Chapter 51: The Glory of Slytherin

Section 1

"Why did he do this? It's unfair." Ron complained, "he used the compound decoction to turn into Malfoy to go to Hogsmeade, but did not allow Harry to go, and took the map of the live spots."

Hermione bit her lip, not knowing what to say, but Harry looked dejected - after returning to the castle, Sauron took his map of the living spots and scolded him hard, which made him feel bad.

"He won't tell Professor McGonagall, right?" Hermione said worriedly.

"Please, Sauron is my brother." Harry said helplessly, "He wouldn't be so bored that he complained to Professor McGonagall and let me get scolded."

"By the way, do you still remember what he was holding in his hand when he saw Sauron?" Hermione suddenly lowered her voice, "He was holding a bouquet of red roses in his hand?"

"Why did Sauron buy flowers?" Harry asked naively, Ron on the side also looked curious.

"Oh, my God." Hermione covered her forehead, "Tomorrow is February 14th--"

"So what?" Harry and Ron remained innocent.

The girl collapsed and said in an extremely helpless tone: "February 14th is Valentine's Day."

"Ah--" Harry and Ron opened their mouths in surprise, and cooperated very well...

In Slytherin's lounge, Draco was bored and lying on the table beside the fire, writing papers, while Isabella leaned against the sofa and looked at a thick book of spells.

The portrait of the entrance to the lounge opened, and Sauron, who had changed back to his original appearance, walked in.

"Thank you, Draco," said Soren, "and you stayed here all morning."

"It is my honor to help you," Draco said politely, and then he noticed what Sauron was holding. "This is what you bought, Your Highness."

"Yeah." Sauron responded, with a rare expression of unnaturalness on his face, especially when he noticed Draco's sudden enlightenment.

After Soren returned to the room with the things, Draco looked around and whispered: "I dare say that your highness is in love."

"Hmph." Isabella snorted coldly, "I'm not feeling well, so I'm leaving." After that, she closed the book and got up and went back to the girls' dormitory.

"What did I say wrong?" Draco looked at Isabella's back for no reason and raised an eyebrow.

Watching Forbertell fly into the fireplace with roses and chocolates, thinking of the hibiscus far away in France, a faint smile appeared on his face. After a long time, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. When his eyes opened again, the tenderness in his eyes was gone, only perseverance and coldness remained.

He took out the map of the living spots from his arms, tapped it with his wand, and recited a spell. Soon, the entire Hogwarts map was displayed in detail on the map, looking at the small dots marked with names, even Sauron could not help but be amazed at the creator's talent.

"Moon face, insect tail, pointed fork, big feet..." Sauron whispered the name above the map, with a complicated expression. He stretched out his fingers and gently stroked the name of the pointed fork. He sighed lightly, put down the map, sat on the sofa, and thought quietly.

The silver magic fire in the fireplace was very strong, and sometimes made crackling sounds. Soren narrowed his eyes and looked at the map that was reflected by the flames, not knowing what he was thinking. Finally, Soren's eyes fell on the Slytherin lounge where he was, and the ink dot marked his name stayed there motionlessly. Soren hesitated for a moment, took out his wand, and gently placed it on the ink dot representing him. Soren quickly, the ink dot, which was originally clear, dissipated, and along with his name. Soren sighed, put it away, folded it, put it in his arms, and got up and left.

Sauron came to Lupin's office with the map of the living spots, knocked on the door gently, and asked politely: "Professor, are you here? I am Sauron."

The door opened, and it was Lupin who opened the door. His face was a little pale, but he was in good spirits. Seeing that it was Sauron, Lupin was stunned for a moment, then smiled gently and let Sauron into the house.

"Is there anything wrong, Sauron?" Lupin said, "The room is a little messy. I've just prepared for the next class, but I've finished it. Now I have time."

"Oh, it's not a big deal." Sauron said calmly, and he took out the map of the living spots from his arms, "Maybe you know this?"

Lupin looked at the map of the living spots and asked in surprise: "Where did you get it?"

"Harina." Sauron said truthfully, "Weasley twins stolen from Mr. Felch and later gave them to Harry, and my brother used it to sneak up on Hogsmeade."

Lupin raised his eyebrows, "Then why did you give it to me?"

Sauron raised his head, looked at Lupin's eyes, and said calmly: "It's nothing, it's just the original owner."

Luping was stunned. After a while, "Thank you." He whispered.

"It's nothing," Sauron said indifferently, "If you have nothing else, I'll leave first, bye."

Sauron turned around and walked towards the door, just opened the door...

"Soren--" Lupin called him, and Sauren turned to look at him. Lupin opened his mouth and finally just said, "Take care for Harry, and... take care of himself."

"Thank you, I will." Sauron's voice was as polite as ever, but it was hard to hide his indifference. After saying that, Sauron walked out of the door and closed the door.

Lupin sighed, with a lonely smile on his face. He looked at the map on the table and couldn't help but tighten his fists.

"Don't worry, James—" Lupin's voice was low and firm, "I will take good care of them, even if I give my life."

Hermione is not in good condition recently. She looks a little dazed and looks very tired, with a shadow under her eyes as shadow as Lupin. Harry and Ron are very worried about this, but they are helpless - Harry and Ron advise her to go to Mrs. Pomfrey to check it out, but the stubborn girl refused.

"I don't have time, I still have several papers to write, so many courses to review, and I also have to prepare for Barkbeck's appeal." Hermione always said this.

In fact, Harry and Ron had already taken over the preparations for the appeal, and they were worried that Hermione would soon collapse if this continued. The only thing that made both of them relieved was that Hermione completely gave up Professor Trelawney's divination, although this did not seem to reduce the burden on her. Sauron was not surprised by Hermione's situation, and the use of time converters was a lot of burden on people, especially for long-term high-frequency use like Hermione.

Time passed quickly, the weather became warmer, and the originally yellow and muddy grass gradually turned green.

The last game of the Academy Cup is coming, and the enthusiasm of the students is getting higher and higher as the match date approaches, and the whole Hogwarts seems to be immersed in some kind of excitement and fanaticism.

As both sides participating in the finals, Gryffindor and Slytherin are obsessed with the upcoming game. Slytherin has won the Academy Cup for eight consecutive years and they are determined to defend their glory; while Gryffindor has put in all his efforts to win the Academy Cup and write a new legend.

This situation has made the mutual hostility between the two academies reach the highest level. In everyone's memory, no match is as full of gunpowder as this time. When the Easter holiday passed, the tension between the two teams and the two academies was about to break out. Several small fights occurred in the corridor, which eventually developed into vicious events. As a result, a Gryffindor fourth-grade student and a Slytherin sixth-grade student were both living in the school hospital, and leeks were coming out of their ears.

However, due to Sauron's reasons, Harry's life was still good. Out of awe of Sauron, the Slytherins tacitly maintained a considerable degree of courtesy to Harry, at least no one dared to attack him. However, Wood, who was too sensitive, had already issued an order, saying that Harry had to be accompanied wherever he went, in case the Slytherin's people made Harry unable to play. The entire Gryffindor House enthusiastically accepted the challenge, which made Harry always late for class because there were always a lot of idle people around him. This situation continued for a long time until Sauron promised Wood that no one dared to touch a piece of Harry's hair.

In fact, Slytherin spared no effort to protect the team members, especially after Drag was hit by a curse in the corridor. Snape was furious about this and severely punished the sixth-grade Gryffindor who took action, deducted him 50 points, and punished him to go to the school hospital to clean the toilet for a month. Since then, Drag has almost never left Sauron's sight, and Crabbe and Goal have stayed with him inseparable.

On the eve of the game, the players on both sides looked nervous. Harry was always anxious, while the Weasley twins were talking loudly and eased the pressure in their hearts. On Slytherin, Drake's face looked paler, and even his hair was no longer as bright as before. Flint's face was always gloomy, like a summer rain cloud.

On the day of the game, Harry and the rest of the Gryffindor team entered the auditorium, and there was a warm applause from the auditorium - in addition to Gryffindor, the people on the tables of Lavenclaw and Hufflepuff were also applauding them. As they walked past the tables in the Slytherin Courtyard, the Slytherin remained silent, and Soren threw a comforting smile at Harry, which made Harry feel very happy, and was actually happier than when he heard the warm applause.

On Slytherin's dining table, the silence of the past has been upgraded to a depressing silence, and the occasional sound of collision between tableware becomes obvious. Soren raised his eyebrows and looked at Ibicos. Ibicos smiled and stood up.

"We are Slytherin, and we stick to our pride." Ibikos said loudly, "We long for victory, but there is no need to fear failure, because our glory is never erased and always remains in our hearts. Now, put away the helplessness on your faces, remember that there will always be a proud smile on Slytherin's face."
