuan and Alexander interrogated Seninovich several times to make sure Seninovich knew how to answer all the questions and there were no loopholes. Then, he took Seninovich back to another lounge for rest and treatment.

The whole thing was not even known to the translator and the guards indoors. They really thought that Seninovich had concealed something, and only after their inquiries revealed more valuable information.

In fact, it goes without saying that even Seninovich himself was kept in the dark. He thought he had saved his life with this "peek" intelligence, and he didn't know that these were actually what Qin Chuan and Alexander said.

Then, after everyone left, Alexander excitedly patted Qin Chuan on the shoulder and said, "Good job, major. Now, it's time to report the situation to the general!"

The general Alexander mentioned is of course his father Paulus.

When Qin Chuan and Alexander arrived in Karachi by helicopter... Paulus was in the command center and his staff were worried about the map.

Needless to say, why they were worried, of course they were fragile flanks on both wings. In the words of the staff, the head of state handed over the security of the 6th Army and even the safety of the entire Eastern Front to the minion army.

But Paulus did not disobey the order of the head of state that he had to defend Stalingrad, and had no extra troops to defend his nearly a thousand kilometers of flanks.

Seeing Alexander and Qin Chuan come in, Paulus explained to the staff officer and brought them into his private office.

"I heard that you two have requisitioned the airport of the Romanian army?" Paulus said with some dissatisfaction: "I don't know what you are doing, but I think you should know one thing. Any action requires the consent of your superiors, but I don't know anything about it!"

"I'm here to report this to you, General!" said Alexander.

"Oh, is that?" Paulus said: "After you requisitions? No matter what you are doing, you must stop immediately! I don't want any conflicts or misunderstandings with my allies at this time, do you understand?"

"Yes, General!" Alexander replied: "I understand!"

"Alexander!" Paulus' tone softened: "You should know that the relationship between us and our allies is very delicate. They require themselves to have complete self-control and command, but you requisition their airports in the name of the Army Command... The lucky General Dumitrescu did not protest against this. He just praised you as excellent soldiers!"

General Dumitrescu was the commander-in-chief of the 3rd Romanian Army. Of course, he could not bypass him when he was requisitioned at the airport. He obviously got the details of the "Rat Catching Operation" from Adrinna.

It was just General Dumitrescu... It seemed that it was because of his self-esteem and he didn't say much when communicating with Paulus, so Paulus still doesn't know what Alexander and Qin Chuan did until now.

"So!" Paulus then leaned on his chair and asked, "What did you do when you requisition the airport?"

"This question..." Alexander said: "I think it's more appropriate to answer the major because it's mainly what he did, and I'm just... the middleman, yes, the middleman used to contact the Romanian ranks!"

Qin Chuan looked at Alexander with dissatisfaction. He couldn't believe that Alexander had actually turned the blame on him, and Alexander seemed to be a little proud.

"Okay!" Paulus took a cup of coffee made by the orderly officer, and asked Qin Chuan while stirring: "Major, I don't think you will mind this!"

"Of course, general!" Qin Chuan replied: "We actually did nothing, we just... captured a command center of the Soviets and captured two generals and returned!"

With a "puff!", all the coffee that Paulus had just drunk was sprayed out.

He wiped the corner of his mouth in a mess, looked at Qin Chuan blankly, and then turned his gaze to Alexander.

Alexander replied: "No, this is not true, General!"

After pausing, Alexander continued: "The fact is that the major annihilated a howitzer battalion of the Soviets, led his troops to defeat two Soviet guard companies, and then captured two Soviet generals!"

Paulus was stunned for a while before asking, "Aren't you kidding?"

"Of course not!"

"Absolutely not!"

"You mean..." Paulus couldn't help but stand up: "You drove the helicopter deep into the enemy's hinterland, attacked a command center of the Soviet army and captured two generals?"

"Yes, General!" Qin Chuan and Alexander answered in unison.

"So why are you doing this?" Paulus asked again: "For helicopter training?"

"For evidence, General!" Alexander replied.

"What evidence?" Paulus looked puzzled.

"The part we attacked..." As Alexander said that, he found a point on the map hanging on the opposite wall: "Here, opposite the 3rd Romanian Army, the newly formed Southwest Front of the Soviet Union, among which the 94th Infantry Division of the 21st Army unfortunately became our target!"

Paulus understood when he looked at the location Alexander pointed out.

"Do you want information that is good for us?" Paulus said: "Do you get what you want?"

"Yes, General!" Alexander replied: "But you just let us end all that we are doing!"

Paulus glared at Alexander, and his expression almost made Alexander and Qin Chuan laugh.

"Tell me what you all got!" Paulus said with a serious expression, and was also a little proud in his heart, because he found that his son had grown up and he could do something that surprised him without his own protection, although he knew that these things were more of the credit of the "Legendary Sergeant".
