Chapter 43 Blood and Tears

Section 1

Before we knew it, winter had arrived, the sky was gloomy and never cleared, and the cold winter rain continued sparsely.

Sauron often wanders in the Forbidden Forest, trying to find Sirius's hiding place, but there is no clue. It seems that he has never appeared in the Forbidden Forest since that day. The creatures in the Forbidden Forest have recently appeared to be more or less uneasy, especially the unicorns and thehales, who, although they cannot see Souron, can sense his breath.

The Forbidden Forest is a vast forest. Only a small part of the Hogwarts campus. The deep forest extends northwards to the distant mountains. On the vast distant mountains, the white snow has lasted forever. In the deep valley, a distant river gradually grows stronger and colder after storing the snow on the peaks along the way, and finally merges into the huge, dark lake.

On a winter morning, the lake was filled with thick mist, lingering the entire lake in a mystery. Sauron passed by the lake like the wind, blending with the fog, and quietly drifting towards the castle. Around the castle, the dementors floated around, leaving a piece of ice wherever they passed. Since Dumbledore showed his anger without reservation that day, the dementors were afraid and stayed honestly at their posts.

In an inconspicuous corner, Sauron emerged from nothingness and returned to the auditorium hall in a hurry. After breakfast, Sauron was walking towards the Slytherin lounge and met Harry and the other two. They had just come over. Seeing Sauron from afar, Harry's face was a little unnatural, but after hesitating for a while, the three of them still came over.

"That... well," Harry stuttered, with a little apology on his face. Hermione was anxious and stabbed him in the back.

"What happened?" asked Sauron, "You don't look good, Harry."

"In fact, um..." Harry slowly looked at Sauron's eyes.

Ron couldn't stand it anymore, "The pendant you gave to Harry is gone. We searched for it for several days, but we couldn't find it."

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it." Harry whispered, "I don't know when it suddenly realized it was missing, connected to the chain. Soren, I'm really sorry..."

"Um." Sauron shrugged, looking calm, "Don't care, just throw it away if you lose it, it's okay."

"But that's the gift you gave me..." Harry's voice became even smaller, "The first gift..."

"Okay, I said I don't have to care." Sauron patted Harry on the shoulder, "It's just a pendant, don't take it to heart."

Several people stood there and chatted for a while, and Harry was feeling much better under Sauron's comfort. Say goodbye to Sauron, the three of them were so hungry that they walked straight to the Gryffindor's dining table. They didn't see Sauron standing there, with the faintly noticeable sneer on the corner of their mouths.

The first semester of the third grade is about to end. Two weeks before the end of the semester, the sky suddenly cleared up, showing a dazzling egg white, and the muddy field was covered with a layer of shiny frost one morning. There was a Christmas atmosphere everywhere in the castle.

Fobertol came back and brought a letter from Furong, who was far away in France. The strong emotion revealed between the lines made Soren's heart that was immersed in the cold warm. Slightly surprised Sauron, and Furong asked Sauron if he could go to France for Christmas during the holidays.

This made Sauron hesitate for a long time. In fact, he was very willing to spend a Christmas with Furong, but thinking of all the things about Hogwarts, he finally sighed helplessly. After all, it was not the time for him to stop and enjoy his happiness, and he still had a lot to do.

Sauron replied to Furong, expressing his longing and expressing himself tactfully that he might not be able to spend Christmas with her. Sauron knew that she could understand him. He closed his eyes, and the girl's beautiful face with a faint loss seemed to be right in front of him.

"I will finish all this," Sauron seemed to be whispering, and as if he was swearing, "At that time, I will be by your side and protect our happiness forever..."

Section 2

In the last week of the semester, you can go to Hogsmeade Village again; Harry and Soren are the only two third-year students who stay on campus, so Soren doesn't care about this, and Harry is very angry.

On the Saturday morning when everyone went to Hogsmeade Village, Harry and Ron, who were wearing cloaks and scarves, said goodbye to the library, and went to find Soren and Isabella.

There were not many people in the library, and Harry easily found the two of Soren sitting together. Snowflakes were floating outside the window, and the castle was very quiet. Although being with Soren made Harry feel less lonely, after the three of them sat in the library for an hour, Harry couldn't stand it - not everyone was as used to quiet as Sauron and Isabella, especially thinking that everyone else was having fun in Hogsmeade. So Harry said goodbye to Soren and turned back to the Gryffindor Tower. At least there were many people in the public lounge, which should be more lively.

After Harry left, Soren and Isabella were still quietly watching the book. After a while, Soren raised his head, "Isabella."

"Well, is there anything wrong, Your Highness?" Isabella looked at Sauron.

Sauron stared into her eyes, stared for a while, and asked in a low voice: "Are you still using that method?"

Isabella was stunned for a moment, hesitated for a while, and nodded slightly. Sauron sighed and looked at the girl with some pity, "You don't have to work so hard, that method is not suitable for you."

Isabella didn't say anything. She bit her lip and looked at Sauron stubbornly. For a moment, silence enveloped the two. After a long time, Sauron stood up, closed the book, and said in a deep voice: "Let's go to the house where you ask, Isabella."

Isabella didn't say anything, put away the book and left with Sauron.

Meanwhile, Harry was staying with Ron Hermione at the three broom bar in Hogsmeade Village. Unfortunately, they met Professor McGonagall and the Minister of Magic Foggy. Fortunately, they were not discovered. On Harry's way back to Gryffindor, the Weasley twins gave Harry a magical magic map - the map of the Living Spots, which was a large, square, very old parchment paper with nothing written on it, but after activation with a magic wand, the map would automatically appear. The map detailed the details of Hogwarts Castle and various venues, including several secret passages entering and leaving Hogwarts. What's more, everyone who appears within the Hogwarts range is marked by his name next to the ink dot indicating his location, and it is clear at a glance.

Harry used this map to sneak into Hogsmeade Village through a secret passage. At this moment, he was hiding in the shadow of the Christmas tree, eavesdropping on the conversation between Professor McGonagall and others.

"What wind blows you here, Minister?" This is the voice of Ms. Rosmerta, the owner of the bar and looks charming.

Harry saw Fudge's thick lower body twisting on the chair, as if to check if anyone around him eavesdropped. Then he quietly said, "What else can happen besides Sirius Black, my dear? I dare you say you have heard what happened at school on Halloween eve?"

"I heard the rumor," Ms. Rosmerta admitted.

"Did you tell the whole tavern, Hagrid?" Professor McGonagall said angrily.

"Do you think Black is still in this area, Minister?" Ms. Rosmerta asked in a low voice.

"Absolutely." Fudge said briefly.

"Do you know the Dementors have searched my tavern twice?" Ms. Rosmerta said, with a little sharpness in her voice. "Scare my customers away... It's not good for doing business, Minister."

"Rosmerta, my dear, I like you, and I don't like them either." Fudge said uneasy, "necessary precautions...but you are right... I've met a few of them just now. They were so annoyed by Dumbledore that he wouldn't let them go into the castle grounds."

"I don't think they should be allowed in," said Professor McGonagall sharply. "These terrible things are floating everywhere, how do we teach?"

"Listen, listen!" The short Professor Frieve screamed, his feet hanging there, one foot from the ground.

"You know, I still don't believe this," Ms. Rosmerta mused. "Among all the people who fell into the pile of bad guys, Sirius Black was the one I never expected to do... I mean, I remember when he was a kid at Hogwarts, and if you told me at that time what he would be like, I would say you've drunk too much."

"You know less than half of the truth about the matter, Rosmerta," Fudge said with a stiff attitude. "Seldom know the worst thing he has ever done."

"The worst?" said Ms. Rosmerta, his voice full of curiosity, "You mean, is it worse than killing so many poor people?"

"Of course," said Fudge. "I can't believe it. What else can be worse than this?"

"You said you remember his situation at Hogwarts, Rosmerta," Professor McGonagall murmured, "Do you remember who his best friend is?"

"Of course I remember," said Ms. Rosmerta, chuckling slightly, "the two are inseparable, aren't they? The number of times I see them here-oh, they always make me laugh. A good pair of partners, Sirius Black and James Porter!" Harry dropped the big cup in his hand. Ron kicked him.

"It's good," said Professor McGonagall, "Blake and Porter, the leader of their small group. Both of them are very smart, of course--to be honest, especially smart--but I don't think we've ever met a pair of people who can cause trouble--"

"I don't know," Hager said with a giggle, "can Fred and Joe Chau Weasley compete with them."

"You would think that Black and Porter are brothers!" Professor Flitvie interjected and agreed, "Inseparable!"

"Of course they are inseparable," said Fudge. "Potter trusts Black, which is more trusting than trust in all other friends. They still did this when they graduated and left school. When James and Lily got married, Black was the best man. Then they called Black the godfather of Soren and Harry. Of course Harry didn't know. You can imagine how much this would torture him." Soren sighed, "As for Soren...ah, sad child..."

"Is it because Black later formed a gang with the mysterious man?" Rosmerta asked in a low voice.

"It's worse than this, my dear..." Fudge said in a low voice, "Many people don't know that the Porters understand that the mysterious people are chasing them. Dumbledore naturally has been tirelessly opposing the mysterious people. He has many capable spies. One of the spies told Dumbledore about this, and Dumbledore immediately told James and Lily. He advised them to hide. Dumbledore told them that their best chance was the spell of loyalty."

"How does that play work?" asked Ms. Rosmerta, unable to breathe because of interest. Professor Flivi cleared his throat.

"A very complex spell," he squeaked, "involving the use of magic to hide a secret in the soul of a living person. The secret is hidden in the chosen person, or in the heart of the secret person, and it will never be possible to discover the secret from then on - of course, unless the secret person intentionally leaks it. As long as the secret person refuses to speak, the mysterious person will never be able to search the village where the Potters lived for many years, even if he flattened his nose on the glass window outside the living room of the couple!"

"So Black is the secret agent of the Porters?"

"Of course," Professor McGonagall said, "James Porter told Dumbledore that Black would rather die than tell where they were, and said that Black himself was going to hide... That's it, Dumbledore was still worried. I remember he offered to be the secret agent of the Porters himself."

"Can he trust Black?" Ms. Rosmerta asked gasping.

"He must have been among those close to the Porter couple who have been telling the mysterious man their whereabouts," said Professor McGonagall gloomy. "Indeed, for a long time, he suspected that someone on our side had become a traitor and told the mysterious man a lot of information."

"But James insisted on using Black, right?"

"Yes," Fudge said heavily, "but it's less than a week after the spell of loyalty—"

"Did Black betray them?" Rosmerta asked.

"He did betray them. Black was tired of the double-faced character. He was ready to publicly announce that he supported the Mysterious Man, and seemed to plan to do so when Potter died. But, as we all know, the Mysterious Man lost his hand with the Little Porter brothers. He lost his mana and was extremely weak and had to escape. This made Black in a dilemma. As soon as Black exposed his true face of the traitor, his master fell. He had no choice but to run and run-"

"Dirty, smelly traitor!" said Hager, his voice so loud that the whole bar was quiet.

"Shh!" said Professor McGonagall.

"I've met him!" Hagrid shouted angrily, "I must be the last person to see him before he killed many people!"

Haeger paused, his voice became low and full of sadness, "After all those people were killed, it was the first time I arrived at the home of James and Lily. There was a ruin, and there were... black flames, James and Lily were killed, and only the two brothers were left. Little Harry was crying, poor little guy, and Sauron..." Haeger took a deep breath, closed his eyes, as if recalling a very painful thing, "Soron was standing there, yes, you heard it right, he

Standing there, blocking Harry... He was laughing, and the laughter made me feel cold all over, just like a wounded beast wailing in despair. Then, he turned his head and looked at me..." Haeger couldn't help but fight a cold war, "He stared at me coldly, blood flowed out of his eyes, like tears, and then, those eyes became... cold, like a snake. No one could imagine how a baby's eyes would become like that, as if all his emotions flowed away with the blood and tears."

"Brothers Porter, I've seen them when they were born, two cute little guys..." Professor McGonagall sighed, "But now, alas... Harry is fine, but Sauron... who would have thought that he would become like this, poor child, he probably only has hatred in his heart..."

"It's all Blake's fault!" Hager said angrily, "It's all his fault, this damn traitor. Later he appeared and rode on his usual flying motorcycle. I couldn't figure out what he was doing there. I didn't know he was the secret person of James and Lily. At that time, I thought he had heard of the mysterious man's attack and went there to see what he could do. He was pale and trembling all over. Do you know what I did? I comforted the murderous traitor!" Hager roared.

"Hagge, don't!" said Professor McGonagall, "Low your voice!"

…………

Professor McGonagall and others chatted for a long time. After the few left, Harry was still squatting there, motionless.

"Harry--" Ron and Hermione bent down, and they looked at Harry and asked worriedly.
