Chapter 556 Production Line Startup

It was already early November for Liu Mo'ang and Chu Qian to return to Yubacuo, and as usual, the plateau entered the off-season of tourism again.

But as usual, for Tianlu Inn and Hot Spring Resort, there is almost no difference between off-season peak seasons and other things.

The mineral water plant is still under construction, and the engineers are extremely efficient. I haven't seen it for more than 20 days. The steel structure factory buildings in the most important workshops in the factory have been erected. As long as the insulation board is added, these workshops can basically start to install equipment.

Liu Mo'ang still couldn't get involved in this matter, so he could only call Sun Wei and a few responsible officers out for a drink, and a general understanding of the progress of the mineral water plant.

However, Liu Mo'ang's energy was quickly attracted by the ecological animal husbandry.

In August, Ecological Animal Husbandry collected 1,000 five-year-old yaks for supplemental feeding and fattening. After nearly three months of supplemental feeding and fattening, the weight gain of these thousand yaks was generally very good.

Although ** October is not the best season for supplemental feeding and fattening, these thousand cows are used for experiments. I didn’t expect that the weight gain effect was particularly good.

When these cattle were sent, they generally weighed more than 300 kilograms, and a few could reach 350 kilograms. However, after nearly three months of supplementary feeding and fattening, the average weight gain of these cattle per head actually reached more than 60 kilograms!

This is a very powerful number.

You should know that most of the grass turns green in May every year, until around October, natural pastures are the favorite places of Niu Niu, because they can eat and drink without any scruples.

The yaks on the northern Tibetan Plateau start to gain weight in June and usually take weight until the end of September.

Even if the scale is not lost in October, after November, the hardships of Niu Niu people came. Because the grass they can eat rapidly decreased, Niu Niu can only rely on the weight they put on in summer and autumn to slowly rely on...

Generally speaking, from November to May of the following year, a yak weighing 300 kilograms can drop one-third of the scale in these six or seven months!

If there is a snow disaster or something, it would be no rare for a cow to drop half of the scale.

If you go to the Northern Tibet Plateau at the end of April and watch the yaks up close, you will find that those bulls can only be described in one word - skinny...

Therefore, the best supplementary feeding and fattening time period is between January and the end of April every year.

Summer and autumn are not the best time to supplement feeding and fattening.

But even so, the average weight gain of these thousand cows reached an astonishingly more than 60 kilograms, which can only be described as a "cow ratio".

The thousand yaks purchased have established detailed file cards, and the weight they weighed at the time of acquisition and before slaughter were included in the file cards.

Of course, when weighing before slaughtering, the herdsmen will weigh in front of the cattle seller. After weighing, they will fill in the number into the file card, and the herdsmen will then go to the ecological animal husbandry finance to check out according to this number.

There is actually another inappropriate point in re-feeding and fattening yaks in summer and autumn, which is that they will lose money.

When re-feeding and fattening, a yak consumes about one ton of silage per month, and three tons per month.

The silage sold by Mujia Company to ecological animal husbandry is 400 yuan per ton, and the forage consumed by a cow after three months of supplementary feeding and fattening is 1,000 yuan.

But a yak only gained 60 kilograms, and ecological animal husbandry accounts for one-third, which is twenty kilograms.

If these 20 kilograms are deducted according to the market price, they will only cost 660 yuan. So in this season, a cow will lose about 600 yuan for the forage. A thousand cows will be 600,000 yuan!

If it is to be refed and fattened from January to May, as long as a cow gains weight of 150 kilograms, then a cow in ecological animal husbandry will lose 300 yuan of forage money.

This is the loss caused by the wrong season.

However, these have nothing to do with herders. Herders' yaks can earn nearly 1,300 yuan more after three months of supplementary feeding and fattening!

So the herdsmen who went to the ecological animal husbandry to check out were all over the faces. The herdsmen who had not yet re-feeded and fattened their yaks at home were so jealous that they wished that Ecological animal husbandry would collect their yaks for re-feeding and fattening tomorrow.

Although it seems to be a loss for ecological animal husbandry on the surface, this wave of publicity is done very well, which is equivalent to using 600,000 yuan to make a live advertisement!

As long as the herdsmen around them hand over the yaks at home to ecological animal husbandry for supplemental feeding and fattening in the future, ecological animal husbandry will make a lot of money.

After all, these yaks only lose money for forage. If these yaks are slaughtered, divided and refined, the profit earned by a yak is far from comparable to the loss of the little money.

Even if you don’t mention those, if you buy the 20 kilograms of yak meat in the mainland, you can sell it at least 100 yuan per kilogram. The 20 kilograms will be 2,000 yuan. Even if you deduct the freight, you can make a lot of money!

This is the power of the channel.

The yaks that have been weighed will be sent to the workshop for slaughter and division.

The workers in the workshop who had been trained for several months had already sat down. As long as the yak enters the first link of the production line, the assembly line will be completely activated.

Some of the workers recruited were from Bashu and Qiangui areas. Most of these workers from the mainland were responsible for the first half of the assembly line, namely, waiting for showers, traction and transport, electric shock, lifting and hanging, bleeding, cleaning, soaking, hair removal, shaving, hair scaling, hair scaling, shaving, polishing, skinning, synchronous inspection, and half-cutting.

As for the subsequent by-product processing, finishing, meat disinfection, pre-cooling, packaging, etc., they are used for local Tibetans.

Due to faith, most Tibetans will not slaughter cattle and sheep with their own hands. Most of these jobs are done by special butchers. For example, the butcher before Obacuo was his father of Tsashi Dawa.

However, as long as the Tibetans do not slaughter yaks by themselves, they are not afraid of how to deal with slaughtered yaks.

Therefore, the first half of the assembly line involves the slaughter process, so there is no need to hide the corpse. In the second half, there is no problem with using the corpse to hide the corpse.

In the past, when slaughtering cattle, the white knife was used to get out of the red knife, and the scene was very bloody. Even Tashidawa's father still used this oldest method when slaughtering cattle and sheep.

But this kind of scene cannot be seen in this slaughtering assembly line.

The bulls lined up in the fence in the slaughter area and walked forward. After passing the shower room and being cleaned, they would be transported to a specific location by the transport belt. The special device on the assembly line would jamm the cow's neck, making the cow unable to move. Then the high-voltage electricity only suddenly, and a cow was electrocuted to death at a few seconds.

The yak that dies will be lifted up and enter a fully enclosed large equipment to complete the bloodletting process.

This process is undoubtedly much more harmonious than the scene where a white knife goes into a red knife. At least one thing can be guaranteed, that is, Niu Niu will not feel any pain when he is electrocuted again.

At a few seconds, the pain could not even be transmitted to Niu Niu's brain, so the yak could not feel the pain at all.

Of course, as for bloody scenes such as bloody blood, they are invisible outside, and can only be seen through monitors. The released cow blood will be collected for finishing.

The added value contained in the blood of a cow is very high. A cow's blood can obtain a net profit of 1,000 yuan by extracting heme from the blood of a cow. Not to mention the higher value of superoxide dismutase and blood powder with extremely high nutritional value.

By slaughtering a cow and then finishing the blood of the cow, you can get a net profit of more than 4,000 yuan!

As long as the bloodletting is over, the rest of the work will not be so bloody...

After a cow passes through the assembly line from the slaughter area, the time it takes only a few dozen minutes. Of course, this time is the time required to slaughter a cow. Once the slaughter is carried out, it only takes two or three minutes for the first and last cows to get rid of the first and last cows.

This assembly line has the ability to process 200 cows in class. That is to say, one class can kill 200 cows after eight hours!

This assembly line does not require too many workers, about forty people, and most of the main labor is used in the later production links. Of course, there are nearly 200 workers busy in the entire ecological animal husbandry industry. Excluding the assembly line workers, most of the others are in the finishing workshop.

The finishing workshop is the key to high-value-added output. A cow's body except meat needs to be processed in the finishing workshop, and eventually becomes a high-value-added product for sale.

In the parking lot of the factory, five brand new rear three-axle large refrigerated trucks are waiting for the cargo to be transported into the carriage. There are also several older refrigerated trucks waiting.

These five brand new large refrigerated trucks are purchased by Ecological Animal Husbandry and are specially used for cold chain transportation, while the other refrigerated trucks are rented.

Because it is the test period that only one thousand cows were slaughtered, these large refrigerated trucks with a capacity of more than 80 cubic meters are enough.

The divided and packaged beef will be pulled to major cities such as Chang'an and Beijing and Tianjin for sale through these refrigerated trucks.

Liu Mo'ang, Wang Erhu, Liu Cheng and Ye Kun, the four giants of ecological animal husbandry, watched the work process of this assembly line, and also personally held a small departure ceremony for the first refrigerated truck.

Whether it is the work efficiency of the assembly line or the transportation link, the four giants are very satisfied.

After nearly a year of preparation, the product has finally been released. Who can be unhappy?

Of course, the first cow slaughtered was left with part of the beef. The three big bosses were preparing to taste the beef produced by their own company at noon today...
