621 What a shame

The top of the coronary plaque rotary grinding catheter is a metal stainless steel drill head with fine diamond particles.

The catheter entered the coronary artery blockage position, and Zheng Ren opened the drilling and grinding head.

The drill grinding head is welded on a long and soft spiral rotating conduit, and is driven to rotate at high speed by the air turbine connected thereafter, with a rotation speed of 180,000 to 200,000 revolutions/min.

When it rotates at high speed, atherosclerotic plaques can be ground into fine debris and washed to the distal end, which can pass through the capillary bed.

There is a cavity in the catheter to pass through a 0.25m-long guidewire.

The drive shaft is installed in a 4.3f polyethylene sheath. During operation, the sheath is pressurized with 40kpa and is continuously rinsed with normal saline to play a role in cooling and lubrication.

The patches were worn away little by little, but Zheng Ren's expression did not relax, and his two thick eyebrows frowned.

It is different from what I imagined. Even with the master's level of interventional surgery, it is still very difficult to complete the surgery...

It seems that the surgical training time will be used more...

Although there is a "huge sum", Zheng Ren is still very careful to use every minute and every second of the surgical training time.

God knows when these trainings will come in handy.

No wonder the doctors in the Caroline Institute of Medical Surgery in Stockholm dare not do it. Only after I get started will I realize that it is really difficult.

"Bang..." Zheng Ren seemed to hear a crisp sound.

The coronary artery was worn out...

The blood instantly filled the pericardial cavity.

If this is outside, the emergency department should be rescued. Open the chest cavity and solve the problem of pericardial tamponade.

With Dr. Mehal's physical condition, clinical death can be directly declared.

Zheng Ren's forehead was sweating.

The operation failed.

Come again!

Another operation was declared a failure in five minutes.

Come again!

Zheng Ren was in the system operating room and focused on surgery, and he did not notice the passage of time in the ectopic plane at all.

In the blink of an eye, the 22 consecutive days of surgical training ended.

528 hours, 31,680 minutes, boring and boring training was done in one breath.

Zheng Ren was not tired, but was filled with strange excitement.

Zheng Ren regards things that require great perseverance as entertainment, like playing games at night, more than 30,000 minutes, and it is fleeting in the blink of an eye.

Don't eat it,

Don't drink,

endlessly,

Sleepless.

But the operation was successful!

It was not an accidental success. Zheng Ren performed thirty coronary occlusion opening surgeries similar to Dr. Mehal, and the completion rate of the surgery was 100%.

But it's not over yet, it's just an accident, a beginning.

Because of Dr. Mehal's abnormal coagulation state, it is far from enough to open the coronary artery alone.

Zheng Ren definitely doesn't want the operation to be successful. A few months later, Dr. Mehal will face the same problem again.

If it can be activated this time, it does not mean that it can be enabled next time.

The trauma of the surgery, no matter how high the level is, will remain. Moreover, Dr. Mehal is still aging and his body is gradually changing.

Next time, even Zheng Ren cannot guarantee that he can perform the spinning technique again.

Even if it is successful, it can only extend the patient's survival period by several months, and then face the same situation endlessly.

Zheng Ren did not step down with the operation completion rate of 100%. Instead, he took a recyclable stent and studied it.

This recyclable membrane stent is the type commonly used in clinical practice.

Zheng Ren rarely thought about it for a long time before he got the recyclable film-carrying bracket in.

When the coronary artery of the experimental subject is opened, the residual red color on the system panel quickly fades away.

The operation should end here.

But Zheng Ren did not move. He was a little worried, worried that the big pig's hooves would not be able to understand his intentions.

However, worrying is unnecessary.

With a thought, the experimental subject lies motionless in the operating room of the system.

And it seemed like a few months passed, and the stent was filled with blood clots.

This is what Zheng Ren is considering. Whether the patient can be considered a true success in the surgery depends on this.

He carefully opened the balloon of the recyclable stent, and then put another absorber to open the frequency to a certain range to absorb the falling blood clots.

It is very careful to remove the membrane stent bit by bit. The giant-level surgical level is still very difficult to achieve.

Unfortunately, no accident, there was still a thrombosis falling off and flowing into other blood vessels, causing arterial embolism.

It is reflected in the experiment subject, and the symptoms are cerebral infarction.

Although the operation failed, Zheng Ren smiled.

This was the first time he smiled after entering the system operating room.

The idea is fine, but the operation method needs to be improved.

That's good, as long as the direction is OK, everything is easy to say.

It was another uninterrupted surgical training, and even with the master's level of surgery, Zheng Ren was very difficult.

This time it didn't take that long. After 21 hours and 44 minutes of surgical training, Zheng Ren was able to skillfully remove the cyst stent full of blood clots. Then the steps were simple, and the next new stent would be the same.

The only problem with this new procedure is that the patient spends more.

In a few months, the next stent is required and the corresponding drugs are required for anticoagulation treatment.

But after all, there is a way, isn't it?

After nearly 10 hours of work, Zheng Ren was proficient in two techniques before leaving the system space with a smile.

...

...

In the observation room of the ward of the Caroline Institute of Medical Surgery in Stockholm, Su Yun was still lowering his head and fiddling with his cell phone, not knowing which girl he was chatting with.

The professor still has not come back, and several doctors are still focusing on recording each value and conducting professional analysis.

Zheng Ren knew that once the condition changes, they would press the corresponding button and find the most professional doctor to deal with Dr. Mehal.

But this has nothing to do with Zheng Ren. He leaned back with a smile and leaned back to the chair.

Seeing that Zheng Ren finally moved, Su Yun put down his phone.

"Boss, no problem, right?" Su Yun didn't know where the mystery came from. He actually believed that Zheng Ren could do this kind of surgery that was difficult to perform at a master's level.

"No problem." Zheng Ren said.

After pausing, Zheng Ren said affirmatively: "It's absolutely fine!"

"That's good." Su Yun smiled and blew, "I'll go and help the professor later."

"What are you doing for him?" Zheng Ren was surprised.

"His mouth is even more stupid than the waist of cotton pants. Of course, it's impossible to win a fight. I'll help him quarrel and get this surgery." Su Yun said with a smile, looking very good.

"Well, you have a strong quarrel. Go, I'll wait for good news here." Zheng Ren stretched and said lazily.

Su Yun's face changed. Is Zheng Ren urging him?

I have great skills in my mouth, but the surgery is not possible?!

But it doesn't look like Zheng Ren.

Su Yun felt frustrated...md, I must re-execute a human heart transplant surgery to make this guy feel that his surgery is not good!
